Top place we went to on our trip to sheffield and around. Chose it as it was dog friendly and so so glad came here. The setting was beautiful. The music chilled and relaxing. Service was excellent- thanks Oli. And the breakfast fabulous. We had smashed avocado and poached eggs on sourdough, the pancake stack with biscoff sauce you just want to keep eating, the fully loaded hot chocolate and great cappuccinos. And even the glass of water was served elegantly!! A must try place for breakfast before you tackle those hills!!

Loved the ambiance, very well ventilated. Also have the option for beautiful seating outside. But we were too hot having just arrived so opted inside seating, nice and cool inside. Clean and relaxing. Loved the food! Hubby’s lamb burger was super tasty and my Caesar salad was generous with ingredients! Loved it, perfect for a late lunch. Friendly, attentive service. And don’t forget the coffee! My husband and I enjoy our coffee and so glad we stayed for coffee, they served good proper coffee. Loved the happy face! They served us coffee that reflected the way we feel! Will definitely be coming back again when in Hathersage. Highly recommend.

Popped in for a coffee here after dining in the restaurant the night before. Great coffee and great service once again.

Visited this establishment for breakfast with the family only to greeted my rudest most unhelpful waitress I’ve ever encountered. When shocked that they were no longer serving breakfast (only 4 minutes past their cutoff point), no lunch, no pastry stock left or bog-standard coffee she actually advises us to leave and go somewhere else. Staff need better customer service training and people skills. Wouldn’t go here again.

Fantastic place for a spot of lunch. Fantastic location, decor inside really high end. Really enjoyed the Peking Blinder burger and loaded fries! We will be back!

Popped in as I drove past to see if I could grab a takeaway coffee, ended up staying for lunch! Really great cafe, very friendly, with a menu that oozes a passion for food. Will make this my go to stop off whenever I cross the peaks

Picturesque location on the village high street, located in the old bank. Very tastefully maintained with period features retained, creating a lovely atmosphere. Staff really friendly and approachable. Had the pulled pork sandwich which was really tasty and hearty. Very reasonably priced and coffee also good.

Bad fish and chips. Soggy batter which left a weird after taste.

Random / unplanned visit while passing through. Lovely little coffee shop with friendly staff, lovely coffee and very nice food (I only had a pain au chocolate which was warmed up - which is something chain coffee shops will hardly ever propose / do). Great job and good luck (not that you need it - you’re smashing it!)

Stopped here for a quick lunch with friends and we were so disappointed. There was a very limited selection of sandwiches available (only 1 vegetarian option) and the quality was so poor - they all came on cold burger buns with a very small portion of chips. It looked really quite pathetic and not something you should be paying for in a pub. The previous time I visited I ordered a veggie burger and the whole meal just tasted like a freezer meal. Not a great menu for vegetarians in general either.
