Appalling! They kept lying to us saying it’s on its way, it’s still here, we are delivering it next etc! 2 and a half hours later we still have no food! ( been visiting my Dad in hospital) No time now to re order. Absolutely appalling lying to customers

Satisfied in general with the food, however in this opportunity the pork was dry, a bit cold and not as fresh as before.

First time ordering. Recieved boiled rice instead of fried rice. The chips and curry sauce wasn’t the nicest either. Delivery driver was polite but won’t be ordering from here again.

Food arrived quickly, much sooner than the estimated 1 hour delivery time, which was awesome on this occasion. As always, the food arrived hot and was very tasty.

Unfortunately the food was very bland. The egg dried rice was just plain and boiled, the salt and chilli chips had no spices and the chow mein was flavourless.

I can honestly say I have never had a takeaway as bad as this and I usually love this place. The crispy duck was NOT crispy. It was vile and fatty and it went in the bin. No cucumber and spring onion with the pancakes either. I ordered a Singapore chow mein which is supposed to be hot. There was not even a hint of spice in it and it was flavourless and bland. I ate a few mouthfuls of it because I was very hungry but most of that went in the bin too. Like the majority of people, money is really tight for me right now so a takeaway really is a rare treat. I should have saved my money and made a sandwich :(

Best chinese takeaway by far and delivery is always on time or early. Customer service has also always been excellent when I've called them. If Wok Express isn't open I just order a pizza because all others are just disappointing by comparison

Order all the time won't be again the food was that bad tonight food came in 15 mins but was freezing cold rice wrong, husband had the special chow mien 2 prawn and 3 tiny pieces of meat and chow mein tasted of salt,, chicken wings came without lid for container so was open waste of money

We had chow mein, which was a bit tasteless, and sweet and sour chicken which was ok. Not sure we will order from here again but it wasn’t terrible!

Not a regular since i only came to Erdington for an event. Before going back to Birmingham at night, ordered the sweet and sour chicken Cantonese style. Once i tried it, the food its not bad, quite good. Will try to order from them again if i ever come to Erdington for an event again.

Noodles were nice aswell and the sauces but the rice was horrible. It was less like egg fried rice and more like boiled rice with a sprinkle of egg which I was really disappointed about😕 everything else was lovely and delivery was amazing

I dont normally do reviews but this is definitely our new favourite chinese the mixed starter was amazing best satay chicken i have had and meat falls off the bone on ribs. would highly recommend trying this place if you haven't already. definitely ordering from these again

The salt & pepper ribs were gorgeous as always. I ordered the chicken Chinese style with beansprouts from here for the first time. I've had this dish many times from other places and it usually comes as a sliced roast chicken breast on a bed of beansprouts in a rich thick sauce. This was (boiled?) chicken strips which were rubbery and tasteless mixed in overcooked beansprouts in what was basically water with a splash of soy or oyster sauce. It went in the bin. Very disappointed.

First time trying the ribs with salt & pepper and they did not not disappoint, they were beautiful. Also decided to try the chicken chow mein which was really tasty. I had a gravy sauce pot with it which went with it perfectly. Everything arrived fresh and piping hot.
