Always order from here Have tried a few different dishes but not all of them . . "Yet" Always tend to get a few freebies with our orders, which always arrive hot not had a cold delivery yet. Only negative with New East Ocean is the delivery time can be around either 1 hour exactly or 1 Hour 10 ... Although I have never had a cold delivery or had an order delivered wrong.

Great take away! Reasonably priced food is always lively hot and tastes fresh when delivered - we will only order from this place and won’t have Chinese if they’re closed. Delivery driver is lovely and friendly, always get little freebies with your meals over certain spends id recommend if you’re in the area!

Me and my boyfriend ordered from this Chinese for the first time and i have to say it was very disappointing. When the food arrived it was watery! And we both spent all our morining puking up with really upset tummys. 5he food clearly wasn't fresh!

I've raved about them before but this time the food was pretty tasteless. I got the duck with special fried rice and BBQ meal. I also ordered the chicken and sweetcorn soup. The soup tasted like sugar water and the rice was greasy but bland. This was a Monday evening not a Saturday busy takeaway night. I didn't finish the soup just ate the chicken pieces from it. Food wasn't hot hot just lukewarm when it came too. Disappointed :/ Delivery guy was nice though and he arrived sooner than estimated time.

We waited ages for the food to arrive and when it did it was stone cold. We had to put it in the oven. Not happy at all to say the least. ☹

Wasn't happy ordered my food had to wait a hour a half when called the restaurant as they was about to close was told that the driver had forgotten to take my food out and they had to start again then had to wait another half hour

The meal was excellent but unfortunately they forgot to include my sweet & sour sauce what I paid for...I therefore had to use some soy sauce I had indoors...I will still use this take-away in the future and would still highly recommend them as the food is of such high quality, but only a 4 star award this time because of their mistake...* * * *

They were really good. Food was great. They delivered on time. The BBQ chicken was great, but the BBQ sauce that accompanied it was a tad bit salty - didnt really taste like BBQ - but still good.

DO NOT ORDER FROM HERE - General TSOs Chicken had a very off flavour sauce. The chicken they use must be very cheap as it barely resembled chicken more like mushy strips that made me heave. Fried rice was very greasy. Chow mein was tasteless and just had noodles and no other vegetables like bean sprouts. Would never even think about ordering my food from here even if u paid me.

My food was really nice, cooked well but they didn't read the comments I left in the box as I didn't want some veg or beanshoots in my order and I had to sit and pick them all out before I could eat it.

The order was late by over 45 minutes. Luke warm and we had a dish missing. I phoned them and they sent the driver out with it but that took 25 minutes. I wish I hadn't bothered cause even my dogs wouldn't eat it. Don't waste your time.
