Delicious and so reasonably priced. Staff really friendly, advising of offers on menu. We ordered the all day breakfast burger and a steak with garlic butter flat bread both were spot on! The bottomless breakfasts are also amazing all you can eat for a tenner 👍 and its dog friendly ❤️

We were actually in the mood apartments which was a lovely space.

This is my 3rd review and the final straw for us. We've tried and tried and tried to support this local business, but each and every time we have experienced disappointment after disappointment eating here. The food has generally been average, nothing special about it (although the "non deal" price has increased since opening) and we've experienced substantial chilli in food with no reference to it in the menu. It's been a few months, we know it's under new ownership, so we visited for breakfast this morning. We were a bit later, but it's a Sunday, so if you're going to lie in, today is the day! The place is empty (with music exceptionally loud for a breakfast), there is a single table occupied, and they sit us on the one next to that table. Not a great start. We went for a drink to find all cups stained and dirty, no sugar, no teaspoons, and to top it off curdled milk. It's the last time we will visit. These are some super basic things which they just can't get right. We didn't stay and we won't be visiting again.

Hi the chicken dish was beautiful my husband says, unfortunately my steak went in the bin. It was full of horrible sinue bits that made it impossible to cut or chew and the peppercorn sauce was sweet as if sugar was added. I’m sorry but I love peppercorn sauce steak and this was awful

The food is AMAZING and the bloke who works here is such a great host, he chatted to my autistic father in law and made him feel really comfortable here which made a huge difference to one of our visits! Sometimes it can be a bit cold in the restaurant area and the music is very 90s pop and sometimes too loud. Still definitely worth a visit (but I think they would turn it down if I'd asked them to, I just didn't ask though)

Absolutely amazing place the staff were amazing and the drinks and food was fantastic, way more than what I paid for and even got free shots on the house when we paid the bill :)

Went here for Sunday lunch, food was exceptional, the service from the staff was the best I’ve experienced, so attentive and really went above and beyond. This will now be our favourite place to visit,the rest just don’t compete

Just had my first meal at Mood in Bedlington with my son went for Saturday lunch, absolutely gorgeous steak so juicey and tender, my son was very impressed with the steak "unreal" was his words. Excellent service from the staff very happy customers.

Driver couldnt find my address even know the sat nav takes you too my back gate. Chips were cold and the pulled pork was over lcoomed. Like chewing leather

First time here for a long time. Excellent staff, top class. Ordered Mood Burger, rare, came out as expected and the best burger I've ever had. A chicken tikka and a pulled pork flatbread and a nacho burger, all excellent. Great pint of pale ale and the desserts were really good. Mid-week special on a Friday night as well. 4 mains, 4 sides, 4 desserts, 4 coles and 4 pints, £78. Excellent. Only criticism is the shoddy tiling in the toilets, which has nowt to do with them.

Visited on: 10/9/22. Sat inside with the dogs for food. Thoroughly enjoyed our day. It’s in a prime spot in the centre of bedlington

Bottomless breakfast.. Great service, very popular with families and kid friendly. Great selection of food, anything from a full English to Croissants with filler syringes with chocolate ect. Kids eat free. Weekend only Saturday and Sunday 9-11am.

We went for bottomless breakfast if your thinking of going don’t unless you want Luke warm/cold food very dissatisfied it wasn’t just us either other people were complaining when we voiced our opinion they said leave it with us and we still paid £20 !!! just go to Wetherspoons instead

Waited for over an hour for main course & my steak was well done not medium & I'm sure it came with peppercorn sauce instead of Diane. Group of lads on table opposite and all they done was swear a lot and talk about cocke (not the drink) Won't be going back. 🙁

Really sorry for this, we regularly eat at mood or La Torre, usually good, today carvery food cold, I'd also recommend you to family who went today and thought the same, again sorry for the negative, hopefully its taken in a positive constructive way. Best regards k.

Met up with friends today for Sunday lunch carvery and was very pleased staff were very friendly and the food was excellent we will definitely be going back

Food was OK but didn't really get what I asked for.

4 starters (yum) £22 2 steaks (good) 50% off 1 pudding (wow) 2 cocktails (amazing if you have 1 make it the Hook a duck) 2 for £12 and a pint 👌 Perfect little midweek treat 😋

Food was good and the service also however the general cleanliness of the food areas and seating areas weren't up to standard. Probably due to quick rotation of customers.

I honestly didn't know what to expect however the flatbreads are unreal. HUGE portions and extremely tasty.

