chips to salty, uncooked jacket potato. Poor quality food. Waste of money

I only order the pizza. As I have tried other stuff and I didn't like it. It tasted off. But the pizzas are amazing. I always pay extra for cheese but it just seems the normal amount. If I pay for extra cheese I want extra cheese.

Just ordered online and the food was totally spilled the items were just packed in foil paper the mains were in the plastic containers and they were leaking one of the container was empty and the jeera lassi i have ordered was just tasteless and it was without salt , they haven't even sent the cutlery with meal.

I had high hopes for this place, but it turned out to be a disaster from start to finish. The service was shockingly slow, When we politely mentioned the issues, the server seemed annoyed and dismissive, offering no apology or attempt to fix the situation. But the worst part was the lack of professionalism from the manager. When we asked to speak with the manager about the issues, they were nowhere to be found. After finally flagging them down, they seemed completely uninterested in our complaints, didn’t apologize, and gave the impression that customer concerns were an inconvenience. Rather than listening to our feedback, they brushed it off and made no effort to address the problems or ensure we were taken care of. The food itself was bland, clearly reheated, and way overpriced for the quality. On top of that, the restaurant was filthy—sticky tables, crumbs everywhere, and a bathroom that looked like it hadn’t been cleaned in days. It’s clear that there’s a serious lack of leadership here, and the manager’s dismissive attitude only adds to the poor experience. If you’re looking for a pleasant, professional dining experience, I would steer clear. This place is not worth your time or money.

Had a pizza take way today for my family, they have nice deals and pizzas are so tasty .👌 food is affordable I will definitely come back soon this weekend. 👌

My spicy veggie pizza was covered in black olive's so many you could barely see the pizza. Was not spicy at all and not much other topping oncei took off all the olive's which I hate.

Ordered online from uber some curries it does not say if there is any chapattis With the curries like other Punjabi restaurant so got some curries and a amritsari kulcha asked for no green chilli in kulcha when got delivered to my surprise kulcha full of green Chilli could not eat at all and the curries No chapattis so how will someone eat a curry without chapattis they should atleast say curries will come without any kind of bread very bad experience first time ordered and the last no more very bad experience

I came with my family and friends to have punjabi food and food is soo tasty, me and my family enjoyed also the prices are so good affordable. Definitely try the pizzas and redhi wala burger 🍔. See you soon.

Ordered food from here for £40 . Food was delivered after 2 hrs and v cold food . They never apologise and very rude to talk to . Quality of food was ok ish .

I just ordred cheese chilli and wrap and garlic naan they just give pitta bread name of garlic naan and cheese chiillli box leaking all over and waste other food and wrap folding was worst ever. I will not byuing anything from there.

I ordered chicken style soya curry , hell It was worst food i ever had , it was stale and was literally having a very bad smell and as i called and said as it was , the guy was not even ready to accept it . Could have complained to health department about it

Can't really call it a pizza hardly any cheese & base doesn't even have a sauce on it, just what tastes & looks like tomato puree from a tube better off spending a few extra pounds to buy a real pizza. Atleast you will be satisfied instead of with this poor excuse of a so called pizza, save your money & spend on a real one elsewhere !

Really bad customer service. Was told that the food would arrive in 15 minutes, had to wait 40 minutes. When the food arrived the got the order wrong and did not apologize when told them. They did not sort the order out. We had to do it ourselves. I am really unhappy about this.

I have ordered two large pizza 15” inches but I received unhygienic food and I reported it at a day when I ordered it. the date is 18th of augest I haven’t got any refund as well, When we ordered the pizzas we also told them not to add mashroom 🍄 in it, however maker added in it.

Wouldnt even give it a star. Awful service by the “manager” Rohit, we were given cold chips, twice fried. Pizzas that were too spicy to eat. When flagged the issues, the manager was extremely rude and told us to return the food, we did. The staff then were extremely rude, made us wait half an hour before anyone spoke to us, basically told us we were lying about the chips. Took back the full chips, called us liars and did not refund us. Used to be a loyal customer at Nihals, but the service and quality of the food has dropped drastically. Still waiting for a simple sorry, will not be buying from here again and do NOT recommend.

