Just been to this shop ordered a kebab and my card didn't work on contractless had to ring the wife 4 pin number staff was very rude tell me to hurry up and kick me out shop with out my food after I had the pin number one member tried to punch me akram I think he was called very rude and aggressive

Nicest kebab in tarn. Came cold last time inorder though. They mist have taken it on a road trip around barnsley before coming to my house which is a two minute drive away. 15 minutes walk tho.

A chicken wrap goes in a wrap not a Naan bread 9 quid for bread n chicken reyt laugh 🤣🤣🤣🤣 charged me on recite for garlic dip didn't get any reyt laugh

Came back for 2nd time, this time a delivery. Cost an extra £2 for delivery but worst of all, a 1h 30m delay for only a 0.4 mile distance! The food was still hot though but they didn't tell us until they arrived that they only had 1 driver. A bit disappointed.

This used to be our favourite go to pizza place but this is the second time now the food hasn't turned up and I've had to get a refund! No sorry no nothing. The last time we did get food from here it was terrible! Like burnt cardboard. After trying to give them another chance we sadly won't be using this place again.

Been here quite a few times now and I have never had cause for complaint, food is always spot on , collection times are only a couple of minutes out. Excellent value too.

Usually pretty standard and good service but tonight can honestly say I'm not impressed, whoever answered phone didn't listen to what I ordered. I ordered two hoagie boxes with chillie and garlic on both, one with salad and one without and ones come without salad and no sauce whatsoever.

I've just had what I can safely say the worst SF chicken if ever had in my life. Not even proper chicken pieces, formed meat?? Doesn't even resemble chicken. In a inch deep fat soaked batter. I will definitely not be using Milano's again. If they can supply real chicken for chicken and chips, what else are they cutting back with?? I have photo evidence to prove. Very poor product.

The pizza I received was terrible which was a shame as there normally good. It was covered in grease, making the base soggy. Picking any slice led to all the cheese and toppings falling off, leaving me with a pile of cheese and pepperoni in the box and a bunch of soggy bases with just tomato sauce left on. Called the restaurant to state it was inedible and would be throwing it out, after much dispute I was given a refund. A few days later I decided to order again as I normally have no issues so I wanted to give them the benefit of the doubt that it was a one off. The order I placed I left a comment saying that I appreciated the refund previously for the terrible pizza but was willing to give them another chance. My order was accepted but then cancelled/declined. I contacted the restaurant to find out why and apparently the owner said my comment was rude so cancelled my order. Why accept it in the first place then? Still waiting on my money going back into my account. Very disappointed overall, I've ordered a lot from this place usually with no issues. Seems the owner has a fragile ego and doesn't like been called out when sending out disgusting food and would rather cancel orders than improve from criticism to avoid things like this happening again. Usually decent food but God forbid you get a bad one and complain you'll get blacklisted by the takeaway. Pathetic. Thankfully there are other takeaways in the area.

Had a couple off deliveries over the last couple off months. The food was delivered on time and in a few cases earlier than expected. The meals were hot,and excellently presented,and delicious. Thank you to all the staff.

Really disappointed this evening. Ordered 2 9 inch pizzas and fries. Waited an hour and 20 minutes. When I chased they couldn't find order and apologized as they had a new cashier. I requested compensation bearing in mind I live a short distance away and buy several times a month. Told that not compensation available. Out of principal will never order again. Disatisfactory customer service

Ordered a bacon quarter pounder burger absolutely beautiful 1st time visit highly recommended although a little too much salt on the fries otherwise excellent thanku and great value for price

The taste is awesome but today a delivery arrived and the pizza was half the size as the delivery driver had not kept it level. Disappointed to say the least

So, fresh spaghetti they say. Well that's funny, as the chef bought 2 packs of microwave spaghett from co-op opposite and used it! Unbelievable. I wouldn't recommend.

False advertisement!! I tried cleaning my car with their pizza due to the fact I saw their photo of a man cleaning their car with pizza. Turns out you can’t!! I tried to do the same but instead my car got greasy instead. I then had to call new Milanos to inform them of their false advertisement. They then laughed at me!! I then had to try go to top wok to attempt to order a pizza, again they laughed at me!! Definitely would not reccomend either of them.

