New Lucky Leo Chinese in South Ayrshire

Dissapointed tonight. Takeaway ordered in plenty of time for 7pm delivery. By 7.30 no sign phoned and agreed be quicker to pick up which we did 20 mins later. Forgot to include curry sauce and gravy and noodles thin rather than think. Poor tonight and yet we have been very satisfied recently .

Totally disappointed. I was served undercooked/raw chicken. Called Lucky Leo to advise. They said they could not hear me and then disconnected my call. I called back and they said they only use cooked chicken. No apology no refund from just eat. I was offered a replacement meal but I did not want more of the same so declined. Awful service all round.

Ordered via Just Eat to collect in 20 minutes. Went to collect, was then kept waiting over an hour for our order! Only 2 staff on, 1 out front and 1 in kitchen, total chaos! Despite the kitchen being well behind, they kept accepting phone orders! Just eat continues to advise 20min for pick up! Won’t be back!

This was full of fried rice very little chicken. Normally I would expect the chicken to be fried in soy sauce but the little chicken there was was to me just boiled not nice. The curry sauce was not for me. I have had a couple of nice things from this place but have had a lot more things that are more tastier from other places in prestwick. Won't be back.

I have used this chinese many times over the years, the food is good and it's usually quick service but the attitude of the staff is awful. Last time I was in, I got no hello, no eye contact, spoken to in a rude manner and my change thrown at me, it seems to be everyone that gets this treatment as I heard the same awful attitude while they were answering the phone, no manners whatsoever! I will avoid until service improves!

After waiting for 2 hours for my food, to then be told he doesn't get paid Enough to deal with customer complaints and I was to eff off on the phone. I made my way down to the store to confront them. They had already taken payment. And to my surprise, the staff were just as welcoming in person as on the phone. I was again told to eff off and was then called a 'see you next Tuesday' by the delightful young man at the counter. Maybe he felt safe and tough behind his covid protective perspex, or maybe he is just an angry little man. Either way, he should not have a job in customer service with this personality. Out of order, inexcusable and offensive. Thank god my partner videoed the incident, I will be posting the video of the incident on social media because I wouldn't blame you for not believing me, but yes, this is actually how it transpired. Had I not watched the video myself I would've though it was exaggerated. I appreciate the owner rushing my food and apologising on behalf of the safety on the counter, however a free bottle of cola just isn't sufficient for the way I was spoken to. The only thing that actually made me calm down was the two other phonecalls I overheard while waiting on my food. The delivery driver also tried to defuse the situation by telling me they were busier than expected and under a bit of pressure, which I understand but still doesn't excuse the call handlers attitude or language. I won't be using this restaurant ever again.
