Kielder Castle Cafe in Northumberland

It was quite good and the chips are always tasty. Slight pricey in comparison to quantity given but taste wise worth it

Kielder cafe closed so only the Dukes Diner serving snacks and drinks. This is the most overpriced place I have ever visited. £3.50 for a hot chocolate £2.50 for tea or £3.00 coffee. Water £1.50. Of your visiting I advise to take your own pack up and drinks!

Extremely expensive takeaway fixed outside. Restaurant was closed when meant to be open. Disappointing.

over priced food and drinks. poor customer service. despite spending money on food and drinks they refused to fill up water bottle with tap water. AVOID

Due to the virus no Caffe but the mobile Caffe well made up for it.

Well not the best cafe to visit, very tired, dark and not the best welcome from the person behind the counter and the white coffee I ordered was partly filter coffee topped up with horrible coffee out of a machine, so full not enough room for any milk. We will not visit again

Always look forward to my breakfasts in the cafe. Friendly staff and dog friendly too.

Beautiful place to visit plenty of things to do

The staff very kindly made us a tasty picnic to go as we were going on a walk around Kielder Water. We returned later in the day for a delicious caffe latte and enjoyed a tour of the Lodge.

Expensive parking when you get there late and cafe bit shuts at 17:00

Great selection of cakes. Plenty of nice outdoor seating. Indoors was a bit dark though. Great location.

Gluten free menu! An unexpected surprise to find a full gf menu with some desserts in there too. Lovely staff who were very attentive when I told them I was severely allergic. The lady who served me was Coeliac herself so we had a good chat about it!

If visiting the area it is definitely worth a stop. Food good, service excellent. They have a live screen of the osprey nest.

We only had hot drinks but staff were nice & welcoming even though we were wet from a bike ride. Decent cup of tea and service with a smile. Didn't eat but food looked good.

Great place for a fantastic breakfast. Attended before going on a Keilder safari and set us up for the day. Friendly staff and good food. Will come.back if in the area.

Lovely little cafe at the castle

Nice menu selection as well as specials. Never been lucky enough to see red squirrels but the birds on the feeder are nice to watch while you eat.

Lovely small cafe. Enjoyed a hot plentiful breakfast at a very good price. Can take dogs in on a lead. Live action also on TV screen from Osprey nest. Parking close by not free.