The portions we great so ended up taking a doggybag home 😋

First time trying, cocktails very big but tasted like juice no alcohol. I got the steak flatbread asked steak to be rare. The ends were pink and all the centre was well done and hard to chew, not nice steak at all. Why ask how I want my steak cooked if your gonna cook it the way you want anyways… The chips had some weird flavouring on which wasn’t nice. The bread was nice, big portion but meh not worth the price I paid at all.

Booked the raised VIP area for my daughters Hen party, could not fault a thing, the area itself was a perfect size for us, the staff could not do enough for us so friendly and attentive. The buffet provided was so tasty with plenty of it and a great selection of dishes. Amazing choice of cocktails and the atmosphere inside especially on a Sunday afternoon was buzzing, I would highly recommend this as a great venue for any occasion big or small🍾

A Refreshing Summer Evening! The atmosphere inside MOOD Bar & Steakhouse during a hot summer evening was surprisingly quiet where I chose to sit. However, the outside seating area was bustling with patrons, creating a lively contrast. The staff at MOOD were on point. I experienced virtually no waiting time to get my pint of house lager; it was served to me promptly. While I didn't explore the full menu, I did indulge in a pint of their house lager. It was a perfect choice for a warm evening, served in clean glasses and tasted exceptionally fresh. The bar offers an extensive selection of cocktails and meals, which I look forward to trying on my next visit. MOOD offers fair pricing for their pints, and given the variety they have to offer, it's definitely a great value for money. There weren't any special features or events during my visit, but the bar's focus on quality drinks and service was evident. My first visit to MOOD Bar & Steakhouse was truly delightful. I thoroughly enjoyed my pint and the attentive service provided by the friendly staff. It's a great spot for a relaxing evening out, and I would definitely recommend it to others. Rating: ★★★★★

My wife and I enjoyed Sunday dinner today at Mood can’t fault it on any counts.

I had a selection of small plates. Pork belly was to die for: beautifully crispy, well seasoned. The other items also fine, my only criticism would be the pork mince in the bao bun was a bit too salty. My partner had the Mood Burger which looked very nice and was tasty as well. Fabulous Espresso Martini cocktail, very well made. Service was very attentive. Overall, good value and would recommend.

Lovely all you can eat breakfast... I ate all I could eat and could hardly move!!

Went to mood last night and done the Saturday night date night menu. This was a a four course meal for £50.00 including steak. We payed an additional £6.00 per person for the fillet steak and it was absolutely delicious. Cooked just as I asked, melt in the mouth steak. The sharing platter desert was just amazing with a selection of deserts. We ended up taking some of the deserts home. The decor of mood is beautiful really has that upper class feel inside. Staff couldn’t have been any better accommodating all the diners. Always making sure everything was ok and if you needed anything. My only slight negative and it’s not for me as I don’t mind noise of people having fun, but I know some diners may prefer it to be a little quieter. The bar area isn’t separate and there was a hen doo in so it was little noisy time to time, but if you have one of the tables further back then you’re slightly out the way. Overall this place is beautiful, staff are amazing and the food is delicious.

Had a gorgeous meal at mood tonight. Things have massively improved over the last year at this restaurant. We had the starters of Belly pork and the Brisket Bao Bun and the only comment I have is that the Bao bun could have done with some sauce like a BBQ or chipotle style sauce just to give it something extra. For our mains husband had a steak which he said was lovely. I had the Mediterranean flat bread and I added the chicken thighs which it actually didn’t need. WOW that’s a portion and a half lol. My face I think said it all. Again I would say maybe spread the tzatziki on the flatbread aswell as in the pot because getting to the flat bread is a mission. The mix of flavours were lush though. Staff are lovely. Prices are now reflective of what you are getting. They do a great cocktail offer and i recommend the candy land and the mango colada. I would possibly maybe get staff to ask if diners have any allergies so they can be directed to the correct menus etc.

Love la torre and thought we would try mood for my partner's birthday. The food service was really slow. The starter arrived after half an hour overcooked and dry. The main came after an hour with an apology for the delay.

We went there for a menu for work. The food is very much value for money, and of a very good quality. I will be returning with my partner for a menu out. The service while good, did take a long time, around 25 minutes from order to food arriving and for desert was around 30 to 35 minutes. But other than that good.

