Newton Deli in St. Helens

Ordered a Sunday Roast delivery. Arrived within the allotted time, piping hot and very tasty. Great portion size, brilliant value for money. Would recommend ordering from Dentons Deli

it was good, nothing out of the extraordinary, but better than most places. They also have a fridge that people can go and get something, I think they are helping the community wich deserve them to have at least 8 points... Support local or Local will dissappear.

I ordered 3 meals for vulnerable people I know, 2 of which wouldn’t have had an hot meal, it was very much appreciated, these people go way beyond just having a deli to make a living, they also give back to the community, so I take my hat off too all staff. Well done everyone concerned 👏🏻👏🏻👏🏻👏🏻👏🏻

Great food at affordable prices . Can't fault the food or the service and on top of that they do a fantastic job within the local community with food banks and free meals. I ordered a large roast to be delivered between midday and 2 and it came on time, piping hot as in had to blow on it and I live in St Helens so that was brilliant. Driver was lovely, food plentiful and left off the carrot n swede at my request and put in extra mash. (A mountain of it) The tray weighed a ton! All in all, it was very good and I had plenty to reheat the next day too =)

Regularly have Sunday lunch delivered from this deli. Always hot, plenty of Veggies, and potatoes and they are not mean with the meat. Always a choice of 2 meats and a vegetarian option. I highly recommend the Sunday lunch delivery service from Newton Deli. Great value for money too. Their regular menu through the week is also great value for money and a very wide selection of items.

Delicious food. I ordered Sunday dinner for my family. Good prices and taste. I Recommended it! Good package, tasty and plenty.

Considering the price the breakfasts, they were disgusting and both ended up in the bin. Will not use again.

Ordered a sub off just eat with specific instruction to put no butter on it , arrived with butter on so phoned up to tell them there was butter on it , I was told there was not even though it was right in front of me , I was then told that someone had put butter on it and they could send me another out but had already waited an hour for this ..... on my review on just eat I was basically lied to again .... this is the problem 🤬

First time we have ordered a home delivered Sunday Lamb lunch. The descriptions was lamb and veg. We asked to be one of the last deliveries and received it at around 5pm which was perfect. The food was lovely with lamb, Yorkshire pudding, roast potatoes, mash, broccoli, swede, peas and cabbage With gravy. We could not eat it all and had to wait nearly an hour before we ate the dessert which was sticky toffee pudding and custard. The whole meal was a delight and we will most definitely do it again. Ordered a Lamb Sunday Roast and all I can say is it was absolutely fabulous. didn't need the extra gravy and the Bakewell tart and custard was superb. Delivered on time and piping hot, Excellent. Will definitely be using these again.

Had the Sunday lunch a couple of times now and it’s gorgeous and always really hot. I’ve also had other meals from here through the week and they don’t disappoint neither, would highly recommend. Staff and drivers are always really friendly as well.

Have ordered quite a few times from newton deli, always great service, great food & great prices. I especially like the hot baguettes. Will definitely order again, usually a weekly treat

Had this today it was the special they had on, nicest pasta I've ever had. Deffo having it again next time, yummy.

Had breakfast delivered quite a few times now & this is our number 1 breakfast choice in Newton when looking for brunch on a lazy weekend! Always cater to our special requirements in the comments box, deliver within advised time & still hot. Definitely recommend!

Went today for hot pies and had to wait couple of minutes, which is no problem. It gave me time to have a crafty glimpse as a guy’s breakfast nearby. It looked very good and he was enjoying it.We bought 4 very hot and very tasty pies for the small price of only £5.60. Much cheaper and better quality than Waterfields in town centre. Added PLUS is that you can park on the road outside or be cheeky and use the pub car park.

Called in on the off chance. Ordered a sausage and egg barm and cheese and ham toastie. Egg was rubber. It seemed like it had been reheated. Sausages were lukewarm at best. Worse was the toastie. It was literally warm bread. The bread hadn't changed colour. The cheese hadn't melted and was gloopy. Considering I waited 10 mins for the privilege, it was a waste of money. Needless to say both went in the bin. First and last time.

I had two Sunday lunches with dessert delivered and was absolutely delicious couldn't fault the food or the delivery service it was outstanding, will definitely be ordering again and would highly recommend 👍👍👍

If you need to forward plan for a hangover, Sunday dinner delivery is the way forward. Gravy was a bit thick and dark for my tastes but it was a good sized portion and very tasty.
