My new favourite Chinese takeaway. Fresh produce and tastes like Chinese used to taste. If you get the chance go into the shop and collect your food order. I did and had a lovely conversation with the owner. So nice to have a bit of family / buisness back story. Id also recommend the food .

Would avoid the scammers. Ordered via just eat like we have done many many times before. Only for the order to be accepted tonight, money taken out the bank and a phone call from shop to say delivery will only be delivered if 70p extra delivery charge is made. The the hard neck of a delivery driver spouting her mouth to visitors at the door that we called to complain that the driver was stealing 70p. Wow I would avoid the place at ALL costs.

Unfortunately meal was not great, Duck with cashew nuts, sauce was watery, looked like a whole onion chopped in it, no colour/real flavour & what duck there was, it lacked colour or flavour also. Honey and garlic ribs & chips, swimming in oil and also ordered a Szechuan beef, which lacked any depth of flavour or colour. Quite disappointed, we ate it cause we were hungary, but sorry New Panda, wont be ordering from you again, lazy chinese cooking in our book, compared to others.

New panda dunfermline. Avoid like the plague. Forecast delivery time 8.20, which was a 100 min wait. OK they at busy. Took an hour beyond that, the order was wrong then the delivery guy asked for an extra delivery charge for coming all this way, sorry, but I would tip for good service but not for over an hour late and a wrong order, Not the first time fromhem either, dumped an order on my door last week and did a runner, should of been 5 doors down, no joy for him either, just lots of excuses. STAY AWAY FROM NEW PANDA

Waited the stated 2 hour (which is unacceptable in itself) wait time from just eat for my order to be 49 mins later than that!!! Pandemic or not if you can’t cope you should stop taking orders or have more delivery drivers!!

Bought noodles and some Mongolian chicken and rice. Had it before from another Chinese in Edinburgh and it was amazing. This was very different. Tastes ok nothing great. However 24 hours later and still in the toilet. Very ill and can only think it was this as I had nothing else different to normal.

Just a wee review. Was hesitant to book as never tried and a few negative comments. Wife just went for it anyway. Had the chicken curry which was really good, wife had veg chow mien. Very saucy if this is what you like. Not me. Quick delivery and very hot.

Don't normally have takeaway food but on a whim decided to order some Chinese food. The chow mein was very good and the food came in large portions so we were glad we under ordered. Reasonable price.

Never been disappointed in any meals purchased. Friendly, helpful staff, only comment is I would like to be able to buy smaller portions, they are huge and I can never finish them!

We ordered over £50 worth of food with delivery included only to receive a phone call advising us that the delivery charge on the website was wrong and we would have to pay more. That's not what I'm angry about, the little useless moron who called us was the most unfriendly individual I've ever spoken to, essentially abuse ensued because we had no cash in the house to pay the extra £2 for delivery. £2 argument over a £50 order, disgusting...AVOID!!!

Ordered on Just eat App for a delivery to Dalgety bay from this chinese. Our order was delivered on the time stated by the Take away, not even late considering we are far from this chinese. Friendly delivery driver.The food was all fantastic, Tasty and hot. Totaly recommend this chinese and by far the best food around in dunfermline. Well done to new panda. Excellent.

We ordered from here as our usual Chinese was not on just eat Fantastic food, plenty food and hot and the delivery service was very fast as well Will be visiting again

This is not a hate review because me and my partner order from this place at least once a month and the food has normally been ok however on this occasion between me and my partner found 5 different long hairs and of different colours (to rule out my girlfriend) not only were they in our starter but they in our mail meal. My girlfriend found 4 different hairs in the main meal and I found one hair in my starter. Along with this hair I also found a staple in my main meal. I know people do make mistakes sometime however 5 hairs and a staple in one takeaway! I can't imagine how many other people have had this problem safe to say we will never ever order from the New Panda again!!!!!

Great take away food! Have tried their Chicken Fried Rice, KungPo Chicken, Prawn Satay, All Yummy! Also one of the faster ones to deliver to you (we are in Dunf also).

First time down here since the new owners took over ,what a difference (it used to be the Old Po Wah) . I phoned in an order and picked it up 15 mins later . The place was bustling with activity ,a lot of orders...

Polite staff, go here a lot. Probably the best food quality from a Chinese. Some good set meals there too. Would recommend the black bean sauce and spicy curry. Chicken isn't too good but only because it's soft and I like mines very well done.

