Best Chinese takeaway in MK. We have tried loads of other Chinese takeaways but we keep going back to this one . Their customers service is much improved and we have never had a problem. Just go to this place and sit in their reception the phone never stops ringing, customer after customer coming in . Maybe that is recommendation enough !!!

Had this restaurant call me multiple times saying they were from O2. Not sure why when I'm not in Milton Keynes. Clearly using there business as a way to call and scam people I'm not even with O2...

Awful customer service. Gave us the wrong order then was very rude on the phone and hung up twice. Also refused to give a refund. Will never go back.

Really disappointed this evening with the service. Ordered chicken balls but given 4 x bags of chips. Not realised till we got back and opened the packets. Called the restaurant to explain but not willing to rectify. Didn't have cash so had paid by bank transfer and titled it "4 x chicken balls" which was shown to the restaurant. We asked for a refund but they refused and hung up the phone. Awful customer service, would not recommend at all. Wish we'd read all the other negative reviews before ordering.

Had two curries tonight. Very disappointed. Both mainly very crunchy onions. The roast pork was very gristly , and there weren’t many prawns either. The two portions of egg fried rice were really boiled rice with barely a teaspoon of egg stirred in- definitely not fried. Used them lots before, but never again

Dreadful microwaved food thick jelly like sauces Noodles with no taste Red curry duck all fat and conjealed jelly texture Rice yellow and horrible tasting all like warm from microwave. Was ready in minutes nothing freshly cooked.

Found this take away on the way home and ordered Special Fried Rice, Special Chop Suey, Special Foo Young, BBQ Ribs, Sweet & Sour Chicken Balls and Crispy chilli beef and I can say without doubt it was the tastiest Chinese meal we have had for years. Not only great tasting but big portions with nice size meat pieces. I would recommend to anyone who wants a great Chinese meal to give this place a try. You should not be disappointed!!

Saturday night, order number 9, a mix of dishes set to be a great family meal. The duck was lovely... but that was it. Squid- half was raw Pork - anemic Curry sauce - tastes like burnt oil Chicken balls - horrendous taste Rice - bitter Result ... spent since then on the toilet with it coming out both ends. Food poisoning was not what we had planned.

This has always been our favourite Chinese takeaway. However a week ago I ordered the two regular dishes that my husband and I always have. When we got home we discovered that they had given me the wrong dish. When I phoned them to explain this they said we could either go back for the correct dish (my husband did not want to go out again!) or they would give me a replacement meal next time with no charge. This all seemed fine. However when ordering my replacement meal this evening they said they would have to charge me for the rice dish! How petty and ridiculous. Who orders rice as a main dish, it is always an accompaniment to a meal. Basically their food is good but if they make an error with your food their customer aftercare is not very good!!!

This Chinese takeaway is a really good one, the staff never seem to get anything wrong and the food is good! It's cash only and you have to collect but theres a cash-point nearby attached to the neighboring co-op. If you want a safe bet, this is a good place to go. I would recommend ringing up with your order rather than going in and ordering as it can get quite busy. The black bean tofu and the deep fried ribs are to die for.

New China Garden has been established for many years. The Service is generally good and the food is always of a high standard. We use this facility most weeks. Doug

Friendly family run takeaway, really recommend the Singapore Fried vermicelli and chicken wings in chilli and salt...delicous!

We used to use this Chinese take away years ago, but it went down hill. Was told how it has been taken over and food was good. Can honestly say best Chinese I've had In MK for a long time, food was fresh, plentiful, non greasy and excellent value.

This take a way has always been of a high standard and has always provided a great family take a way when required. Last night was no exception again. Long drive back from Cornwall and a faultless pick on route back to home. Phoned order through and it was ready and waiting. Cheers Guys Doug

I bought the number 2 set meal for two - food tasted fine but both my wife and I got very bloated with lots of gas (both lots of burping and farting), very uncomfortable. The next day we both had severe Diarrhoea - if you want a very good laxative then the New China Garden is for you.

Have used this Chinese Takeaway for years - situated at the Neath Hill local Shops at Tower Drive next to the Co-op you will will find the food of excellent quality and piping hot. We normal ring through our order and pick up - They only take cash and are very polite and always give out prawn crackers and fortune cockiest with every takeaway we have had. So if it’s Chinese you are looking for then I would be very surprised if you did not enjoy the meal from this outlet

Used to use this place years ago when we lived nearby ... Luckily for us it's not changed ... Fab food at reasonable prices !

Lived on Neath Hill for 18 years and a new family took over this place about 2 years ago and we have been waiting for it to be renovated - but we are still waiting. One thing has changed and that's the service went for a take away on Sunday and waited 40 minutes. It gave me time to count the stains on the carpet and seats, but I cant remember how many because I fell to sleep. I have never fell asleep waiting for food before so I suppose that is a new experience.
