Food quality was appalling, could tell the food wasn’t fresh tasted reheated will never be ordering again !!!

Claim they’re halal but still decided to serve me pork. Disgusting made me vomit!!!! Won’t be going back. They did refund me which is the least they could do.

First time I went I had a nice chicken curry. The second time I had an upset stomach afterwards. The third time the meal was given to me less than 2 mins after I ordered it which is a bad sign. It was lukewarm with 3 small pieces of chicken, the rest was just thick sauce. Quite horrible. For £8 they could make more of an effort. I won't be going back.

Little kitchen is a lil hidden Gem of Balsall Heath, the food is always fresh & hot & soooooo damn tasty 🤤🤤 the owners & their kids are an absolute delight 😊

My favorite Chinese place. Delivery time is always excellent the food always tasty and cooked perfectly. Meal deal for 2 or 3 are my go to options. In my opinion, and I tried a few, this is the only place I order Chinese from cause I always know what to expect and have never been disappointed. Plus it helps to support small local businesses.

Keep putting themselves on Just Eat them when you order they cancel the order and ask you to pay over phone or use Big Foodie instead. Really bad customer experience and service.

Usally order from this Chines, food is usally great but order from here on saturday and the food was appalling. Diffently not up to the usual standard and chips tasted like they had been reheated several times before they where served to us. When i did call to complain about the food they didnt want to acknowledge there was any issues with the food.

The food was awful. So disappointed as I spent £30 and we barely touched it

Some pieces of meat very overcooked and tough. Sauces bland. Veg, rice, noodles all good.

Food was great and delivery driver was extremely helpful and polite. He delivered my food to different location because I didn't come back home on time. I highly recommend his service. Possibly the worst Chinese takeaway I've had, couldn't finish because I couldn't tell if the chicken was off due to being slimy. Really disappointed as the reviews were great but I have never had a Chinese I couldn't finish before.

Beef dish was okay but not what I ordered (ordered crispy shredded beef but just regular szechuan beef). Chicken dishes were horrible. Slimy, chewy chicken. Never ordering here again.

Best customer service. I recommend the crispy Thai chicken with egg fried rice and curry with chips in a tray. One of the best combinations you can have.

New Little Kitchen is the only restaurant I've continued to still order from since moving to Brum 2013 - the food has always been good and stayed consistent for the last 7-8 years.

The food was lovely, affordable (compared to other similar services) and was delivered fast regarless of the fact that the amount ordered was a bit much.

The best Chinese food in Brum. Always fresh and red hot. Everything is just so much more tasty from here.

Great Chinese, nice fella, I think he cooks all his own food fresh, including the curry sauce, rather than buying it in. Great chow mein, special fried rice, it may be a bit more expensive but he's worth it.

I keep ordering from here because the Chinese is always delicious Highly recommend

Don't know if using different Chefs now but noticed meals are getting hit and miss had to phone them 2 or 3 times lately to complain .Never had to do it in the past ordered again tonight sorry to say food not to good tasteless

We ordered the food and it arrived in ten minutes. Thats only ten minutes from ordering, it being cooked and arriving at our door which doesn't seem possible. The food quality was not good. The chicken was dodgy in texture, chicken balls were soggy and beef was overly chewy. Really disappointed because we've ordered from here before and it was good. Feel like I've wasted a lit of money and to be honest would like it back

I ordered a beef with ginger and spring onion but they gave me a chicken one instead. The fried rice was oily and tastes funny.

Chips were brilliant chow mien was lovely but the chicken balls were so inedible slightly pink and really really mushy I really can’t eat them as they don’t seem edible at all really gutted

En realidad solo ordenamos desde aquí porque nuestro lugar habitual estaba cerrado. El lugar se ve absolutamente terrible desde fuera, pero había oído cosas buenas sobre la comida, y esas cosas buenas resultaron ser absolutamente correctas. El menú es bastante antiguo para llevar de la escuela china (cómo recuerdo que eran cuando era un niño) pero eso está bien a veces. La comida llegó rápidamente, estaba muy caliente y el tamaño de las porciones es enorme. A los dos nos sobraba lo suficiente para almorzar al día siguiente. No creo que reemplace mi lugar de comida china habitual con este, pero esta es una excelente alternativa si fuera necesario, y no dudaría en recomendárselo a nadie.

The place is dirty and my order is usually cold and wrong. Once I saw an order that was replaced and then I noticed my chips were cold, hard and dry

Perdieron mi pedido por completo. Luego me pidieron que cancelara para que no tuvieran que pagar el cargo. Luego me gritaron que esperara otros 40 minutos después de esperar una hora. Así que cortésmente pedí un descuento. . . . luego dijeron groseramente que nunca hacemos descuentos, por favor espere su pedido en otros 40 minutos. La comida era en realidad repugnante. Básicamente te recomiendo que te mantengas alejado.

Normally good service and great food. My king prawns were not cleaned and they argued with me to say that they were. HORRIBLE PEOPLE !

The food was great from here, £3 for 3 average size spring rolls was a bit steep, and the delivery driver was quite rude, with the food being delivered so early we weren't prepared for the call which led him to have an attitude on the phone... other than that the food was lovely.

Took over an hour to deliver (restaurant pushed back delivery time by 20 min). Had ordered kung po chicken but the flavor was completely wrong (tasted like sweet chili). Shaoxing pepper beef and crispy king prawn Malaysian style weren't bad (although prawns were soggy, not crispy, from the sauce)

The delivery guy was polite, very nice food, 5 stars. I was gonna walk there but my legs hurt so I ordered delivery instead, that being said I don't live too far from the takeaway.

The sesame chicken & prawn toast was saturated with oil. It might be a one-off thing though - it wasn't too oily last time. Otherwise, everything was really tasty!

King prawn curry was full of lovely big king prawns., chunky onions and spicy curry sauce. Rice was soft and spring roll full of chicken and prawns. Deliver 15 minutes early was another bonus. Highly recommended!!
