We had a very pleasant afternoon tea. The staff were very helpful and the food was tastefully served. The restaurant was bright and clean. We had a nice view.

This is a brilliant venue for a party, anniversary or wedding. The venue and food was absolutely amazing. Our guests hand an amazing time. Sophie's attention to detail and events planning made the entire process seamless. Thank you so much xx

I booked a Nineteen at Farleigh Afternoon Tea for myself and two friends to celebrate my recent Big '0' Birthday. I have eaten here on several occasions before so knew it would be a great venue to choose. From my initial booking with Sophie (and having to defer the date due to me getting Covid - thank you Sophie!) to the service on the day, we couldn't have asked for a better experience. My Gluten-free dietary requirements were catered for with ease and the sandwiches, cakes and scones were delicious and beautifully presented. We were so well looked after by the hospitality staff. We were kept topped up with tea and everyone was very friendly, professional and courteous (Thank you to our lovely waitress - I'm sorry I didn't get your name). We had a lot to catch up on so ended up staying for a few hours (possibly outstaying our welcome - sorry!) but we were not hurried along and were kindly allowed the time to really enjoy our afternoon. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend Nineteen at Farleigh and will definitely be back very soon for lunch or another lovely tea. Thank you all again!

I had a 70th birthday party here in Suite 1. The party was for friends and family and was superbly organised by Sophie in advance and by the whole team on the day. The food was delicious and the portions generous providing excellent value for money. I would have no hesitation in recommend to others for parties and celebrations. Thank you to the team at Farleigh for all their help in making my event a success.

We met with friends for lunch using the bar menu which has a wide range of choices- we were well looked after by the waiting staff. Beautiful setting on rolling golf course - felt miles away from the big city. Very pleasant & relaxing. Afternoon teas on adjoining table looked very tempting.

We hired Suite 1 at Farleigh Golf Club for an 80th birthday celebration lunch for 53 people. The Events Organiser, Sophie, was extremely knowledgeable and helped us put the menu, food choices and seating plan together as well as answering our many questions. On the day the staff were excellent and nothing was too much trouble for them. The room was light and airy and looked beautiful when when the tables were laid.

We all had a lovely afternoon tea at Farleigh Golf course. A good place to relax and catch up with friends and have a good natter.

We had afternoon tea on Good Friday - there were 6 of and only 1 person did not have a special Diet but the catering team dealt with it all admirably! The coeliac had theory gluten free, the vegetarian had animal free and the pescatarians had their fish item with no fuss and everyone was made to feel special, not a nuisance Thank you so much

A marvellous time was spent enjoying 'Afternoon Tea' despite the blustery weather outside. All dietary needs catered for and the food was well presented on a tiered cake stand. The choice of finger sandwiches and cakes was excellent and any food left over is placed in a box to take home. We also had the choice of tea or coffee. The lady who looked after us was just wonderful and nothing was too much trouble. As we had not visited before may I suggest that it is made clear as to who to approach regarding our booking. We were quite lost and the guys at the "shop'?? on the right upon entering continued chatting away while I stood there! Eventually I had to interrupt them. Fortunately the actual afternoon tea experience was superb and will be returning again.

This was a Golden Wedding party for just over 20 people, and everything worked well. Everybody enjoyed the food, and the service was good. Definitely recommended

What a lovely afternoon tea! Bread and sandwich fillings were really fresh and well seasoned. Great selection of cakes, chocolate mousse and warm scones (nice touch with the chocolate scones for my granddaughter) cream and jam. Loved the teapot and milk hub designs. Very attentive staff but we were the only ones in there, but it was 12 noon. Definitely recommends and will be back 🫖

We couldn't be happier . Sophie organised our mum's 90th birthday celebration at Farleigh Golf Club, she gave us excellent advice, made some valuable suggestions and always made herself available when we needed her. She made sure everything was perfect, the food, the table decorations, the hall and the service were faultless, no detail was overlooked. The event was a huge success and excellent value for money. I would whole heartedly recommend this venue to anyone planning to host a similar event.

Booked function room to celebrate my milestone birthday. Can’t shower enough praise on the team. Facilities, views/decor, customer care and catering all on point. Nothing too much trouble. Me and my 60 odd guests had an absolute ball. Sophie McKenzie, Events Coordinator, is a true gem and provided a personalised and comprehensive service + compliments to the chef - our meal was sublime.

We hired a private dining room to host a birthday party. At the booking stage Josie was extremely helpful in facilitating all our requirements: we wanted to dress the room in the Gatsby era, we wanted a bar in the room, we wanted changing facilities for actors (murder mystery party) etc. A couple of days before the party we changed our seating requirements and they were very accommodating and patient in helping work out what alternative table configurations were possible. On the day during set up they helped provide extension leads and generally offered an excellent and friendly service. On the night the bar staff and waiting staff were great and certainly added to our enjoyment of the night. The three course dinner and cheese board were very good and much appreciated by all our guests. I would definitely ask them to arrange a future event and would recommend them without hesitation.

The fact that it is our second year running having our Office Christmas Party at Farleigh Golf Club I think, speaks for itself! We were assigned a member of staff on the evening of our event who was very polite and helpful in ensuring our evening ran smoothly. On Saturday 16th September we hosted a Pre 60th Birthday lunch for our CEO. Our Events Coordinator Sophie was absolutely a star from start to finish, so accommodating and helpful. Communication with staff and management was excellent from the time we arrived at 9.30 through to the end. The food was served in a very timely manner, and our guests were very complimentary about the quality of food served and it wasn’t sparse! Desserts followed by tea & coffee was served again in a timely manner and staff were on hand to give regular top ups for guest who wanted my more tea/coffee. We have used several venues in the past, with food and the lack of staff as two of the biggest issues we have come across. However, Farleigh Golf Club has by far been one of the best venues we have used. We will definitely use this venue again!

We enjoyed our afternoon tea. The waiting staff were attentive and courteous. The procedure for booking was straightforward and the office staff couldn’t have been more accommodating. The cakes and sandwiches were good, more or less as I expected, and good value particularly if you go early in the week when it’s cheaper. Only one small criticism, the room lacked atmosphere. We were the only occupied table in a large dining room and it felt like we were rattling around. It was a Monday though. Apart from that it was a lovely experience.

Nineteen at Farleigh was the venue for my recent 50th birthday party. The staff and event management team at Farleigh are excellent, accommodating and professional. The end result was a great party exactly how I wanted it with the quality, service and ambience to match. The location is great, with ample parking and great views, I recommend them highly.

Booked one of the meeting rooms for the day and it was exactly what we needed, including large projector screen for the presentation. Price included pastries and tea/coffee to start, then mid morning and mid afternoon cookies and more tea/coffee, plus lunch in restaurant. Very good value overall.
