We tried New Vien's Palace for the first time and it was really great! It's good quality food, great portion sizes and reasonably priced. The food was hot and was ready in 30 mins, and the staff and service were really lovely! Recommend

Prawns very tasty, chicken wings not the best and chips were ok. Cheap delivery fee though !

Spent over £44 for 2 people and have been waiting over 1hr 50 minutes. Still no sign of food and only getting it’s on its way from the restaurant. I really don’t know how they get away with it. If your hungry don’t order from here you will be disappointed.

Ordered online from a menu posted through the door. Food was delicious and gave us free spring rolls too which is very generous. Portion sizes are good, easily get two meals with rice. Quick delivery Will be ordering again!!

Ordered when our usual takeaway was closed over christmas. Brilliant chinese takeaway food! New owners are lovely. Everything is fresh and hot - nothing is greasy. The broccoli in garlic sauce is so good - really crunchy tasty simple dish. Lots of good veggie options, as well as meat. The food is delivered for £2. So refreshing after the fees that deliveroo charge on both sides. Have already ordered again. Thanks so much! : )

Grey soggy and super thick heavy dumplings. Cheap filling. Hard to chew. I love dumplings but these aren't them. Taken one bite and didn't touch the rest. Meant to be grilled but raw dough

Bloody RUBBISH the place was closed and nobody answered the phone

Was really good in the past. Has gone downhill massively compared with the competition close by.

The place smells like an ashtray- ironic considering a no smoking side inside. Perhaps the staff should comply too as it carries through the place. Had to wait for our food outside in the cold. After arriving home, we opened the 2 dishes to find that one is covered with 1cm of grease and isn't even what we ordered! We tried salvaging some of it but the peppers were so ivercioked they fell apart on the fork. In the end we ended up throwing most of it away and feeling very dosdapointed that we spent all the money and didn't even get what we ordered and what we got was inedible.

We have enjoyed takeaways from Viens for some years now, the chowmeins are our favourite and the huge spring rolls. I choose to not have any added msg the staff are always very accommodating and the food still tastes great.

Have enjoyed takeaway food from here for years, we love the chow meins and huge pancake rolls and always ask for no added msg as the food doesn't need it staff always oblige. consistent quality and friendly service,usually easy to stop outside.
