Had a delivery tonight, food was great..chips were lovely 🤤 thanks.

Special chow mein DISGUSTING !! Came on time though but I’ve never had special chow mein with broccoli in it ! Won’t be using this again . Full of grease inedible I should have called shop but didn’t I just won’t be using agin

I purchased meals for my entire family from here after a good experience with them several years ago.To say I’m dissapointed is an understatement.Everything was really bland and overcooked, except the rice which was crunchy and undercooked ,the chicken was like leather , there was a strange taste to all the rice, it all tasted off, and the barbecue sauce literally had no taste , the ribs had no meat on them, the gravy was lumpy and tasted old, just a massive waste of money and had to go and buy meals to feed my family elsewhere so it cost me twice.I rarely complain about anything but I feel that this was well below par hence the review. This is genuinely the worst meal I’ve paid for in many years , just not fit to be served to anyone .

Almost £30 for two meals curry sauce rice and spring rolls, and it was absolutely disgusting , the spring roll filling im sure was off, the chow mein was bland as was the curry sauce, most definitely won’t be ordering again

Was up at Ayr for the weekend though we would order a Chinese Absolutely disgusting paid 40 pounds for a meal all had to go in the bin was vile avoid at all cost

Ordered through the Ayr eats app at 17.05 and food was delivered at 19.25. 2 hours 20 minutes wait for barely warm food. Very disappointed

Meals are of great quality and excellent prices speedy service for a take away.

Delicious food, speedy service and huge portions. 2 of us shared chicken fried rice, noodles & chips but it would easily have fed 3 people. Highly recommend.

Generous portions of piping hot and delicious food. Real and huge chunks of chicken breast on the chicken satay skewers. Fair prices and delivered really quickly.

Looks clean inside and nice staff. Food is terrible, not feeling good to write this but basically all food went to the bin. And I'm not the one who's doing it very often.

Jasmine's is always a go to place for us they know us and they always welcome us with kind smiles. There food is really good! I recommend the salt and chilli chicken!! It's not too spicy but got a good enough spice :)

Chips were horrible ,I had delivery phoned and they said nothing I can do, drivers are finished, maybe ensure that food is of good standard before sending it out

Never use this chinese again so dissappointed phoned an order at 8.05pm and at 9.45 food still had'nt arrived wont be back disgrace

A glutinous mess, just poor quality ingredients all stuck together probably one of the worst take away I've had in a while, beans on toast or even just toast and butter at home would have been the better option. Won't be again that's a given.

Being honest I didn't order from here my neighbour did. However upon driving home from work I found someone parked across my driveway using a mobile. I gestured for her to move back and clear my drive so I could park my car. Because of this I was subjected to a barrage of abuse and fowl language. I then found out the female parked in front of my house was delivering food to my neighbour. I was unaware of this but feel her actions were entirely out of order. As a result I will no longer be ordering food from Jasmines.

Ordered at 5pm. Phoned at 8pm since it hadn’t arrived yet, was told it’d be out in next delivery. Phoned again at 9pm and was told the driver had just gone home and lad who answered had just started his shift so didn’t know what had happened. Food finally arrived at 9.30pm. Will order elsewhere next time.

A alway liked jasmins but after tonight never be back heard it went downhill so I thought tonight try it again big mistake curry was watery tasteless and cold rice wast roasting spare ribs were rank a will stick to maisonhill from now on

The food was piping hot and absolutely fantastic, use Chinese all over the country and would say in my travels this is one of the best 5 stars

Food was ok . Ordered via app and delivery was estimated at 90 minutes. Reality was 4 hours. I appreciate its busy due to current circumstances but app needs to be changed or customers contacted if delayed by that much.

Ordered food online at 530pm eventually after phoning twice my partner made his way to the shop at 930pm. The Chinese gave him his food after he left his phone to come home and make sure it was paid. I told him it was and armed with the receipt and my card transactions I showed them It had been paid. The guy refused to give me my phone back. He phoned his card company who informed him that yes the transaction was paid at 524pm when the order was placed online. I eventually got my phone back over an hour later once he accepted that the order was indeed paid for online and after the police spoke to him informing him that he could not keep my phone! STAY WELL AWAY, OUR ORDER WAS A SUBSTANTIAL ONE AT £36.00. WE NEVER GOT A DELIVERY AND WERE ACCUSED OF NOT PAYING IT.

