Their popcorn chicken and chips are delicious! However their chicken strips are chewy and not the best. Defo try the popcorn chicken its yummy!!!

My order has been cancelled twice on different dates Which is completely unacceptable.

Please beware ov this place i was waiting for a delivery and i witnessed someone working on the door steel money off someone from the cash machine just down the road and been told its not the first time stands at the entrance to lfc watching people going to cash machine 1 person lost 300 pound beware

Waited 2 hours , and food never arrived, worst takeaway service , they dnt answer the call as well , dnt order anything from this place .!

I ordered from here at 11pm they gave me a estimated delivery time between 11.20 and 11.44 and it came within the delivery time it seemed ages to me but I was really hungry I had a chicken wrap meal I was red hot even when I received it and it was absolutely beautiful definitely will be having a wrap again they chips was beautiful to and I'm not a chip person and the chicken pieces I had was beautiful I will definitely be ordering again

Top marks for this little gem, a friend recommended this Place and I totally recommended it, fantastic food at very reasonable prices and the staff are wonderful, definitely will be calling again

Order waited 1hr called and said be got busy can't get food to you!!! What a joke late at night so can't get anything else...... 🙄 don't bother!!!!

Would honestly leave 0 stars if I could, nearly 2 hours waiting for delivery when estimated 20 minutes couldn't get through to anyone as phone constantly engaged maybe others having the same issue, if its a busy time I'd honestly go elsewhere

This is the only place I come for chicken,always hot and cooked properly. The owners are really nice,I always have a good laugh with them. Highly recommended..

I had a 1/2 burger and actually was good

Didn't give complete order. Tried to speak to them for them to keep speaking over me saying they have given what I ordered. She then told me a meal was 8 pound and that is all I apparently ordered but i was charged over 14 pound for the missing food she kept telling me I didn't order. Refused to refund and put the phone down on me. Kept putting phone down when I've tried to ring back and when did answer again just laughed down the phone. TERRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE!

Used LFC for many years, however last few meals and ordering experience have been appalling Dry inedible chicken cold undercooked fries smaller portions delivery time well over 1hr telephone orders almost impossible due to language barriers prices seem to be whatever suits. Repeatedly requested updated menu always told not yet reprinted or non available. It's such a shame as our family always enjoyed the food from here. Bad experience seems to be the norm now.

A great takeaway with freshly cooked food, friendly staff and competitive prices. Situated on the road where all the bus's stop and opposite Boyes Stores.

Just had a tuna pizza delivered to work , omg it was amazing piping hot on delivery & so so tasty would definitely use again & highly recommend fast delivery , thankyou LFC was amazing.

Just ordered through Deliveroo. Have food from here quite frequently and never have any problems. Today however, wing's are undercooked with bloody veins still uncooked, chicken fillet burger all still pink and undercooked. Rang up to complain and the lad I spoke to was initially quite pleasant. But then came back to me to tell me that his boss said there is no way its under done as it reached temperature. Then said nothing they can do about it. I questionwd whether they would serve undercooked chicken to their kids even if the temp said it was ok. Dont know about anyone else but at age 37 there is no convincing me that pink chicken is safe to eat no matter what temperature it is. When I assured the guy it was indeed underdone his response was 'I doubt it, I'm just looking at other cooked with yours and they are all ok' bearing in mind it had been delivered 5/10 minutes previously. Avoid. Will never go here again.

Disgraceful. Order was placed at 15:38 and was told via JustEat app that it would arrive at 16:25, by 14:35 the app said delivered so I requested an order update via the app to the restaurant where I was told 16:50 which it was a couple minutes late on. My friend’s drink was 2 months out of date, her chicken was bone dry and the lettuce was brown. Messaged on JustEat and they said to call the restaurant for which the manager blamed the delivery they got last week for the expired drink, said that it was cripsy chicken not dry and all there stock is fresh so didnt know what I was talking about in regards to the lettuce. She then proceeded to say that I would only get my money back when I returned the food to her even though I explained it was thrown away so she said that she was going to get one of her drivers to come back to my friends flat and retrieve the food from the rubbish bin because she had to confirm we were telling the truth. Outrageous customer service after receiving an unsatisfactory order.

ordered a meal tonight paid for it using my bank card waiting for delivery to find out the delivery driver has took my order somewhere else and the restaurant refused to give me a new meal or refund.

Picked up food from the shop amazing boneless chicken was succlent and tender boned chicken was again tender moist tasty! Roast potatoes where off the chart with there gravy they where amazing brilliant food definitely go there again service was fast polite brilliant and I can't stress this enough amazing food! Decent food but not as much value for money as there used to be. The fried chicken pieces can be excessively greasy/soggy. Little disappointed.

Order a delivery for the first time on Saturday 5th October great service fantastic delivery the food was amazing plenty and very hot would definitely order again the gentleman on the phone was very helpful and the delivery guy was really polite.

Lovely staff always look after me when I'm at work across the road and the food has never been anything but spot on. Great prices too.

Very slow service in the LFC shop. Its horrible how they talk 2 you. When u walk in the shop they dont give u time 2 look wats on the menu. They think u want the same thing every time. The man on the till as got bad attitude.

I have ordered from these a number of times and the food is always good. On this occasion though the chicken nuggets were missing out of the box meal and there was no kids drink. I rang up to ask if they could send the nuggets down and they agreed, they then rang back and a women spoke to me basically calling me a lier and refused to send the missing items. She was very rude over such a small issue that could have been easily resolved. Lost another customer due to the customer service and the lack of it.

The toasted twiter chicken wrap is something else with gravy! Cannot go wrong with the wings as well, really crunchy and succulent.

I originally gave this place a 1 star review but since new management has taken over I gave it another chance as heard good things. Absolutely brilliant service now and hands downMy new place for chicken beats KFC. Everywhere makes mistakes from time to time and let's face it people are quick to complain but don't always give credit where credits due and that's why I had to take the time to edit my previous review.

I have ordered from them couple times and they always gaved me Tango instead of Fanta (is monopoly money okay then too?) and once they did not deliver entire meal which was ~£6

Waited over an hour for our order.. when it did finally turn up side orders were missing as well as chips and chicken being cold.. only thing what was slightly edible was the burger and that still wasn't warm.. wont be ordering from here again.. to be honest its put me off takeaways all together.. if you are paying money you expect the right order as well as it to be edible! They have lost a customer tonight.

Ordered food last night 2239 told 45 mins at 1140 still no food rang up today to a snotty guy saying they tried ringing but my phone never rang they have now lost a customer for life and a huge order for next week end

Took 30 minutes longer than stated to deliver my order, then my order arrived and my burger was missing so I rang up and they proceeded to call me a liar

My very first experience and I walk in the door say I'm at the guys cousin and they gave me some free chicken wings and stuff. I have been once since possibly twice actually ordered a cheap 99p chicken burger Great stuff whom are nice and friendly. food tastes just as good if not better than KFC. A fair price, great service and a local company I think. Thanks
