Hot n sour soup had a lovely bit of METAL wire in it. Not to my taste, so my advice is avoid unless u enjoy metal noodles in your soup

Set meal is amazing and worth the money let me change the ribs to salt and chilli aid an extra £1 to have a combination satay the portion sizes are huge whole order was lovely my fave Chinese takeaway

Always order from here and order the same meal however the rice was hard like uncooked the curry wasn’t the same as I get ment to be a combination but 1 bit of pork 1 prawn which was hard ribs n chow main wer ok n edible tho

We never go anywhere else for a Chinese takeaway, always had perfect service from NGs, food always lovely and hot and fantastic delivery drivers, used them for years and never had a bad meal yet, personally we can't rate them highly enough 👍🏻

Great spicy food and plenty of it

Great food, a favourite takeaway and has been for years. Best chow mein youll get anywhere and big portions. Very reasonably priced too. Only criticism is it's supposed to be fast food and delivery can sometimes be a little slow.

Wouldn't get a Chinese meal from anywhere else. Best tasting dishes, I either get the pepper chicken or chicken black bean & green pepper. Jam packed with chicken too, always get dinner & a lunch out of it.

salt n pepper ribs too small &fiddly - special chop suey only had beef and a couple of bits of tough chicken too many water chestnuts and bamboo shoots but sauce was tasty - will try different ribs next time and hope they are not like the tiny bits received today

Good food but letdown badly by Crispy Aromatic Duck which bizarrely had crispy natcho type things in it to bulk it out and not a lot of duck.

Food was fantastic, piping hot and delivery driver was friendly and pleasant. Will certainly be ordering from here again.

The food is always excellent! We only choose New NG's for our Chinese meals. All others just aren't worth it.

We order from here often and have never been more disappointed with the food. Placed an order over £50 and it turned up early. Right away we knew it would have been rushed. Food was lukewarm and definitely not the standard it usually is. The salt and pepper chips were so soggy and the chicken fried rice was definitely reheats. We definitely won’t be back after this experience, besides the chicken balls and curry sauce the rest went in the bin.

Disappointed. We've had deliveries from NG Dynasty many times. Food normally tasty, well cooked & generous portions. Today however it's was not good. The prawn crackers were tan coloured due to being overcooked. The special fried rice was dry in texture & not freshly cooked, reheat of rice possibly? The special fried rice was just that, fried rice it wasn't special. It had 1 prawn, a few pieces of diced ham, small amount of spring onions & that was it. The topping had the usual chicken & pork slices which were moist & tasty the way they have been on previous orders we've had delivered. The spring rolls were okay but missing the small prawns & ham pieces normally in them. These were just beansprouts & vegetables. I don't know if it's a new Chef or this new idea of Take Aways saving money by reducing ingredients & portions. We liked NG Dynasty but after this we'll maybe not order for a while & hope they revert back to the fine little Take Away they were.

This is my go to Chinese but unfortunately it didn't live up to its usual standard. I had ordered the Jung Po chicken and instead I got pork which I can't eat :( The delivery time is always spot on so I'm happy with that but just disappointed as I was looking forward to eating it

Delish food & good service for home delivery. Only issue I have is If wish you were available on Deliveroo.

Not ordered from here for a wile but gave another chance however my Order came to £34 , delivery driver came early which I was happy with although when paying the driver it turned out he had no change so ended up leaving with £40 , totally disappointed why drivers can deliver without change , don't think I'll be using ng dynasty again

The chicken roast pork fried rice has a funny after taste on yhe chicken.

Lovely food and delivered promptly

Prawn crackers and fortune cookies tasted stale. Curry had no taste to it and the rice was freezing. Upsetting considering we have eaten here before with no issues. And unfortunately, won't be ordering again if there is stale tasting food being given.

As usual fantastic. Food is always consistent, freshly cooked and hot, good staff nothing a problem, added notes are always noted✅️. Alway recommend this establishment, Great value and Yep it's different from other takeaways more traditional in my opinion.👍

Best Chinese take away, food is absolutely delicious. Doesn't hold back on the meat either, packed full!

The mixed starter for 2 was so overcooked/burnt we couldn’t eat it. The fried rice was bland with no flavour at all as was the beef curry. The duck and cashew nuts didn’t even taste like duck and had no flavour at all. A very bad experience.

Got Chicken instead of Prawn for one of the mains, ribs were tasteless, chicken balls were burnt and the boiled rice was dry as a bone. Chicken curry was nice!

All of the bag will food in it was battered and bruised. All the sauce from the beef had emptief into the bag and made chicken balls soggy. Also my neighbour csme to my door and asked if a man came to my door with food. I replied yes. She then told me he peed down the lane across the road. You can see it from my home. Disgusted is not the word. He is handling food. Unbelievable

The ribs and start was good but the Singapore fried rice disappointed me , I wish they have a allergy warning or ingredient on it , many places that sell Singapore fried rice do , I am allergic to shrimp which unfortunately where in my rice today ,Luckily I was able to see before eating . But very disappointing I can enjoy my evening as I hoped.

Food was delicious as always , I ordered for collection for my husband and son and then forgot to tell him and fell asleep as I am unwell . When I got up 2 hours later I called them and they made the whole order for us again .. so great customer service , I really appreciate that thank you !

My food came and I was missing chips and a drink and the food I did have it was all cold

I ordered butterfly king prawns. What I got was some deep fried patry thing with a tiny dollop of prawn paste in the middle. Aparently this is what butterfly king prawn means to this restraunt

Order from here all the time but tonight foid was nearly 2 hours late. Soup was luke warm. Phoned just after an hour late to be told food had not even left the kitchen and theyre busy. Think delivery driver forgot to deliver my order cause if it was just out the kitchen it should have been hot

Outstanding. Definitely cannot rate high enough. Hot, super tasty food, superior to any other take away/restaurant that I've eaten in. Huge portions and free fresh prawn crackers.. I'm going to eat my way through the menu! Cheers guys!

Always order from this Chinese and usually get their golden spicy chicken wings. They taste amazing and always consistent BUT…the last few times ordering they are PINK and VERY UNDERCOOKED on the inside. Kept trying to give them the benefit of the doubt that it was a one off but it keeps happening. I have had to phone up and warn them of this. Food poisoning, especially from chicken, is no joke! Keep an eye out if you do order them.
