I do not know why most chinese take a stupid picture of the menu that pepole cant evan read it daft coul u please put ir menu up properly so it dosent take me 15 min trying to explain what i wanted and at the end of it i didnt do what i wanted please adress this problem as it would probably bring u more customers thanx

A fairly good chinese. Used to get food from here when I lived in the area and was never disappointed

Total waste of money - never again....why do is it assumed the UK doesn't know good from bad quality and we here have no taste buds. I ordered several dishes to get a variety of flavours. What arrived was tweaks/ variations of the same one dish - my impression was it was the same sauce and vege with a few additions to meet the description. The so called Red Thai dish was beyond disappointing and tasted identical to another dish in the main menu. Bland was an understatement and portion sizes were v small - I still have the empty containers from other restaurant meals twice the size . With no job I haven't eaten out for two years and this is a good reason not to. £30+ down the tubes

The sweet and sour sauce is vinegar?

Had the set meal for 2 it was delicious. It arrived when we expected and was still piping hot.

Hubby picked up order of vegetarian Singapore noodles and when he got home it had chicken in. If they can't tell the difference between a chicken and a vegetable don't eat here!!!

Food was delicious and fresh. Delivery was quick and on time. Came with a antibac wipe too which was a nice touch.

Terrible customer service food delivered with missing item AGAIN rest of the food very low standard, called and told by staff that that’s the way it is and there is nothing they will do not even an apology!!

Got our order, which was very salty and not the usual standard. As I received it after closing time I called back today and was told that there was nothing wrong with their food, took it back in to show them it hasn't been eaten and they said it was fine. But that the char sui wasn't even what we ordered as they had added ham to it! Was refused a refund or any kind of compensation as they didn't think there was anything wrong with it, were very rude about the situation insinuating that I had added the ham. Were just rude and unhelpful. Do not recommend.

Hot pot has been a family favourite for years providing good food. Their customer service and care is excellent.

first time order.. food was stale, tepid.. clearly re heated.. absolutely disgusting

First and last time I order from this establishment!!!! Ordered the salt and chilli munchy box which was not only cold but bland. Could not taste and salt or chilli on anything. We also ordered the chicken satay skewers which were rubbery and look nothing like the picture which initially enticed me. Total waste of money. The highlight of the meal was the 3 complimentary prawn crackers!

Fast service and very tasty food!!

I was so very disappointed with the New Hot Pot Georgie... I had ordered a £9.70 meal and asked if I got free prawn crackers .. the girl said you have to spend£10 to qualify for free prawn crackers,I offered to pay the 30p difference .. which she sai no you have to purchase them at the full price if £2.50!!!! I asked to spk to the manager ... I explained o was a regular customer and usually spend over £20 per week .... he was really rude and told me that he would not be giving me complimentary crackers even if I was to pay £10 !!!! and hung up the phone !!! I'll not be using this take away again ... may I add the cost of prawn crackers to them would be pennies !!! Definitely lost a good customer over pennies ...silly man... Tastes Good which is next door provide crackers with every meal ! And did taste better too !!!!😡

Looks nice inside and staff were friendly. Food was on par and no issues. Nothing amazing but no problems either. The 'munchy box for one' ended up looking like a 'shake up everything in a box' disaster but that's more a packaging issue than a taste matter.
