Nicolas lakeside cafe in Wychavon

Beautifully decorated,lovely furniture. I met a friend here for breakfast . When we arrived one member of staff said hi but when I went to order drinks another was eating and looked at me like I was being a pain for ordering drinks. A simple thing that could have been changed was there was no sugar on tables.We found this strange you had to go to the front counter and I had to ask for a teaspoon for both my friend and I . The member of staff was shocked and had to dry some for us to use !! Menu basic, food came quickly and was hot but more like breakfast at greasy spoon cafe than anything else. No interaction from staff to check if food was ok or we had everything we needed just dumped down . Not sure they wanted us there to be honest No toilets on site either.

Really lovely meal here today. The staff were lovely and even brought a sausage over for our puppy which she loved. The food was delicious and service top notch. We will definitely be returning ! 😀

What a wonderful surprise this place was. We didn't expect it to be so brilliant. The Little Muntjac is warm, welcoming, and wonderful, and it smells of Christmas. It smells beautiful, of cinnamon and baking, and loveliness. Great breakfast, great staff, great service.

Having decided we wanted a hot sanwich on arrival to the office, we ordered by phone, a lovely lady advised it would be 15 minutes. Arrived, collected and then back to the office to enjoy. The bacon is such good quality. We will definitely be back.🤗

A lovely location, friendly staff and nice atmosphere. The menu was simple but had something for everyone - the milkshakes and cakes are a must! Would definitely recommend and will be returning.

What a wonderful cafe! We went with a dog that was home boarding with us and what a welcome welcome had. They couldn't do enough for us. Lovely food and beautiful location. Highly recommend for dog owners!

Great little cafe by the lake, very friendly

Terrible staff when we went. Completely ignored us, said there’s menus on the table and there weren’t, no one came to take an order. Complete lack of customer service. Very disappointed Just ended up leaving, staff didn’t even care they lost customers

A massive thank you for looking after our backpack with all our valuables which we forgot when we left. We also enjoyed the tea and friendly welcome! Thank you very much.

A lovely little spot and most impressed by the lovely decor and friendly service The breakfast was delicious and free refills of coffee was a big bonus .Shall definitely go again when the weather gets better .Did not give a full 5 stars as toilets were not on site and a bit of a walk away

Just visited for the first time for Mother’s Day afternoon tea and it was lovely! Lovely staff and surroundings and the food was delicious. Will definitely be returning, looking forward to having a drink outside overlooking the lakes on a sunny day 😊

Enjoyed the small breakfast today, refill of tea/coffee included in the small and big breakfast. Well worth a visit

What a surprise ! I have driven past the entrance thousands of times and live within walking distance. Today was the day that I gave it a try. Once getting past the shock of passing a load of men smashing the ice to fish on a cold winter day I got inside the warm cafe. A warm welcome and all the fishermen were outside in competition mode so quick service awaited. I was met with a smile and a welcome. Not long followed by a full English breakfast. Had a chat with a few friendly fishermen and enjoyed the atmosphere. Really impressed and I will be back.

Can be a bit more cheerful but it is a cafe food is top Noch that's all that counts

2nd time I've been here . I took a few mates this time. Lovely setting by some lakes. Nicola and Grant run this place. Great food, biker friendly . Great hosts. Fishing was popular I don't fish but there was a competition on looked like they were enjoying themselves . If you're on your bike just be a little bit careful bc there's a couple of gravelly spots getting down the driveway. no problem but just be aware ! Loved it. Thanks for hosting us.

Cracking breakfast and a cracking fishing venue. Grant and family are slowly turning this place into a fantastic day out I would highly recommend 💯

best food ever tasted the staff are lovely famley run business so much to do here grate prices and wheel chair access aswell I recomend 100% 🙂