Good pizza, good service. Would be 5 star if hogies n kebabs wer made wi proper naans like they used to be, now bought in n heated!? Old oven was much better

Amazing food. Plus, the left over wraps / naan breads are great for drying the car with. No streaks whatsoever!!! I've used naan's from other takeaways & they've always made car look like a block of lard! Will definitely be using again. My tip, always order one more naan than you're gonna eat 😉🤟

So tonight I have family up from Cumbria and I ordered a new Milano’s which came with a free Garlic bread with cheese to which I always order as the children will only eat this I ordered an extra bottle of pop so when my order arrived no garlic bread!!! So I rang the shop made them aware of their mistake children sat here with no food !! To be told they’ll get me one out and I’ll have to pay for the pop which is fair enough as I was paying for the pop anyway. To then receive another call to say no I’ll have to pay for the Garlic bread I said no I wasn’t happy with that as the Garlic bread was free !! He said he would ring me back once he had spoken with the boss and he did and they still wanted me to pay for the Garlic bread at this point I told them to forget it !! I hope losing loyal customers was worth it over your mistake

Shocking! Food freezing cold, naan bread hard as box it come in and the quantity of it what I received was a disgrace. Never will I ever order with the new owner again. Ruin the place. And to forget to pay for a tub of garlic sauce for it to come in a small container. Appalling!!!!

DO NOT USE!!!!! Food is tasteless. Ordered a Garlic Margarita and couldn’t taste the garlic and got Cheesey chips and couldn’t taste the cheese. Will not use again.

Used to come here since new owners took over how ever Friday I order a pizza and kebab wrap and good job I had the wrap and not my kids I ended up with food poisoning

I little disappointed this time ordered from here loads ans never had a problem until today placed an order and waited 1 1/2 hours for a pizza wedges and a bottle of pop Rang them they said be 15 mins which took another 30 mins on top of that

AVOID AVOID AVOID. If they mess your order up they tell you upon repeating your order that you are wrong. We order each weekend when our friends come to visit. Just had my friend bring our order back after ordering a tray of donner meat, a POT of chilli sauce, a POT of garlic mayo and a POT of yoghurt and mint. Upon opening they've simply squirted a fair amount of each sauce over the donner meat - looks and tastes terrible. The tray was to share and my girlfriend can't eat yoghurt sauce due to being extremely lactose intolerant. So we'll sit here and watch our friends eat unless we go back and buy again? I've just rung to complain and was told if we had ordered the sauces separately, then that was what we would have received. So I'm a liar for saying they got it wrong after spending in excess of £100 with them over the past few months. Furious doesn't come close. Sort your act out Milanos, try working on your customer service or you'll simply keep losing customers like me and my friends. Never ever again. It would be 0 stars if it was an option!

Just ordered ver the phone. Like we did before the internet came along. Would like to say what polite customer service. Ordered many times before, on occasion they have been late. But I did order in rush times. Pizzas are great.

Just about OK - Saved by a good speedy service Potato Wedges - Good value portion of well cooked frozen Wedges - usual type stuff. Nachos - Cheesey Jalepenos on a bed of soggy Dorito type crisp nonsense. Seriously? De-list this; it lands like slop to the customer's doorstep. 11" Thin Pizza - base looks like a bought in item and asst'd toppings as ordered - all about the profit motive with this item; if you follow. Garlic Naan Bread - Stale and dry round edges, Greasy Stodge in middle - guessing this was force thawed from Freezer or worse and then slabbered with the Garlic whatever. As it cooled it became almost impossible to chew despite having excellent teeth! OK; yet plenty of room to rationalise / improve Menu.

Way too much cheese - sloppy and very greasy. Honestly the worst pizza I've ever had. Like a big cheesy cow pat. Nice delivery guy though.

TERRIBLE!!! Don't get from here. Took 2 hours for delivery was cold when it arrived. We ordered a gourmet burger that was supposed to be 100% beef and hand made. It was badly burnt really thin it was clearly nt handmade. It came just as a plain burger with no salad cheese or sauce. We rang to complain and got a very argumentative manager on the phone who didn't apologise or even try to resolve the problem. THIS TAKEAWAY IS THE WORST WE HAVE EVER HAD. THE STAFF ARE AWFUL AND WE NOT BE ORDERING AGAIN!

The best pizza in Barnsley and the most amazing staff and service. The staff really put all their effort into ensuring you get exactly what you want. Best in the S75 area.

Pizza was ok but had to wait 2 hours for delivery!

Waited over an hour and a half for a 11 inch meat feast and a donner wrap. Paid £9.20 for the privilege. The donner meat was one of the worst I've tasted, chewy and dry. pizza was the same, dry and burnt mince meat on top. Crusts overdone and customer service shocking. Rang after an hour to see where it was were told it would be another 15 minutes. 30 later it shows up. Usually loyal customers but they've lost our custom. Will no longer we going to them, Royal pizza is our new choice. Waste of £9.20 and a waste of my time.
