Ordered special shaslick and asked no peppers or onion, but it arrived with so i called and they brought another one. The lamb chops are amazing. Never tasted any better. They are delicious 😋 5 stars for food and service 😀

Mmm loved the kebabs from here but gone down hill..i want more then cabbage an lettice on my kebab weres the onion toms an cucumber?? Makes it bland and the donner meat pale as did not enjoy disapointed

Just ordered from New Polash and yet again the meal was fantastic with lots of flavour. Highly recommend.

Nice early delivery, the food was nice I got the seekh kebabs on naan very filling that half of will make you full, so if your a small family don’t order that much, and I got the donner and chips which was just okay, could have been more tastier. Other than that 4/5 alright place

Joke of a place waited 2 hours after ordering through Uber eats as wouldn’t take my order over the phone asked me to order on website but that was broke. Rang a few times and was told 20 mins rang 40 mins later and was told ‘yeah not started it yet mate want to cancel ‘ after 2 hours I’d at least expect them to have started it wasn’t a huge order we are local and have already paid. Let’s see if we actually get the money back now. What a joke I now remember why I stopped ordering from here. Use Mumbai spice far better food good service and polite staff that will actually deliver your food

The chicken pieces tasted funny and the batter on them was too hard. The bottle of coke was missing. Also the naan bread was missing along with the onion bhajis . Sorry but won’t be ordering from them anymore

Dry burn out pizza even second pizza when I asked them to remake dry burn out with its of fresh cheese probably same pizza I could make a £1 Iceland better

I don't mind things being a bit late ,but they forgot the drink I ordered , had the massala and mushroom rice . The mushrooms were a bit rubbery and massala was a bit bland .

One of our mains didn’t arrive. It was delivered 40 minutes after the rest of the order. Rest of the order was cold by the time it was received.

Ordered from here for the first time tonight. Chicken pakora was nicely cooked with not too much batter on them. Lamb Saag was absolutely spot on. Onion fried rice was nice and not overly greasy. Chapatti was ok too. Will order from here again

Food is good. Lovely. I ordered got collection and went when it said it was ready to collect. Got there and was waiting 15 minutes for them to make my food. No point pre ordering.

Food was cold, curry n rice and curry and chips were full of water and flavourless and the kids refused to eat it, overall a waste of money

Never had a problem with takeaway shop before until tonight and ut was absolutely shocking One minute I'm being told the driver is on the way then the next time I ring my food hadn't even been made but yet on the app it said my food was delivered 🙃

The food is absolutely delicious, I recommend this place. The staff are really polite, they give your food really fast. There is a selection of food options,the hygiene is average and I admire the presentation, the safety is fine and there has never been any problems with the food. Trams and buses are available nearby, which is perfect to do pick up. Parking is also right in front of it for free! It’s an amazing place that you should try, their pizza is also a delicacy!

If you're wanting a place with great portions and selection, you can't go wrong going here! I particularly recommend the kebab in a nan bread! 👍It's fast becoming my go to takeaway, the Pasanda is to die for too! 😋😋

The delivery driver was rude and disrespectful

I think portion was a great size however it wasmt very warm and the popadoms tasted rubbery. Also the Korma didn’t taste like the usual? Disappointed this time.

Ordered tonight via uber eats. Garlic chat, watery Half rice half chips soggy with hard rice. A chief special garlic curry. ? Simply base sauce with no garlic and tasteless. 2nd time now I've wasted my money on this place, stay away much better places about

Ordered prawn salad via app for collection, wasn't given an option for sauce, once in shop asked if they could put cocktail sauce on the prawns to be told Its an extra £2! Got Told I wasn't able to pay the £2 on card as I'd payed through justeat, then received a lecture on how that sauce only comes with the prawn cocktail. Used to be a regular customer but won't be using again. Penny pinching over a tiny amount of sauce added to a meal when I often spend regularly here and leave tips!

If you like your curries made the right way this is the place for you... A++++ delicious food would highly recommend

Ordered two thin n crispy pizzas , got two deep pan burnt to a cinder , wont be ordering again

Pizzas were not fresh and also bases are not home made, same as the bases you would buy in a supermarket to make your own pizza, dry and tough

They stole 35k of govt money and keep changing Directors every 6 months. The place is a CON!

The kebab meat isn't the same as it used to be which is a let down , its too thick now almost like a belt , definitely prefer the other donner

Over an hour late. Said it had arrived when I know it hadn't and seeing as I was paying cash I knew for sure it hadn't. Rang takeaway who said can I check if other people in my home had it? What are you talking about, you know I haven't had it because your driver would not have the payment for it? So that made no sense. Then rings me back 15 mins later after it's already late telling me he will do me a fresh order which would take another 20mins. I gave them the benefit of the doubt and agreed. I'm sorry I did as the food that came was not a fresh batch which I was told it would be. It was clearly my original order which had been driving around aimlessly for 2 hours by the delivery driver. It was stone cold rubbish and I shouldn't have to microwave fresh cooked food that has supposedly taken 5 mins from the shop to my home. And no doubt if new polish reply to my review on here there isn't a way to respond to their comment. So in that case you know you lied and didn't prepare another fresh order you gave me the order which was prepared 2 hours previous. Was a regular customer but dishonesty is something which has made me choose to not use your establishment in the future nor will I recommend you🖕👎

Where was the chicken? Had butter chicken and there were 5 tiny pieces of chicken in it. Rice was good.

Food arrived 40 mins late, and had spilt in the bag due to silly stacking and not sealing the edges of the carton properly. Food was nice and warm enough to eat. Restaurant update on JE states it was delivered at 18:25. This is incorrect as app updated at 19:10 to say out for delivery and arrived at 19:20. Don't think I'll be ordering again due to delivery/wait times being far too long.

Ordered lamb tikka starter that was ok ish got a large mixed kebab, the donner meat was not cooked right neither was the chicken tikka, chips were also very soggy only nice thing was the hot sauce 😂

I’m so unhappy with Polash takeaway right now we have been coming for past 15 years plus Friday night picked up a takeout as usual and me and my husband have both had severe food poisoning not eaten since the takeout and both shared the same chicken meals will be in contact with Polash regarding this matter very disappointed

Excellent service and the food was epic the lamb chops wow and the kebab was epic to 👌👌 one thing I will say is salad could do with som onion in it wow call tonight Friday 17 june they are very busy 60+ minutes for delivery But when it arrives is was it was EPIC 10/10 definitely worth the wait

Ordered from here before and it’s always been really good…disappointed tonight though. Ordered kebabs, the bread was just soggy and and fell apart. It was overall just not particularly nice and I wouldn’t order again. Only good thing was it arrived early.

Everything tasted nice especially the chicken tikka starter absolutely bang on! Staff was friendly! Definitely ordering more often
