After waiting over an hour I get a text off a number I don't know, they delivered too wrong address and gave my private number with it, terrible service will never be back

the woman on the phone needs to change her full attitude. Absolutely shocking way to speak to customers.

Foods great, service second to none n always on time, smashing wee place.

Little bit on the dear side, big portions though and very tasty will definitely be back soon

Food is really good but it's nightmare to get them on the phone and delivery times is well over a hour

Singapore rice noodles were fab. Actually had some heat to them compared to other venues. Honey ribs had lots of meat on them. Chips were fresh. Chicken balls were nice and crispy and not soggy. Gravy was t too salty. Delivery service was fantastic to Whiteleys Retreat. Driver wasn’t sure where to go but called to let us know he was on his way. 5 *****. Would definetly recommend.

Tried for the first time tonight due to my 2 usuals being closed. Very quick turn around from ordering at the desk to food being ready. Female staff on the counter were polite. Sweet and sour Cantonese style was delicious, good large chunks of chicken, not too much veg and tasty balanced sauce. The fried rice was really nice I could have easily eaten it on its own. Chips also surprisingly nice, kept a good soft texture opposed to the typical (in my experience) hard overcooked ones I usually experiences elsewhere. Would happily buy from them again.

Guy on till never says please or thank you. When placing a telephone order he just hanges up instead of saying goodbye or anything Only take cash in this Day and age its a joke. Although the food is great just the experience isn't........ Maners coast noting..

Up there with one of the worst chinese food i have ever had. The chicken curry looks and smells like dog food straight out a tin. I actually feel ill thinking about it. Writing this review to remind myself never to go again. Would not recommend :(

Nice place. Good food. Standard Chinese. Did not take card. Was cash only. Would not start cooking till we went and got cash from Tesco over the road. At least they are open late.

If I could rate 0 stars I would! Male on the phone absolutely no manners and spoke so disgustingly, I will not be ordering again!!!

We had : Crabmeat and sweet corn soup Salt and Chilli Mini Spring Rolls Breast of Chicken Curry with Boiled rice Chicken with Plum Sauce and Boiled rice. I must say the Curry was absolutely perfect (Onions cooked mn and the sauce not too spicy) My Dad had the chicken with plum sauce he gave it 10/10 Staff very friendly and efficient. This is now our favourite Chinese. Keep up the fab work 163 🥰

Been going here for 25yrs food is fresh and hot when delivered,the pancake roll used to be massive,now it's 2 small pancake rolls but still delicious and great value for money

Poor service Wrong order and no prawn crackers ... Not what you expect on a £20 order . Has this place changed hands ???

Got overcharged, always check your receipt. Didn't re-issue the correct receipt, amended it by hand, despite asking i needed a correct receipt for work. Person serving didn't know the different Chinese sauces they had.

If you have to wait wee while for delivery worth it always warm and very good at meeting allergy needs brilliant ❤️

I am on holiday at Craig Tara and was out shopping in may and was was looking for Chinese take away and found this one it was very nice and value for money and you get a lot in your portion we are back and went back to same takeaway and that is why I rate a 5 star

Best prawn toast I've had, oh how very lush indeed!!

My only issue with them Is they are cash only but thats a common thing with all of the chinese takaways in that aria but even then there value for money makes it worth it everytime I always pop in when meeting up with my friends in Ayr.

Reliable takeaway that supplies really tasty food. Allow a little extra time when ordering at weekends though. Can be busy.

Got a chicken curry from here the chicken was low quality diced stuff that you would buy in iceland/farm foods certainly not 100%

We visited after a day out and about and the takeaway was not far from the hotel so decided to pick something up on the way back. They had an interesting menu including some Malaysian & Thai dishes but unfortunately they only accepted cash and we were short so were limited in what we could get. We ordered 2 noodle dishes - one with spicy beef and the other with duck. Both were tasty, I esp liked the spiciness & flavour of the beef one. We were also given some free prawn crackers. There seemed to be quite a few orders & pick ups when I was waiting for my order so they seem popular. If they would change their payment policy & provide hand sanitiser in store, it would be much improved.

The BEST Tofu and Black Bean I've ever had I think. Super cheap and you never have to wait more than 10 mins for a collection.

The food is the best around, it's so tasty. The prices are very good too as your rice etc is included in the price. A great selection of food to order. Delivery driver is always very friendly and helpful. I highly recommend this takeaway +++

The chips were back heat also the portion size is terrible half bag of chips.

Staff nice and friendly, and the amount of food you get for the price is amazing wish we found them on start of hoilday it tasted amazing and look forward to going back there when we go back up to ayr.

I wasn't that hungry just wanted a snack so I got 5 samosas two with beef and 3 with chicken and they were ACE. Very nicely cooked and just a little bit spicy. 5 stars

Hot & Sour soup was amazing Beef with chilli & garlic not so good the beef was slimy and tasted of nothing really disappointed

Food getting worse not usual quality at all

Ordered at 9.15pm and didn't arrive until 10.30pm and it was undercooked. All I had ordered was chips, rice and curry and chips rice and gravy and they can't use the excuse that it takes 75 minutes to make those dishes. I have ordered before and most of the time the girl at the other end of the phone is cheeky and verbally abused. What makes my experience worse is that it was the chef that delivered my order as and when it eventually arrived the chef asked for a tip.

Ordered delivery from here 2 hours before the shop closed were told it would be 15-20 to wait. I waited and waited called a couple of times was told an hour after the food was order it had left the shop and would be with me in a few minutes an extra 45 minutes later the food arrived. The chips were undercooked could barley eat them which is not good as I'm pregnant. An to top it all off it was the chefs that delivered it they waited till the shop was closing before bringing our order and had the cheek to stand and ask for a tip.

Abismal. Messed up our entire order. Phoned to resolve and were told our correct order could not be delivered as they were closing early - total lies. Called back to be told that we would have to pay delivery if we wanted the correct order. The girl at reception hung up multiple times, her attitude was that of a stroppy child and she would not take any responsibility. An absolute disgrace - awful way to treat customers. Avoid!

Great Chinese. The salt and chilli chips with or without batter are really good. Most dishes are top quality.

Love my chinese food, so when down here visiting I’m always trying to find one I love. I have found it here at 163, breast chicken curry was lovely n tender. Salt n chilli chicken chow mien was a new one to us and we all loved it. Will definitely be visiting again soon!

Great food, great prices, quick service.

It's under new management and is by far the best Chinese takeaway in Ayr right now. It's the best home delivery service I have ever known ever ! Never had to wait any longer than 15 to 20 minutes for the delivery to arrive,even at the weekends. Prices are good and the food is excellent. Best chinki in the town in my opinion.

Got food poisoning from the Chinese chicken curry. If I could give less than one star I would.
