It's closed for good..do not waste ur time ..

This place should hands down be a 5 star. The food is the best Indian food available in Eastbourne but it is very poorly run. We have been ordering from them for the last couple of years (takeaway/delivery) and we have always accepted that the food will be late by a good hour. The food is so good we could accept it. Tonight however 3 hours is way beyond, no one answering the phones. Ended up going to bed with a sandwich wondering if we would get our money back. If I had the money I would employ their chefs and run the business properly. I feel bad for giving a one star review and would like it known it is in no way reflecting on the food.

Ordered from here via the website, order accepted, had a text to say so, be with us in an hour, 40 mins later text to say closed and cancelled order. We are a fairly loyal customer, but unfortunately we won't be ordering again, had issues with missing drinks etc before and have always let them off, I ll find somewhere else from now on.

Stellar food, some of the best Indian food I have ever had. Service was quick and was accompanied by details I have not seen in much more expensive restaurants (warm plates). Would 100% go again.

Checked out a few others locally that looked a little more swanky however the service (dine in) was exceptional coupled with very good food. Normally unless eating at the top end avoid the lamb but was assured it would melt in the mouth and it did. The special of Xacuti Lamb, coupled with some mushroom rice very decent. Very reasonably priced and happy with the food flavor and service. Thoroughly recommend!. Well done team New Delhi.

Really disappointed. Pre ordered on Just Eat at 3.45pm as New Years Eve ordered for 7.45 only to get message at 8pm saying that the order couldn't be processed. We rang and spoke to the manager only to be told that they hadn't received order. Sounds to me that someone there had canceled on the system! Thanks house of unhappy people...

Lovely lamb biryani lamb melts in your mouth. Others had chicken and lamb madras. Food full of flavour and hot and also caters for my son who only eats chips and nuggets. Will order again.

Arrived earlier than expected...large potions and hot however all dishes lacked flavour...coulda made better myself...won't be ordering again..😣

Four of us went to this restaurant as we saw a promotional deal where two people eat for £29.95, we where greated by a man in scruffy Jeans and teashirt who seated us, we asked for the deal and he explained it would be £10 more each couple, when I asked why he said it was because he'd have to wash our plates up !! He said if we went back to our hotel and ordered he would honor the original price? surely he would have to pay someone to deliver it then ?, we where the only people in his restaurant, this rude and stupid attitude is why business's collapse, we will not return.

Filthy when we went in the server came out with dirty jeans and t-shirt his hands was disgusting. They tried to charge us £10 each extra than what was advertised on the menu and said they had to charge us more because they had to employ someone to wash up. There was 4 of us so would of been an additional £40. We walked out.

Ordered a vast quantity of items from Just Eat. Wow. Incredible food. The best indian food that I've had outside of india itself. I highly recommend the spinach & garlic starter (forgot what it was called on the menu). Driver was also really great and friendly. Will be ordering again from here soon.

Manager so terribly rude. Order took nearly 2 hours to arrive and in the meantime just eat cancelled it for me & refunded payment. The manager sent the poor delivery driver into customer confrontation to demand money! That’s the managers job NOT the drivers job! I delivered the food back to you myself as I said I would! You have been reported to just eat for the disgusting way you handled the situation & the awful way you spoke to both my wife & myself on the phone!

Excellent curry! This was our first time ordering and we will definitely order again. The food had real depth of flavour and we were really impressed overall. Thank you for a brilliant meal. Would highly recommend you try a delivery. We had lamb balti, chicken korma, king prawn purée, aubergine curry, vegetable rice, garlic naan and tandoori chicken on the bone. It was perfect!

Had a leaflet popped through the letter box so gave it a whirl it arrived on time and lovely and hot.the lamb pathia was gorgeous the lamb was very tender.the chicken bhuna was lovely very nice rice and lovely fresh popadoms we will certainly order again from here and hopefully it will be equally as enjoyable

Put order in for delivery. Food wasn’t great. As well order was wrong and not very warm. I was so looking forward to my Indian to being very disappointed.

Unfortunately the 2 naan breads we ordered were not cooked properly as you could taste the doughiness which meant we didn't eat them. It was the first time we had ordered from there and we probably won't order again.

They have a deal on Sunday's that it’s 50% off so we went in, we got given our menus and the prices were really cheap so we was happy about it and went ahead and ordered we waited quite a bit for the food and they forgot one of the rices and forget something else that we ordered luckily wasn’t charged but then near the end I grabbed the menu to see what else they had which was taken out of my hands and got told it’s the wrong one and they handed me one with double the price like before one of our food that we order was £6.95 now it was £12.50 all the prices went up, such a rip of never going there again! If we got given that menu at first would of walked straight out the door The food wasn’t that bad but the service and everything else is just appalling

The best Indian restaurant in eastbourne. 10/10 would recommend to all looking for a new Indian place to eat at!

I ordered from the restaurant. After asking for an update, they added 15 minutes to the time. After another half an hour nothing. So we tried calling four times and finally just cancelled the order as they said it would still be another half an hour. Not impressed with the lack of communication!

I have just enjoyed an exquisite selection of curries ( £31) dinner for 3. Each curry was super flavour filled and tasted authentic. The portions were great too, easily fed 3 people to bursting. Very impressed at last

I’ve just come home from a amazing meal at the New Delhi restaurant. The food and service was spot on. If your after a nice sit down Indian meal, then give them a try you won’t be disappointed

From conversations with the staff, a very recently-opened place (less than three weeks). However, it features a wide variety of dishes on the menu, including one, Kashmir, which is entirely unlike any other Indian dish I've had, but absolutely wonderful. Rich, thick mango lassis, excellent naan, and flavourful samosas rounded out a satisfying dinner. Can recommend this place to anyone looking for a great little Indian restaurant close to the Eastbourne seafront.