Enjoyed a nice meal here for my stepdads birthday! Food was very tasty and portions substantial (flatbreads are absolutely huge!) Cocktails were also great and reasonably priced. Staff were super friendly and attentive and even gave us birthday shots on the house! 🍻

First time trying here, unfortunetly my starter and main where both burnt overcooked and my chips where raw in the middle. My friend recieved half her meal and had to ask for the rest 10 mins later not great such a shame

I was really disappointed last summer when my husband and I visited your restaurant The service was good The restaurant is beautiful, which brought our attention to visit it and try the food. We ordered chicken wings with garlic And what they gave us was a disaster. Yes, there was no taste or smell, only fried wings in oil. We were disappointed. As for the meatballs, they were very dry as well, without taste. Also, the grilled meat and the Thai Green curry. We didn't expect it The restaurant was very elegant and beautifully decorated, but the food was disastrous

We went for the all you can eat breakfast and we were disappointed,most of the items were luke warm ,hash browns are mushed up in a heap didnt look the best ..only thing hot was the tea and coffee ..8.95 isnt bad but the food does need to be HOT .

Went for the bottomless breakfast this morning and was very disappointed. If you want luke warm watery mush, then this is the place for you. The bacon was barely cooked, in fact I’m pretty sure a good vet could’ve given it a kiss of life. The sausages were the same. Don’t waste your money, visit one of the other cafes or even Spoons.

All seemed lovely when we walked in, we ordered our drinks and a corona came with no lime, we should have knew from then.. anyway starters came and I ordered honey chilli chicken which was in-fact NOT honey chill chicken that I know of. It was covered in black tar sauce and didn’t taste nice at all. Partner ordered the squid, couldn’t even bite through it. Staff very apologetic and offered a different starter which we still had to pay for. It was garlic ciabatta with cheese on and it came with what seemed like lasagna sauce on with abit of grated cheese ontop wasn’t nice again. We were waiting on our steaks and we decided to cancel it as we didn’t want to risk having another horrible meal brought out to us. We asked if we could just have the bill and leave. It was Valentine’s Day and the restaurant was empty we should have knew from then. It totally ruined our anniversary night, Won’t be returning in the future

Christmas Eve go out to eat, yes. But not here. Staff had no menu knowledge. Not even knowing the difference between the steaks. Flat atmosphere. The starter of a Thai fishcake that was obviously bought it and if you blinked you would have missed it. King prawn was not bad. But served shell on coverd in sauce. No finger bowl. The only saving grace was a good quality steak properly cooked.

Popped in for first time this evening, great service, fantastic menu choices and value food was amazing I had the steak sandwich cooked perfectly as I ordered with mood fries, crispy and seasoned - faultless! Definitely be back

We went for a family Christmas meal last night. The staff were attentive,and very friendly and helpful. The menu was extensive without being overwhelming. There was something for everyone. Portions were generous,the food was hot and flavourful. A great deal on cocktails to be had. It's the first time we've been to this restaurant since it officially opened. Gorgeous decor,no expense spared. We certainly shall be returning time and again. Thank you for making our evening so good.

Second meal out at MOOD and the food and service are excellent. Credit where it's due, they've done a cracking job turning it into a decent place to go eat and drink.

Painted black inside not good for me apparently it's all to do with setting the mood not for me food was ok not great but that all has to do with personal taste al not be going back in a hurry

I've eaten here in the afternoon and evening so far - both offering very good food at really reasonable prices, though slightly different experiences day/night, which I enjoyed. Great idea to close the middle door and separate the bar and restaurant entrances at night. In the daytime I ate from the special 2/3 course menu - very relaxed and a choice of outdoor seating in the sunshine or cool and airy indoors - great cheeseburger and great to learn from Carline that vegan options are also very much on the menu, so it's worth asking; evening was a more grown up affair, with the a la carte menu - usually, I'd have fillet but tried the 'bistro steak', which was tender, lean, delicious and cooked to perfection. Thumbs up to the Dauphinoise potatoes, yummy sauces and cheesecake! The layout and ambience was relaxed and I have no doubt you'll be popular enough to revamp the place when it's time, if that's what you choose to do ;) Personally, I think you've turned it around really well, but I'm more interested in the food/service/ambience tbh! Compliments to chef Luke and front of house Carline, who is just great at her job! Can't wait to try brunch/breakfast sometime and maybe 'discuss' cocktails more one evening haha!

It just looks like the old Market Tavern with a slap of paint, golden leaf plants and some new pictures. The A la carte menu was not available for Father's Day, so instead they provided a Tapas menu printed out on a sheet of paper (very sambuca like but double the price 😱). The tables weren't clean and eating areas, in my opinion were to cramped. Chicken hanging Kebabs were a bit pinky inside. Selection of Beers/Ales were very limited on draught. Service was good. Sorry, but this place just wasn't my bag.

Sorry, but never ever ever had food this bad. How any chef or cook can serve this up and expect people to be satisfied is beyond words. The standard of food needs to drastically improve in every respect. PS: Left and went to Greggs next door.
