The food is lovely however £3.50 for a chapati I felt was a bit steep. Service was excellent, there was a gentleman who was arguing with his friends, shouting and swearing which was disturbing but security was called and he escorted out.

absolutely shocking just ordered 2x chicken burger and chips and can of pepsi the chips are empty inside and more cooked than the burgers brown solid chips. and the drinks didn’t even come.

Wow, where to start? I ordered through just eat for me and my family and it told us that it had been delivered, which it hadn’t been. Delivery driver was driving around for ages therefore the food arrived freezing. The kebabs were tasteless, had the texture of a rubber tire and the curries were bland. We tried to ring up to find out about our delivery, however they have shocking customer service. None of our calls were answered, and you’re only able to leave a message. This place does not care for their customers and the quality of food is horrible. Overall, do not order from this place.

Food came wrapped in clingfilm .was cold too much oil order not complete. Rang to complain .would not answer phone .rang day after but they didn't care..avoid at all cost .

First off, if you got a too good to go from here and are complaining - get over yourself, mine set my passenger seat belt alarm going as if someone was sat there! Plenty food for the price (remember the full price is if cooked to order) I will definitely eat from here again, best bhaji I've ever had!

Been customers for the past 6 years that I’ve lived in Horbury, the odd time items missing but sorted until tonight ordered off just eat, order accepted for 20 minutes later to be cancelled then ordered off their other just eat page ChooChoo for the same to happen again. Tried ring go to resolve the issue and never answered phone after multiple calls absolutely appalled!!

Very friendly staff let us eat inside when it was freezing and gave us free drinks and rice. Lovely food. Best Indian iv ever had I definitely recommend

Ordered food online, it was nice enough. But it did give me a tummy upset the next day.

Order 2x TooGoodToGo bags. £6 each so £12 for supposedly £36 worth of food. You'd be lucky to charge £18 for what we received and the inconvenience of not being able to choose what you want. Wouldn't order again but maybe a fair deal if you're hard up

Collected a too good to go yesterday. £6 but should be £18 worth if food. I got one curry and a portion of rice plus 3 spring rolls. Definitely not £18 worth if food. Very disappointing

Collected 2 Too Good To Go bags and received enough food for 4 people. 2 curry's with rice and 2 Donna kebab in nann bread along with 5 poppadoms. All freshly made even though the TGTG bags are advertised as saving food from been thrown away .

Woeful experience from this place. Ordered takeaway for family, expected in 45 minutes (they advised this). Called after 90 minutes, was advised the usual "its on its way, next stop". Food arrived 20 minutes later, cold and order incomplete. Still needed the missing meals so asked to complete with re-delivery. Told another 40 minutes, for the process to begin again. Almost 3 hours later, still no sign of this food despite being told "it's on its way, next stop" again after calling. Now calling for a refund on food that hasnt arrived. Will not be ordering from here again, would encourage others to read the similar reviews and follow suit. Awful experience.

Honestly one of the best places in Wakefield for those traditional curries, remember back in the 2000 when you got a real authentic curry packed with chicken and full of flavour, this restaurant is just that!! Chicken/mushroom pakoras are just amazing, big portions, a lot for your money basically!! Even the rice is fresh and not all stuck together, the food has always come well packaged (although not sustainable packaging) but it does ensure the food comes hot, so no need to waste time reheating food, genuinely my number one go to place for a proper authentic curry

Ordered through the app too good to go and was gutted I should have received £18 food I had a few onion Bajis some chapati that were dry a tiny bit of rice and sauce with one chunk of chicken. It was disgusting I paid and got nothing. Yes I paid less but that wasn’t the agreement and I felt punished

Intimidated experience. Delivered wrongly to my address. Driver informed he had the wrong house. He insisted it was correct and put the curt on the step and went. I brought in and went to bed. Later when asleep there was a loud knock on the door waking everyone up. There was a mini bus full of people staring at me and 2 on the doorstep. Again no English spoken. Very intimidating

Got 2 too good to go deals. Got 2 kebab meat with chips no sauce or pitta, 1 chicken tandoori meat with chips and 4 samosas. Total cost off menu £18 for £12 not good value at all. Too good to go app was advertised at £18 per meal. They said you don’t get curry with the deal

Tried randomly via "too good to go" app last night. Ordered 3 suprise bags and received 3 Donner meat on nan, 3 different Currys and 3 portions of rice. The nans weren't as fresh as I'd have expected but still perfectly ok, the donner meat was nice. Currys were all tasty and rather spicy and rice was colorful and tasted good. The building was looking a little tired and in need of a lick of paint but clean enough, staff were friendly and helpful. Can't complain at £6 each. Probably wouldn't use again simply due to it being quite far from home. But happy we tried it and easily fed 3 of us for 2 meals each.

Best place for curry you will not get a better curry form any where else keep up the good work nikki

Tried for the first time through Too Good To Go app. We were impressed with the amount of food we received for £6. Two onion Bhajis, two vegetable spring rolls, two meat samosas, a plain Naan Bread, a portion of Pilau rice and a chicken tikka massala. Friendly service with a smile from the manager, quick pick up. Tasty food and incredibly good value rescuing food.

Really dirty place, good job I saw it before getting food 🤢 I enjoy a dirty takeaway as much as anyone else but this place was just unsanitary, can't imagine they've been inspected for a while

Restaurant listed as Indian Paradise, ChooChoo and New Indian Cuisine online. Which one is it? Ordered a chicken burger with garlic mayo. There was a chilli sauce option but I chose garlic mayo. I took one bite of the burger and my tongue was burning and it got worse by the second. I called the restaurant to ask if there's any chance my order was mistaken for a tikka/zinger alternative as it was completely inedible it was so hot. They said it was definitely a plain burger. I told them there was no mention of the heat level of the burger on just eat otherwise I wouldn't have ordered it and I was told it wasn't spicy. I asked if I could just have a refund for the burger as it was spicy and I couldn't eat it and they refused.

