Nico is very friendly and welcoming. Had a nice conversation with him. Exceptional customer service, really looked after me and the food was outstanding. Reasonably priced as you're paying for quality. Absolutely delicious. You won't find anywhere better in Chesterfield than here.

Fantastic pizzas everytime. Quick service and the food always comes hot, love having the proper chip shop chips and the potions are huge. Absolutely 💯 will be going here now. The buy one get one free is fantastic especially with the rising living costs.

Terrible service, the order was short and they didn’t provide BOGOF as heavily advertised on all the apps they are on. I spent £39.99. They offered to refund £2.50! Be wary of this business.

Ordered from here a few times and can't fault it at all. Perfect every time. Friendly on the phone and quick delivery on a Saturday night. We've had the burgers which are massive and come with a mountain of chips, pizzas, kebabs, everything is so tasty. Definitely recommend, best takeaway in Chesterfield

Used to be good here, but recently found it takes over 2 hours to deliver, when the food is good it’s really nice, however there’s other times where it’s not edible, after second time never used again Prices gone up very high now also, cheaper to go out for a meal

To be honest the food was bad it turned up cold and not value for money and we didn’t eat it because it smelt off

Worst fish and chips ever. Batter overcooked and burnt, fish not great. Chips ok, they did apologise for length of time it took to cook. Unfortunately I will not be going back.

Usually good service, not this time. Had to wait 50 mins in shop despite the app saying food was ready. Got home totally wrong order, had ordered 2, 12" pizzas one vegetarian one meat. Had two meat pizzas one 10" one 12" not the meat one we ordered. Called was told we can do your order again or refund. Didn't want to wait another 2 hours so opted for refund. Two weeks later still waiting. Don't know if it's new management but zero customer service. I'll avoid in future .

Ordered food at 8:45. Called at 10:45 to see when we could expect it and was told it was the “last order going out” which seems a bit ridiculous given the order time (so did they deliver everyone that ordered between 8:45 and 10:30 before ours?!), but we decided to let that go and look forward to our food. It finally arrived at 11:15 and I wish it hadn’t. The halloumi was embedded with bits of other random things and seemingly just melted in the microwave, the wrap was burnt and crumbled when touched, the burger bun was burnt and stale, the burger itself had mint sauce on it which was not what I ordered. I get that it was Saturday night and they might have been busy, but why take on orders when you are already too busy? We’ve ordered from here regularly over the last year and the quality/experience has been declining for a while, but we’ve still ordered again to give the benefit of the doubt. Unfortunately, I think this order has finally beaten me and we won’t be ordering again.

Firstly delivered to wrong address so turned up cold and late ... Also not the right order and items missing ... ended up with one tandoori chicken and one kebab for £17.49 .... total rip off ... Tried to resolve on the phone but they hanged up ... called back and said they was closing nothing resolved... be careful what you order

Called in spur of moment. Staff all friendly and extremely cheerful.(Not something I have observed in many fast food establishments). The manageress was knowledgeable and was obviously passionate about the food quality and value of their dishes. A stream of phone orders and the constant influx of customers were all treated in the same, friendly manner. Often making suggestions that showed her foodie credentials. I opted for the old traditional favourite. Cod, chips and mushy peas. It was cooked to order. Placed in boxes and I took it home. The whole atmosphere from everyone was refreshing to see. Being open planned you can also see everything being cooked so you get the opportunity to see your food being cooked. All the while listening to the backwards and forwards banter between the team. Really good to see. Now I got home and was really eager. Shock. Gasp. Horror. I was gutted to find an empty fish box. So I could have chuntered and moaned about inefficient, scamming chip shops. Given 0 stars and told how rubbish the experience was. Justified? Of course not. Too many people love to moan and complain. Build people up to knock them down. Quite unjustifiable in my opinion. So anyway fish supper with no fish. I rang up the shop and explained. She was really quite upset. And said she would deal with it. I explained i was outside of the delivery distance and I would be happy to redeem it the next time I was in town. She asked if I had been looking forward to it.. (I really was. Lol.) She asked my address and twenty minutes later it was delivered. Not just the fish, but the whole, complete meal. Q. So how good was it? A. Bloody lovely. The chips had a little outside crunch. The inside was light and fluffy. The fish was very substantial. I haven't seen a single, fish portion that big for years. The batter was very crispy and crunchy. It coated the fish perfectly. As for the mushy peas. Chip shop mushy peas are mostly not very good. Lumpy cold. A very bizarre colour.... . Not good. I will say they are the best I've eaten since my mother stopped making them. Yes. That good. So. Apart from picking the wrong box up for me, which let's be honest, it could happen to anyone. They rectified it promptly and went above necessary steps to me and my request. Portion size is very, very generous and all cooked perfectly. I would recommend it to anyone. I look forward to trying the rest of their menu. ( the pizza i saw looked pretty awesome. Lol. ) Despite the world cuisine places around them, I hope they get the custom their food deserves. The fact that the young manageress and everyone there were obviously proud of the food they make gives me hope that the often substandard fast food sector has at least one place in Chesterfield worth checking out.

