New Loon Wah in Northumberland

Ordered a meal for my family at 17:41 drove to the takeaway ask for the collection and was told it was cooking. After sitting there for half an hour watching customers walk in order and leave with food I asked where my order was. After checking with the kitchen again I was told they didn’t have my order despite having been told it was cooking half an hour earlier again I was asked what my order was at which point I left.

My go to Chinese. Great food, can recommend the sweet and sour chicken, Malaysian chicken and prawn toast.

Really good food at very reasonable prices.We have tried many different dishes and all were cooked well, personally love the special chow mein.

Absolutely great take away . Great portions. Very friendly. And they deliver. Just as good as restaurant quality. Crispy beef and salt and pepper king prawns delicious.

Portions are a bit small on some items but quality is excellent

Really not happy at all..all i can smell and taste is greece..it is 23:00pm,nowhere else open..paid £18,just to chuck it all in the bin.

Best Cantonese sweet and sour chicken sauce

House special fried rice, Cantonese chicken and chips. Lovely. Nice big pieces of chicken in batter really tender.

Prawns with fresh garlic, chilly and salt to die for. Best chop suey rolls, big, crispy, meaty. Duck is always tender and juicy. Service is frendly and prompt. If you are outside the delivery zone go and try the menu. If what you want isn't on the menu, ask, they always try to provide.