Ordered a kebab and chips the meat didn't taste the same very dry. Also ordered 2 meat samosas they simply were not cooked. Very disappointed. May last few orders have disappointed. Wont be returning.

Would give zero stars if possible. Worst thing is I tried to resolve it by ringing the takeaway but they were incredibly rude and unwilling to ammend my incorrect order with cold food, missing items and a inedible curry. The curry came with a inch thick layer of oil I had to poor down my sink before even trying it, once I tasted it I spat it straight out and I haven't done that since I was a child! It tasted like vegetable soup with star anise and was really spicy! Which I specifically called them and asked for if not to be spicy. They are very rude people not a company that will ever thrive because it lacks good management and customer service. Oh and, what's a good takeaway without good food!? I too hadn't eaten all day and waited 30 mins over the latest est delivery time. What a waste of time. I've complained and will get my money back.

It's taken nearly 24 hours for my curry? Still not arrived. They must have new staff on because they're usually great. Whoever it is, shame on you. I was working for 12 hours and I was starving. I didn't eat that night. Thanks, I'll be getting my refund.

Garlic nan bread is a pre bought pizza base with garlic butter on it horrible, The rice is stuck in a huge lump, chicken bhuna had mushroom and peppers in it, no taste very bland almost all the meal went in the bin.

Food was cold. Ordered 2 mixed kebabs. Took them home and no salad to be seen. Phoned up and and talked to the manager. Got told where to go so I took the food back and shoved it over the counter. Manager just argued that salad should have been ordered. (Not sure about anyone else but I thought the proprietor asks you what salad you may like. Disgusting response to a complaint!

Terrible. Ordered at 18:30 and advised food would be delivered in 45 minutes. Called to advise it had not been delivered at 19:45 (half an hour late) and told they were waiting for a driver. Food finally arrived at 20:25, over 1 hour late. At least it wasn't cold.

Tried the rest now try the best. ! I make my own currys from scratch. This is bar non the most flavoursome curry house i have been. I have worked all over the country and eat out most days. Keep up the good work. In 8 months on order 28.. Not one complaint . Wouldnt go anywere else. Take a bow son

Pakora's over cooked and dry, pickle tray minus pickles..watery mango, yoghurt and not sure what the other thing was....less than good paradise combo wrap....poppedoms were ok though

Food cold and late delivery. Part order missing. Customer service appalling. Made excuses that person in background was being abusive so they would not do anything to rectify the problem or re emburse for order. Fuming and disgusted is an understatment. Just eat main customer services have also been informed of the bad service received. If there had been a minus star this is what I would have chosen

Brilliant. I've been a customer for 15+ years. Tried other takeaways but always go back to the New Paradise. Food always hot and very tasty. Never had a poor meal. Staff are always very pleasant and helpful. Thanks guys.

I have not used this take-away for awhile as been going to another one.After being talked into not using Just Eat and using their own on line app we ordered tonight after about 3 month of not due to them getting our order wrong.....again order wrong...instead of keema madras got chicken korma...easy mistake..not!.starter mushroom pakoras burnt...and mushroom rice...is just boiled rice with sliced mushroom on top.Uf ta chefs need some advice I can help with the rice.Chicken Tandoori Masala was like a tin of tomatoe soup with spice chicken had not seen a tandoor oven.Waiting for full refund offered from Paradise going back to Chinimon Lounge.

Very poor over the last two orders. Two hours last week. An hour and half tonight. Just warm. 12 small pieces of chick the rest if the tray was full with sauce. Will not be ordering anymore.

I rang up to make sure they delivered to my area. Gave my order and address said be here soon. 1hour later phoned to see where order is. Said hadnt been put through so my order will be 30mins. 30mins pasted still no order so phoned again. Driver on way...rang 15mins later asked them to give me a time of when it should be here...was going to phone me back. 3hrs later still no food and no phone call. Three very hungry little children who were looking forwsrd to their takeaway treat...what an outrage this company is. Why not just call up and say we dont deliver to your area

Usually have good food from here but tonight's was inedible!!! Tasted like someone had an accident with the salt, food far too salty!!!!

Firstly I hate being called 'boss' but this isn't why I've reviewed this so low. The curry I ordered was very bland and overflowing with grease. I understand it's cooked in ghee but I had to throw this away before it made me sick. Terrible.

Delayed delivery (+20 mins). Arrived warm in containers. Well packed. Nice mint sauce. OK Chicken. Poor Naan. Rest atrocious: Onion Bhajis, and Mushroom Pakora way too heavy on the batter and relatively tasteless stodgy fodder; Frozen French Fries fried, fried again and then some more besides! Cold limp heart-attack tackle (straight to the bin). More than half of this ended up in the bin not fit for a stray Dog! Shameful TBH

We got a kebab last night the donnar meat was over spicey and very salty, the chips where soggy and the salad was not just warm nut cooked we had it delivered we do not live far and yet it still took over 55 mins wont be ordering from here again. I will drive next time and go to Abduls never had a bad meal there, there only down side is they dont deliver

I went in on a Friday evening, asked for a chicken kebab to take home and they gave me a mixed kebab that had loads of donner meat on which I don’t like with about 7 little pieces of chicken. What an absolute clown!
