dissapointed in the meal, egg foo Yong was tastless and meat tough, chow mein was sloppy , would not order again from here

Food piping hot as always, however, a little disappointed for the first time due to half as much chicken in the chow mein as we usually get and the chips were all ends. We will order again coz we love this Chinese and hopefully it was just an off day

The food was fine but nothing on other Chinese takeaways. Greasy prawn crackers and some under cooked. The other dishes were fine but lacked real Chinese flavours or certain ingredients and how they were cooked. A shame but nice to have tried somewhere new.

Worst food ever had, chicken balls over cooked, Deep fried shredded beef, could eat it and all went in the bin. NEVER AGAIN

normally great from here but this wasn't good everything freezing cold took 15 mins to warm it all up again noodles rock hard chicken like leather time to give this place a miss from now on

Food was cold, flavourless, chicken was tough, sweet and sour sauce was just ketchup, no peppers, no pineapple, couldn't eat it. Very, very disappointing

Really quite disappointed with the quality of the food, we used to come here all of the time and used to be amazing, tonight it was all over cooked and very salty, soup was very watery too. Missed out our sweet and sour sauce! Spent £73 on this order. Was gutted. :(

Use this takeaway despite it being expensive because the food is always of a high standard, not tonight, the prawn in seaweed was inedible, far too salty to eat, got special chow mein, there was 1 prawn in it, a few pieces of skinny meat that looked past its sell by date and the pork was cold. 3 big bits of mushroom, they obviously used the mushroom to make it look as if there were plenty in it, total rip off and pure greedy, if I wanted a mushroom chow mein thats what i would have ordered, if you drop your standards you'll drop your customers

I’ve ordered from here many times and it has always been lovely but last night everything was over cooked. It was honestly inedible. The spare ribs were black and too tough to chew, the batter on the chicken balls was burned and the prawn crackers were stale, couldn’t even bite through them. Absolutely disgusting!

Left noodles out of order needed ro ring them back. No chips included with the chicken balls for £8.20! Everything very greasy even the soft noodles. Would not order again

Delivery between half 8 and 8:50. Food was Delivered around 8:10. Thankfully we have someone in our home to take the order. By the time we got home food was cold and couldn't eat. Won't be ordering again

Order came and some things missing was told that they would come on next order but phone line is t answered have called 10 times bad customer service

It’s the first time I’ve ordered from this takeaway and it will unquestionably be the last. Stone cold, over cooked and some battered items in the box were unidentifiable. Honestly rotten.

Worst food I've tasted in a long time. The sweet and sour dish came in a cardboard box and tasted like chemicals and was inedible. The rice and crispy seaweed were bland. I don't even know how you can make food that bad.

This is by FAR the best Chinese take away I have had. Really enjoyed every mouthful - top quality, delivered piping hot !! Will definitely be back! Keep the quality and delivery up!

I ordered a few meals with extras, one of the extras was chilli salt and pepper chips. I don't know how many times these chips had been cooked but they were all hard, small left-over dregs that no one wants, I would be ashamed giving these to an animal. These alone spoilt a half decent meal as it would have been zero stars. Never again, time to move on to a different takeaway. Very disappointed

Really fresh nice Chinese food. Love that it doesn’t have the cloying texture like some Chinese takeaways. Don’t understand why so many negative reviews as ordered from here twice and was lovely. Also like that lots of it comes in cardboard containers (leak proof).

Extremely disappointed with the quality and quantity of food for the price. Came in awful cardboard boxes that were almost leaking though by the time we got our food. The boxes themselves weren’t labelled so had to guess what was what, also didn’t come with any complimentary prawn crackers, which is the only Chinese I know not to do so. I rang the restaurant at the latest time given and they said the driver had only just left then.

Food came super quick but everything was black! Couldn’t even eat it. Shocking considering how much we spent

States on menu seaweed but non came, its appears never on the menu but I screenshot it for reference. Watery Hong Kong style sweet and sour not pleasant to eat, hence bin got it. Chilli chips not worth getting, soggy prawn toast. Certainly not ordering again, expensive lesson learned.

Ordered tonight food delivered in about 45 mins. Chips horrible, cold and rock hard. Salt and chilli chicken was rock hard, no onions or peppers etc just dry, More batter than chicken, nearly smashed my teeth trying to eat it. Really disappointing. Chicken curry was just thick slop. Boiled rice was like mush. Really disappointed and this wasn't cheap at all. £30 wasted. Won't order again, will stick to our normal Chinese.

iv never complained before about here, but tonite was a total disgrace, burnt mini rolls, salt pepper chicken minging, couldnt even pull it apart with my teeth, shocking food for the price charged, after years of coming here ill not be back

The food is far too oily. And it all tastes tainted with the same flavour as if it’s all cooked in the same old oil. And the chicken was over fried. Ordered extra to have leftovers but will be binning it instead.

Bought a £20 sharer box the food was absolutely disgusting obviously been reheated a number of times the chips were like rock noodles dry and hard sping rolls crammed into box all broken chicken skewers dried out all the food was uneatable. Phoned them they said all the food was freshly cooked, rubbish looked like it was day's old. I will be reporting this place to food hygiene department.

Lovely food. Fresh. Hot. Tasty. Quantity also very good. More expensive than others but you get what you pay for. You don't want to pay more than your usual place then don't expect any better quality either. Definitely worth the slight premium.

Crispy prawns were overcooked and the batter was burnt, I realise there is a shortage of oil but it clearly needed changed. chips were disgusting, looked re-heated, not worth the £40.

Food was cold when it arrived. Didn’t have much taste. Curry was beautiful but the rest wasn’t. Spare ribs fatty. Egg foo yung had about 2 prawns in. Compared to other chinese it was expensive and not as good but we thought we would give it a go. Probably would try again but not in the near future.

Food was so tough and salty we couldn’t eat the majority of the box.

That is the worst Chinese and possibly some of the worst food I’ve had to pay for. It tasted like it was cooked a week ago. Absolute disgrace. If it was a ‘restaurant’ I’d want my money back but, no doubt I’d be wasting my time trying. One of the worst worst takeaways I’ve had the displeasure of tasting.

Chose this takeaway from a recommendation and positive reviews but I found the ribs, chicken and duck over cooked, spent over £40 which is more than I’d normally spend on a takeaway (no free prawn crackers when spending over £x like some Chinese takeaways). £4.50 delivery which is steep for how close I live and collection isn’t an option. Very disappointed Only redeeming factor was that it arrived quickly

The food was very bland and was not hot at all when delivered. Disappointed for £21.50 for 2 dishes.

My regular takeaway was closed so decided to try another place. My main feedback is that the chicken in my curry was off & I literally spat it out. It's a shame but hey ho. The delivery driver was friendly & smiling. It's not the cheapest takeaway either, so an expensive one for the bin to get.

The dishes ordered weren’t what we expected they tasted and looked different to the same dishes from other Chinese restaurants, everything was very salty. They also forgot part of our order, when I rang up to ask if they could drop it off they weren’t very happy and asked if they could just ‘owe us’ next time, in the end they agree to drop off what we had paid for.