3/11/19 I phoned a delivery and I waited over a hour and a half on a Sunday may I add, I am extremely disappointed, no discount or anything was offered!!

I've been going for years and it's been all ways nice part from one time I had a curry and it was rank part from that it's a really nice place

Not had beef green peppers and black bean sauce in ages. Always the Jasmine for mum n I. Again superb and plenty for 2 people. Price great and delivery time under half hour. Highly recommended.

i oderd from here the nyt and the rice was bit hard and the chips where hard in tasted like they where leftovers and my special egg foo yung was burnt couldent eat it as all you could taste was the burnt egg waste of £25 it must take a really good chef to burn eggs! avoid will order elsewhere from now on

Love the food from here but on arrival home found I had a chicken curry instead of a chicken fried rice for my 8 year old daughter. Phoned to complain and asked if I could get a chicken fried rice sent out . Reply was yes but you need to return the chicken curry which is fair enough but we,ll charge you an extra £4 for rectifying their mistake,,,, nah don’t think so also people out there would you really want a chicken curry that had been returned from another customer come on jasmine wise up,,,,

Whilst in the west of Scotland during a golfing break we decided to go to Jasmine after receiving a few recommendations and we were not disappointed. Food was excellent, staff were friendly and attentive. If in Girvan again I will definitely eat here again

Well recommend this place...I ordered a takeaway from here for the first time tonight. The food was excellent...large portions...I'm fuller than a box of eggs!!

Called and ordered takeaway, after, 1 hr, told error with order, caller another 30min after told order went to Tarbolton, instead of Prestwick 😒😕/raging now!!!!!!!!!!

Ordered delivery and food was 30 mins late. Food was stone cold, the little bit of food that was slightly warm was rubbery and unedible. Phoned to complain but staff could not have cared less. Will not be returning.

Worst chicken chow main I've ever tasted, tasteless, rubber chicken, was like a bowl of mush can't think of any other way to explain it will never order it again!! Sent it back and got a refund.

Pedimos un domicilio ... pero iba a ser una larga espera, así que decidimos recoger que nosotros mismos.Pedí un curry de langostino de con arroz frito y patatas fritas. Nunca he tenido 'curry' como este en mi vida. Los chefs estaban haciendo un gran tazón de salsa curry, así que supongo que era los restos del anterior por lote. Fue entorno como blancmange insípido y estaba buscando ... literalmente sabía cornflour condensados 'cosas' - nada como el curry. Fue en la papelera. No vimos el punto de llamar a decir lo malo que era ... sencillamente no pienso volver otra vez.

Order was accepted at 1835 and wasnt delivered until after 8pm! Phoned to ask when our order would be delivered and they disagreed with how long it had taken. Poor service!

I placed my order at 5:45, the delivery time said 6:30. 6:40 came and I called to check if it had went through properly. The lady on the phone told me the driver was going to Tarbolton and Symington first.. Even though I had waited more than 45 minutes. After 10 minutes I called again and asked if I could come and collect it, she put me on hold and told me it would be another half an hour for collection. Now I don't know if my order had even started getting made at this point, I refused to wait as I was getting told lies, clearly so I cancelled my order. I understand it may have been busy as I work in fast food myself and I understand it can be stressful but lying to a customer about times etc is unacceptable, this experience I won't be ordering from here again. Very disappointed. I would give no stars if I could.

Order was accepted at 620pm .. At 745pm I phoned to be told my order was on its way.. I stay 10minutes from Jasmise and my order didn't arrive till 820pm.. 2hours after it was accepted! Very disappointed in food, to be fair it was warm but it was tasteless!

Wont be ordering again, chips looked and tasted back heat as they were dry and tasted horrible, noodles very greasy

delivery was over half an hour late and half of it was not there! Called them and explained what was missing and they promised me it would be with me in 15, 40 minutes later it arrived lukewarm and obviously by that time the rest was freezing! Used to be my go to but that's the 2nd time now