Hot and Sour soup not the best.

Terrible service, forgot to deliver one of our dishes and stated they would send it out shortly. Despite several phone calls we didnt recieve the dish or a refund. Won't be ordering from them again. Food was mediocre at best.

Chilli sauce was not evenly covering the beef... Some was rather dry. Delivery was over estimated time by 15 min.

Ordered at 5pm. Chased restaurant at six thirty Cold meal delivered at quarter to eight

2 hours later, lied about contacting driver to find out where food was and didn't call back - avoid.

It was a very good feast, enjoyed the Honey Garlic Chips and Shredded Chilli Chicken

value for money food hot when it comes the only criticism is that on menu says orders over £20 u get something free cnt quite mind what but never received it and my order was over £20 other than that high quality food

Not even worth a 1 * Terrible service ordered for collection got home and food missing phoned shop and said someone will be there straight away . 30 mins later turns up and all food freezing by this time then tried to charge me for food that was missing in 1st place . Hardly a sorry on the phone

Great experience. Delivery time seemed to jump to 20+ min longer near the end of the order process, but phoned them and they confirmed that all was in hand for a quick delivery. Got in record time and thought chicken was good quality and rice fluffy. Will go back.

everything was fine…but one person just wanted a bag of chips….they didn't send them ! and it was too late to phone back

Since moving to kingseat and getting my deliveries from the new panda I could never use another Chinese again absolutely fantastic.

Horrendous customer service. Forgot our sauce. Took 20mins to deliver it. Asked for fresh food as was cold & was hung up on. Actually went to shop & men were extremely rude & intimidating. Used to be a good take-out. Shocking now. Never ordering again. Can't believe how rude & arrogant staff were. Speaking in native language to each other in front of me whilst ignoring my enquiries.

We waited 2 hours for our meal. The rice was ok, the chicken was tasteless and the curry sauce was quite sweet. The meal also had to be reheated. We won't be back.

Never had a problem until today. No prawn crackers and they forgot the egg fried rice. Redelivering, but its no good at the end of your meal.

Meal took 1 hour and 50 minutes to arrive, eventually on arrival the order was wrong. Phoned the shop, who were no help whatsoever. Will not be ordering again in the future.

Food was ok but not worth the nearly two hour wait. They also didn't deliver our juice. Seems a common occurrence reading through other comments

Order time said 45 minutes called and asked where food was after 1hr 15 to be told that it was just going out the shop called back again 35 minutes later to be lied to about how long delivery time was stated and that driver had 4 other delivery first before me as I am writing this food is still not here avoid this place if u can terrible customer service

Worst takeaway ever! Rude and unprofessional, waited over 2 hours! Then phoned and told me its on its way 30 minutes later I still had no dinner and was spoken like russbish on the phone! Finally got dinner and was met by rude people! Food was cold and was tasteless! WILL NEVER ORDER AGAIN!

The meal was great, 6 star for sure, just keep it up!

Terrible food. Freezing cold. The meal took nearly one and a half hours to arrive. I was lied to by staff. Told the meal was sent after 50 mins only to have to speak to them again and found it it hadn't left. Total shambles don't use this service.

Waited over an hour wrong meal came and it was freezing. Refused replacement. Argued over the phone. Disgusting attitudes horrible people. DO NOT GO. Would not provide name however I will be contacting trading standards.

We ordered the food at 5:49 and waited an hour and 20 minuets for the deliver. Opened it to find that it was the wrong order, tried to phone to find where my order was and was getting hung up on everytime. Finally got through and got asked our order so they could make it again as they had deleivered it to someone else. The right order finally arrived nearly 3 hours late. I will never be ordering for this takeway again shocking customer service which is a shame cause there food is quite good!

Was looking forward to our meal up till we opened it... The chicken curry and mixed curry were swimming in oil which left no flavour at all.. The beef chow main was cold and the beef was freezing too... All in all disappointed!!! Then we got asked for a extra 70 pence for delivery which wasn't stated on the order form!!!

No problems with food or the service. Only gripe I have is I'm failing to understand how delivery charge to Torryburn is 70p and to me in the town centre is £1.80.