Ordered for collection and the staff were so nice even got free coleslaw (super tasty I may add) cheesy chips was SOOO NICE, so much cheese and not too greasy. Pizza was a bit too cheesy for me personally but absolute brilliant service

We have just had a take away and the food was superb We have been looking for a decent takeaway and this is the best in chesterfield. Highly recommend the chicken Tikka kebab and lamb shish so juicy and tender . My sons garlic bread and cheese was delicious to . We will definitely be regular customers there now .

Food took 45 minutes to arrive, arrived cold (charged £4 for delivery). Food tasted like it came out of a bin.

Absolutely disgusting food. Prices are ridiculous so expensive charge you more than the menu says. Rip off and order wrong not interested when you ring up to tell them. My chips turned red with the die off the paper they were in and the other chips had no paper. None had salt and vinegar which were asked for. Terrible place don't go

Ordered Chicken Burgers for kids which kids enjoyed a lot. Chips quantity was more than enough for kids. Thanks for great service and complementary chocolate pastries as they knew that order was for kids. 👌👌👌

This is a master class in how to ruin a brand. I think the place is under new management and it shows. Chips are frozen. Please learn to use a potatoe peeler, no one wants to pay chippy prices for Iceland chips. Chicken kebab, disgusting. Frozen food. Peas look haggid. Honestly I can't give this place a low enough review. Used to be really nice as well. Was going to give it 2 star, because they offered refund, but when I arrived they still charged me for full frozen chips frozen fish, probably frozen peas and a curry sauce that we can't eat because we've returned all the food. Hope this place gets shut down and they have to eat all the horrible stock

Ordered from here and wrong items sent. Ordered chicken kebab and lamb kebab got sent a chicken meat burger and a lamb meat burger. So I paid more for the kebabs. They refused to give me a refund and were rude!

Its well and truly shocking I was late by 2 hours and when it arrived it wasn't hot or even fully cooked. We threw most of the food away. We will never use this place ever again. What a total waste of money this place is. If your reading this then stay well clear as YOU WILL GET food poioning from the way there food is cooked(or undercooked) should I say. Absolutely horrid never again.

Ordered a mix kebab, could not touch it. Looked horrid and was stinking. Asked to eat in and left it on the table. Asked for tissues and i was given toilet paper. Do not go there, please! If i would have eaten the kebab, i would have surely gotten food poisoning. Not even a star...

Absolutely appalling, unprofessional, disinterested, 10.15 at night, empty shop, no chips! Didn't bother to tell me there would be a wait for chips to cook, a few pies, one battered sausage and two sad sausages in the 'ready' heater otherwise it would be cook-to-order. I've been going to that chippy since 1991 and shall NOT be going again. Sad that the friendly Cypriot couple moved on - they knew how to provide service. The whole place looks grubby and is definitely unwelcoming. I hate to think what Environmental Services might find in the backrooms - might give them a nudge, I'm so disgusted. Certainly one to ignore. Why do I have to give them a single star to post my message? Not worth even that and I bet that the 'positive' reviews are posted by family and friends. Once more, I repeat, absolutely appalling.

If i could give this no stars i would, order food and waited two hours for it to be delivered had to cancel the order as everyone else left to go home as it was in town

This used to be my favourite place to get take away but I’ll not be going again. I think the owners must of changed or something. The girl who served us was rude. We felt uncomfortable while we were trying to decide what we wanted. Waited about 15 minutes for a pizza, kebab and chips which cost far more than I was expecting (prices have definitely gone up). Drove all the way back to holmewood to discover we’d been given the wrong type of kebab with sauce on it we didn’t ask for. And paid nearly £5 for the privilege. Very small portion of chips for the price. The pizza was nice though. That’s the only good thing there is to say. It’s a real shame.
