Highly recommend for vegans - loved the ‘chicken’ balls and vegetable noodles! Not too oily or greasy.

Ordered some food here to take away as I was rushing to get a train. They were very helpful and even made a special effort to prepare it quickly for me. The price was reasonable and it was tasty.

Ordered on Saturday night as I was visiting friends in the area. Food was delivered 2 hours later after many phone calls asking where it was ... I wish i had left it now ! Ive been bed ridden since Sunday early morning with awful food poisoning! I haven't been this ill in a long time ! Only thing I ate that day was a banana and this Chinese! Stay away ! Many negative reviews for a reason ! Food was disgusting too

Szechuan Beef was usual containing pineapple and cashew nuts. Rest of the food was tasty but a shame the wait time for food to be made was long for a small order.

really nice food,I had ordered,there Peking spare ribs, pancake rolls, and mixed sweet and sour balls and all ,was really nice,my first order with them but, good food I enjoyed Dean ❤️🤝👍

I waited almost 50 minutes for my food to be prepared and then when the app says that it’s been delivered, it never arrived.

The food was delivered on time and was delicious. We both enjoyed it very much and would happily recommend them to friends.

We called twice and were told that they were short of drivers hence the delay..We were tempted to cancel as we had guests. The order arrived over 2 hours after placing it. The driver gave us a different excuse. She said they had £150 order which caused the delay. We are very unhappy with this poor service and feel that we deserve a refund. We always use this Chinese but unless this is resolved satisfactorily we will use others. Saying sorry just isn’t enough. It ruined our evening.

Took an 1HR 35mins to be delivered! I ordered the beef curry and rice set meal for one, it was pretty boring, literally just plain rice. Dragon prawns was just plain prawns in filo pastry. I usually love 9 dragons but I feel like I’ve wasted my money this evening. Really disappointed.

Chicken balls were great, rice was delicious but the chicken from the lemon chicken was quite hard and the salt and chilli box didn’t have any flavour.

I wish I could rate 0 stars. I ordered at 19:15. 2 hours later no food, no communication, can't get through to the restaurant but they updated to say the courier is on the way. Appalling way to run a business. Now I have to go to bed on an empty stomach

Waited over 2 hours for delivery, no sign, cannot contact the restaurant as it just says the line is busy, no communication from the restaurant to inform of any delays. Going to bed out of pocket and hungry

The food was really nice but I ordered two drinks from here and they weren't delivered and as per usual, Just Eat won't do anything about it because they are corrupt!

This it does everything that you'd expect from a Chinese takeaway in an English town and it does it well. I'm sure it's not authentic Chinese cuisine, but the flavours and textures are all exactly what you want when you order classic Anglo-Chinese food. We ordered delivery on a Saturday night and got: Vegan mini spring rolls Crispy chilli chicken Kung po king prawns Sweet & sour pork Cantonese style Salt & pepper chips Singapore vermicelli Egg fried rice The only thing I noticed that could be improved on, was there was not much variation in flavour between the sweet & sour and kung po sauces. I would expect kung po to be much spicier, with Szechuan peppercorns and chillies providing a mala flavour. Both were nice though.

Have been using 9 dragons for some time and this was the first time the food was below par . The batter on all the items was was thick and soggy and the chilli was tasteless . The whole meal appeared different to normal , a strange “ tang “ to it . Hopefully this was a one off and our next one will be back the normal good standard

I’m a current customer but todays order was very poor, food was cold, chips were not fresh, rice was dry other times when I order I’m very satisfied with the food but today it’s a no unfortunately.

food arrived on time shame couldn't read very simple request to change sweet and sour to curry sauce, although after a call new sauce arrived within 10 mins

it was half an hour late and cold. The chips fell though the paper bags and were soggy with no apology for being late

Hadn’t even started cooking my order 1 hour after ordering! I rang them and they said there was still 5 in front of my order at 8pm - way too late to eat so had to cancel and not sure if money has been refunded!!

Wouldn’t order from here again. All the appetizers were soggy and nothing was crispy. Chow mein tasted of nothing and was watery. Orange chicken tasted like plastic. Arrived very early so it seems like it was rushed

Just finished a beef fried rice from nine dragons and I have to say, it was the worst fried rice I've ever had. The rice was flavourless and bland, had barely any beef or veg in it, and the beef was fatty, rubbery and absolutely flavourless. Total waste of money, will be avoiding in the future and recommend others do the same. If you want flavour, go somewhere else.

Order notification enjoy your food and food hadn't even turned up at that time scheduled already over 10 minutes late past the time we scheduled for. I understand if its just an ordered with an estimated time however the restaurant knew over an hour before we wanted food for that time
