The foods are not too bad, I always go there for our Chinese, but since January 2024 things was changed a lot, the foods was lack of taste, and the front service it wasn't the same as last a few years, within 3 months they had changed many different staffs working at the counter, this place it seems going downhill, can not feel the warmth atmosphere service as used to, we really missed our favourite smiling lady work at the front.

Hi everyone in Stevenage, there's a bad news at the Oval Chinese New V&V. Tuesday I went there bought a couple of dishes, the foods was disgusting, I took it back for refund, but they were rejected and the new counter staff said the shop now is under a new management. Really disappointed! Not recommend to go and their shop hygiene was just a star displayed online. 😞