Ordered a Jain pizza with 3 toppings! I swear each slice of pizza literally had 2 sweet corn pieces, 2 jalapenos, 1 green pepper piece and 1 teeny tidbit of pineapple! Was NOT impressed! Had not much flavor to the pizza either. Just a lot of dough and cheese! I wish they would reconsider and take this feedback on board! We had not 1 or 2 but ordered 3 pizzas and were stuck with it! No Likey!

How have the health and safety / food and hygiene inspectors not closed this place down already!? Terrible excuse for a food place. Dysentry guaranteed! Food has hair in it - burnt. No food safety guidelines followed. Dirty sticky tables chairs and nasty smell. YUCK

Fantastic food all round, the fries were too die for! I did however ask for a refund on the dessert, as they substituted it (or got it wrong) for a cheaper option that I personally do not like the taste of. If they had called me to let me know I would have been happy to swap it for something else, but unfortunately they must have been busy or it was a simple mistake, however I'm not going to give them a negative review just for that.

The food was really nice! Just Wow! But about the lassi, we had ordered 4 lassie out of 2 were excellent! But the last 2, they added water in it which was completely liquid! That's the reason I would not rate it 5 stars!

Very bad experience, ordered from uber eat. The burger was burnt very messy soggy and cold. Tharka pizza was disgusting too much raw onions very liqudy soggy and cold chilli Paneer curry was actually a dry chilli Paneer looked so red with so much red food colouring awful taste so cold not worth the time and money. Not ordering again from this restaurant 🤢

Very bed service i did the order on 9:23pm and i got my order 10:38 they took more than 1 hour for the delivery and my home is away from the restaurant was just just 3 to 4 min waking distance and they said me we was too busy today but today was Monday not a weekend days so you can understand how's the service of this restaurant.....very bed i will make never order from this restaurant 😡😡😡😡😡😡

I ordered sahi paneer pizza ,they put a tooo much cheese even I can’t see hardly anything else on the pizza,no taste at all ,I was so disappointed and throw all the pizza in the bin they made it in rush I will never go back again

Busy place on a Saturday night, had to sit upstairs. Tables were dirty, not being wiped down, chairs were sticky and you could see other people's hand prints transfer all over the chairs. Both the bread pakora and aullo tikki were way too salty and oily, had to use tissues to soak up the oil. The Indian tea was way too sweet! Food was tasty but over spiced and sorry to say too salty and oily. If you don't care about cholesterol this is the place for you!? I will not be returning.

It's absolutely amazing and tasty Pizza but normal pizza. I'm not so much fan of their tarka pizza, but normal veggie pizza just tastes amazing. Definitely recommend.

Ordered a family meal deal which allowed me to choose two different pizzas , when the pizzas came both of them were the same ( as well as being cold) rang the restaurant to try get the correct pizza to me they denied it and said the deal i choose I could only get the same one, however I was able to choose two differnt pizzas on the app, very disappointed and not great Customer service

Just eat the worse delivery service always something wrong the driver don’t drop of food at the doorstep always missing items no contact with this company you leave messages no reply second time this week now the driver gone and my kids left with no food

We phoned in a order, which we thought would be full proof. One large margarita and one large margarita extra. We specially asked for extra sauce. But were advised the pizza would be saucy enough. We insisted knowing that a lot of places that serve pizza forgot that the half the taste comes from the sauce. Eventually the chap is the phoned accepted that we wanted the pizza saucy, even if it did not look to appealing. When we arrived we were a little disappointed. A tiny space for customers, and quite drab looking area beyond the counter. We got home hoping that the place had hit the nail on the head. Sadly we were extremely disappointed. We didn't get extra sauce, we didn't even get sauce that any would perceive on their pallet. The pizza was bland, with a slight taste of overcooked cheese and the occasional hint of onion. They had one chance to impress us, what a massive failure.

100% recommend to eat here. I have been visiting and trying their food since last few months but the quality is absolutely 💯. Very reasonable price and very polite people. I usually have their Nihaal's special kulcha chhole dish but their rest is also very nice and unique taste.

This used to be a regular but the last few times has been a let down. Specifically told them to make food mild, but the Daal was too spicy forj daughter and palak paneer loaded with salt. I've had upset stomach everytime I eat here.
