Subway in Chesterfield

The person who served me and my brother was on his phone the whole time was rude quick and got the orders wrong tried to toast a sub with salad on it the nachos were a joke only has sauce and cheese on 1 crisp forgot sauce on the sub it was a complete joke

Ordered via JustEat, nachos were burnt, with no sauce or Jalapeños as requested. Ordered 2 footlongs and a six inch and only received 1 of the footlongs. No marinara on the meatball marinara. Can't ring them because the phone number is invalid. Really poor considering what they charge!!

I like to buy salads there. Healthy and tasty.

Yet another terrible experience at subway. Ordered online & both arrived untoasted & this time we're both missing lettuce & cheese. One day I'll stop putting myself through this, but until then I'll just keep leaving bad reviews.

Ordered on just way food never turned up

The food was nice and the staff were lovely but…. The toilet facilities are appalling. No hand soap, cobwebs everywhere, hand dryer doesn’t work, you have to press the handle 5/6 times for the toilet to flush. Limescale all around toilet handle. In definite need of renovations. Edit- it’s been a while since I came to this subway and my comments still stand. I returned today to find the toilets in a worse condition. How they get away with it I’ll never know

Scammers beware! Placed the order through just eat so the store accepted then hounded me on the phone to tell me it was out of stock. REFUSED to cancel my order, told me I could do it online but as well know you can’t anymore. Now my out of stock order has been delivered somehow? Where who know? Most unhelpful store EVER

Sarah was amazing and gave top tier customer service. Whoever they replaced her with are doing an appalling job with customer service and hygiene.

Our order has not been delivered. The App says it has and my money has been taken. Absolutely FUMING.

The food was deliver 2 hours late Must have been made and placed on the oven to keep warm. The food was totally inedible and the order was thereafter placed in the bin. The bottle of Diet Pepsi was ok

A complete waste of time and money. I paid and ordered for two meals on Deliveroo but whoever was working at the restaurant didn't make it or send the second meal, so I only received one- when I paid for two. I then had to request a refund because of this and re-order. Wouldn't order from the restaurant again.

I have visited many subways and have always had an enjoyable experience EXCEPT today I ordered a chicken tikka salad the cucumber looked like it had been frozen and defrosted and the green pepper had black bits on it, the tikka was still partially frozen and inedible, I took the meal back to the server she looked at me as if I had done something wrong she didn’t apologise didn’t offer a fresh meal NOTHING I actually waited until the queue died down before complaining. The servers were very unfriendly I think I’ll be giving it a minus as from now on.

Located near the top of town (near the spire), the shop appears as two units from the front. Happy staff, though he just "looked" a little unhygienic, probably not I'm sure. Service was good, quick and full as the shop was empty at the time. The service area of the shop was very small and created a U-bend for customers, which if busy might be uncomfortably close to other customers. The dining area on the other hand was considerably lager with a somewhat hidden toilet towards the back of the shop. Price was reasonable and the shop was reasonably tidy though felt a little grubby.

Me apareció en el Sábado como estaba en mi camino a un amigos y así pasó a ser en el camino. Había que esperar para la comida, pero nada demasiado importante ya que entiendo la hora de comer puede ser muy concurrida en estos lugares.

Had to try the new beef burnt ends sandwich. Went to this subway at the weekend and ate in the seating area. Although it's only small, it was clean and modern. Staff friendly and sandwich was lovely.

Subs were great as usual latte was luke warm though and the lady on the till was so miserable however the other 2 serving were fine also the customer toilet was filthy and stank shocking had I visited the toilet before I ate I would never have ordered tables were all sticky too

Visited this Subway on a Sunday afternoon, for a footlong Veggie Patty. All was good really; consistent as you'd expect from such a mighty chain.

Well I came in to store for a large drink but had to spend £2 to pay off card so I asked about sandwiches and had one and and really enjoyed it and the customer service off ash was excellent very happy with the visit and will be visiting a lot more :)

People say all subways are the same, yep they might be but the staff at this subway are extremely polite and friendly. A real credit to the subway chain.

Consistent across the chain and this store follows suit. If you have had Subway before the. You know what you're getting. If you haven't, it's a great place for lunch at a low price with a load of options from this Healthy Option Eatery.

Average convenience food Quick and easy food for a snack or lunch on the go Do not buy water here it's ridiculously priced at 1.29 !

Need a right big refurbishments... looks dirty n shabby... food was alright not the best subway but not the worst.. didn't look like a happy place to sit in n eat so wld defo have a take away of goin!