Turned up 45 minutes late, but updated app to say delivered 5 min early called to check not gone to wrong address to be told no it's on it's way .. No apology nothing when was finally delivered!! It's the last time I pre pay as if this had been cash I would have ordered elsewhere and refused delivery the one star is because I am not able to submit with no stars as I wanted

Wow what can I say very disappointed phoned up after waiting a hour and half to be told was on its way. Considering I only ordered some fried squid and (rice/chips/curry sauce) total wait 2 hours. When I phoned after an hour and half to be told it's on its way isn't acceptable. Food was cold when arrived, no apology at door. Won't be using this Chinese any longer

Despite being delivered within 20 mins of ordering, (It take 10 mins to travel from Panda to my home) meal arrived lukewarm and tasteless. Sweet and sour chicken was bulked out with onions. Chicken fried rice was like eating sawdust. I'm just wondering if this was prepared earlier, frozen and microwaved to order. Won't be using again!!!

delivery driver couldnt have been any ruder if he tried, food was ok.

They missed 10 vegetable spring rolls off the order and said I could get them for free next time! If you can't fulfill an offer once why would I order again. Very disappointed with their attitude. They'll certainly make money if they do this all the time.

Food nice, but nonsense with delivery. It was out for 30 mins and they tried to give me old food. Had to insist on another order of food. I was patronised by the woman at the end of the phone on the two occasions I had to call about this order. Then - Delivery driver was rude. I probably won't order from them again because of the service.

Great service, reasonable quality for the price. I would recommend if you are in the Dunfermline area. Great delivery staff, mine came all the way into my hotel to find me, and the hotel was in the middle of nowhere.

Last time I ordered from here I was disgusted by the quality but thought I'd give it another go and glad I did. Excellent food, took A wee bit longer than it should but worth it. Perfectly cooked and tasted fantastic.

Couldn't understand guy on phone. Delivery was late so I had to nip out for 20 mins and guy called me but communication barrier. Had to call restaurant to explain to him what to do in Chinese ha. The food itself was nice but issues with communication etc. Still 4 star food

Hi Have used your takeaway a few times before,however based on the lateness -cold and I believe this was cooked by a different chef as the whole meal was dry I will be hesitant for my next Chinese meal from panda Regards Phil

Complete joke of a takeaway. Domestic taking place in the kitchen and also where the customers wait. No consideration for the people who are actually paying for the food. Terrible food also. Would not recommend.

By far the best Chinese in Dunfermline. Food is very tasty, large portions, friendly staff and fast delivery time. No complaints & I will definitely be ordering from here again :)

Charged me for two 2 litre bottles of juice but I only revived two cans so charged me 5 pound for two cans of juice not happy with this , hardly any curry sauce in my box , and it was only lukewarm

Delivery charge I should have changed from £1.80 to £2.20 however received a call to say that I was due a further £2.50 as just eat had the wrong deliver charge. After calling them back to confirm that my delivery charge had indeed been taken they said it was £4.00 to my area. Which meant I was due if the case £2.20 but by law it should be the advertised price. I won't be ordering again.

With out a doubt the best Chinese takeaway in dunfermline. Highly recommend the sweet and sour chicken in batter,extremely tasty and a massive portions. Always delivered way before stated time. Brilliant food and superb service. My favourite Chinese takeaway.

very poor not up to the usual standard very late delivery had yo contact just eat as the system told us the shop was shut couldnt get through on the phone. When it arrived it was cold and not goid at all. If they are busy they should tell you im some way

I have ordered from here before and it was fantastic. Ordered again tonight and Was delivered 40 mins late. Order wasn't correct and food was cold. Not impressed.

overall nice people good service ordered singpore chowmein which dosnt say got mixed meat so couldnt eat. the food just didnt taste like Chinese food may be need to change the chef sorry.

Ordered from here before when they first took over from the poh Wah ..it wasn't good ..decided to give another chance maybe teething probs am thinking ...it was the worst ever didn't taste right ended putting it in the bin and at £18.something it was expensive ...the only good point was the delivery was quick ...shall not be using again

First time ordering from here. Really enjoyed our food, only downside for me was the sauce being a bit to thick for my liking but still enjoyable and paying two delivery charges (but can deal with that). Due to where our house is delivery was a little longer but did not mind, the delivery driver was lovely. Will use again in the future.

An additional 70p was charged at the door which was not mentioned on my order. Not happy about it

delivery was 80 minutes from order, I ordered sweet and sour chicken and chips (combo) was surprised to see it all squashed in together in the sauce, causing the chips and chicken in batter to be soggy and un edible. Was expecting the items to be separate to allow for dipping, really disappointed with this one
