Good customer years now I always order the same meal and always put same requests in notes asks for lots of beansprouts and onion in chow Mein in came mostly noodles should not list it on the menu as a chow Mein when it's really just noodles with a very small amount of veg I ask in norea because of this reason and request was not fulfilled should be better with there loyal customers and requests to be done so the customer enjoys there meal the way they have asked rest of food lovely tho

Salt n chilli halved chicken balls best I’ve tasted. A tad spicy but would ask for no chilli powder next time. They come with onions and garlic, so much flavour. Curry sauce is unreal! Not spicy and kinda sweet.

Order from here all the time and twice now never received free spring rolls neary £34 order put it in notees last time about it and still never made it up and again none tonight when owed i spend alot of money with this restaurant and they should know me well by now the amount of money I spend and often delivery

I ordered at 18:21 and it didn’t arrive until 20:04. The chips were the smallest portion I’ve ever seen, the chicken balls were like rubber and I didn’t get the prawn crackers I paid for. If you’re too busy for deliveries then you should let people know before they order. What a waste of £15.

There’s not an option for the food just not turning up. But that’s what happened and nobody was answering the phone. Very poor and I will be using the block option so not to order from you again. Shocking.

Waste of money. Paid for, left a note, and also called the restaurant to remind them to make one of the curries extra, extra spicy. Tasted absolutely no different whatsoever from the other regular sauce. Completely ignored the request. Ordered a portion of chips and curry sauce, there was one ladle of curry sauce at most. Salt and chilli chicken wings - no flavour whatsoever. There are 3 Chinese takeaways on this street and this is by far the worst. Avoid.

Placed a order for pick up by mistake instead of wanting delivery so cancelled straight away to do it again waiting on money going back in but it’s saying on my email I won’t be refunded my money !?

Order was wrong ordered a beef curry but got chicken I called and they says will send it out but time it comes rice and other food will need reheated not what you want when you have paid £38 ! Paid £34 tonight I am a loyal customer and get here a lot so disappointed tonight the large pancake rolls where dripping in grease and falling apart when i always ask for them crispy have phoned to complain about them before ! think by now many times I order would get it correct when always ask and complained before ! Soy sauce all over bag went everywhere over my counter tops got about 6 prawns with my dish in blackbean sauce not good tonight at all want a replacement for the pancake rolls ??!

Orde was due between 9.30 and 9.50 turned up at 10.42 after having to phone 14 times because a delivery driver couldn’t find a main road? Then sent a fresh order with items missing after all this wait? Absolutely ridiculous, don’t hire drivers that can’t find a main road!!

Longer delivery wait as usually never received free spring-rolls as I normally do over £30 asked them to remember in notes still forgot will say on notes on my next order loyal customer , apart from that food was lovely as usual

My kid received a free dead spider in his chips at lunchtime today. OMG 😲 people watch out. Absolutely not spreading anything. I'm warning the general public about what my kid found in his chips at lunchtime today. All his friends saw this he was too scared to come back with it and threw it away. I've told him to take pictures of anything wrong with his food in the future from everywhere 🙄 he is 12, and I have never ordered anything from you, so I believe my son. Sorry, it really makes me feel sick as to how takeaways store their food or how trading standards or the food standard agency might see this 🤔 how long have you been waiting on a inspection from just eat to inspect your premises for food hygiene? Obviously, the council has never inspected the place.

Took ages and the food was dry and mushy

the food was delicious. lots of flavour and still hot. The chicken was not chewy or overcooked, we really enjoyed this food.

One mushroom and 2 prawns in a mixed curry absolutely shocking chips were soggy apart from that it was ok but I feel a mixed curry should be even all meats and mushroom

Asked for chicken balls to be extra well done and crispy as tried them before and where too soft and doughy so gave them another try and they where the same disappointed they where under done and white not crispy at all when asked I usually give top stars but not for these tonight money wasted won’t eat rest of food lovely tho

long wait for the order over 30mins longer than the time confirmed so over 2 hrs in total. Not ideal as it was a treat after work for the kids. The food was nice but not as warm as we are used too. Also some of the portions were smaller than usual

Ordered the crispy shredded duck, the duck was inedible and a children’s portion of your lucky it was rubber only edible part about it was the pancakes and veg my partner got a chicken chow mein that was basically a plain chow mein with a few slithers of chicken thrown in I won’t be ordering again

Curry was amazing chicken balls I asked for crispy bit where underdone for me put them in the air frier to crisp them abs they where perfect 👍

Absolutely awful start to finish. had 4 changes in my delivery time. called and my food was only.being cooked almost an hour and half from my order being accepted. food arrived after 2 hours. food was mostly soggy and incredibly underwhelming. will not be back the this terrible place.

Sweet and sour chicken Cantonese style was delicious. Chicken noodle soup was really lovely Chicken and mushroom perfect Definitely my favourite Chinese now.

In my house we have very different levels of spicy that we can take and everyone really enjoyed the meal.

Found a screw in my food while eating it… phoned up and the guy didn’t seem to care at all.

Bbq spare ribs were nice could have had a bit more meat on them as one of my ribs was just all bone no meat but really nice and the spring rolls were nice

Ribs where so chewy after asking for them soft little amount of veg with chow mein salt pepper chicken tastes like fried in bad oil and funny taste been disappointed last 2 orders and curry missing from last order been a regular customer for a long time not as good as it was before

First time ordering our usual Chinese was closed. Won’t order again, salt & chilli chips may aswell have been plain chips not a lot of “salt & chilli”. Sweet & sour was ok chicken wasn’t the best. Prawn crackers fell apart when putting food on them. Will stick to my usual.

Finally got round to trying this Chinese. I’ve found a gem. This is now my go to for Chinese food. Really quick delivery. Curry sauce is nice and am picky. Salt and pepper chicken is really fresh and tasty. Since my first order around Christmas I’ve ordered around 3 times more. Would defo recommend.

First time ordering was class 🤌🏼 chips were nice and crispy not like the soggy ones most places deliver. Spicy chicken fried rice was good maybe add more spice and sauce had a good kick to it I like my food really spicy so maybe offer option to make things extra hot! defo order again.
