New Cafe Punjab in West Dunbartonshire

Amazing food and excellent service. We were in Bognor for a four day break and our host recommended this place. The food was absolutely gorgeous and I ate everything on my plate which doesn’t happen very often when I go out for a meal. Very buzzing place suitable for all ages and good prices too. It will be even better once they get their alcohol licence.

Don't ever get an order out of cafe punjab on just eat, ordered a takeaway way tonight and didn't arrive, stay away 😡😡

Open til .1:30am on a Saturday night? (When they would probably make their money after pubs and clubs?) No. No they are not.

Food was delicious. Chicken pakora was made to perfection and curries were all amazing. One suggestion..6 of us had 2 set meals for 2 between us. Would suggest maybe offering set meals for 4-6.

best Indian food in Clydebank for sure! mine and my mums fav place to order from... had veg pakora and chips and cheese which was delicious... and they gave me free salad which was a lovely side! never had a complaint about this place, tried the curries before too which are also yummy!

The food itself was lovely as it always is we eat here often however tonight it was all cold which has never happened to us before so was a bit disappointed don't like this he headed in microwave and I felt it ruined my rice tonight having to do this

Recommend the spicy chicken Chasni. Tried spicy chicken pizza and Kerala chilli both now firm favourites. Garlic nan lovely. Can also order beer with delivery!

Took a hour and a half foe deliver once I got my order it was only half my order I told the driver he said there's nothing he could do as the shop had closed I payed by card soo I would like a refund I'll be contacting just eat

Great service and the food was great

2nd time we have been here We had what you could call tapas portions which were very nice, lots of varieties just the normal stuff but tasty. You could eat till you drop in here. Not place for a romantic meal, but really enjoyed the food

Korma was bland and could ring the grease out the cheese nan

Ordered about 4 o'clock as all the other places say collect only! Phone up and they said the drivers don't start until 5. Maybe they should state that and not let customers wait nearly 2 hours! Still waiting

Been ordering from Cafe Punjab for years, and still the best in Clydebank! Delivery was quicker than advised, food was piping hot and tasted amazing.

We asked for the order to be delivered at 8pm and it came 2 hours early so obviously they just ignored our order request! Food was nice when we got round to it but would have preferred it at the time we requested!

I've been eating here for around 25 years and it's always delicious, great quality food.

Such slow delivery don't order if your wanting fast food but when it came the food was really nice so that's the only reason I'd order again

Seems to be going downhill rapidly. Thinking of taking custom elsewhere which is ashame considering we have been using this restaurant since it opened. Pakora - 3/4 large pieces of pakora then below was just tiny pieces of batter. Not good enough. Would have contacted the restaurant however it is fairly late and my parents were hungry.

Food arrived in time given, pipping hot and very tasty! Portion size is huge too.

Decent food tho I selected my karhahi to be madras hot and in my opinion it wasn't. It also said on the menu to ask for green chilli's which I did and never got. The food was nice tho to be fair tho I'd have liked it spicy. I would order again.

Pakora was a bit dry, garlic naan was subtle in taste. Curries were excellent though.

Curry was lovely (tad spicy after asking for it to be mild) naan bread was ace, chicken pakora was a bit tasteless & in tiny bits, burger nice, chips fine. Overall it was good, but could be slightly better

Food was lovely not greasy at all best i have had in a long time usually mrs gets a box of grease out of other restraunts which puts u off b4 u eat it but this wasnt greasy at all

Wilted lettuce in one burger, absolutely no salad in the other, burger buns were soggy, chips were old and re-fried, and the delivery driver tried to add £2 onto the price. Will not order from here again, very disappointed.

Delivered before the estimated time given, delivery guy was very courteous and polite and food tasted great, I had lamb karahi madras hot with egg rice, the lamb was perfectly cooked and melted in my mouth. All round very tasty meal!!

Great service and food was great

Usually 100% happy with my order but on this occasions they made a bit of a mess up. They sent the wrong kind of pizza (spicy chicken instead of a Mexican volcano) We also ordered garlic mushrooms, but the dish was just fried mushrooms in a curry sauce, couldn't taste any garlic either. But the food is usually really good, apart from this, would recommend!

Ordered korma and pakora. Korma was very salty and not creamy enough. Veg pakora was like little bundles of grit, very hard and did not taste great. Chicken Pakora had extremely small pieces of chicken again very hard and not tender at all.

This is not actually the cafe Punjab this is operating out of the hot and spicy. Chose cafe Punjab because of the ratings but how can you guarantee that this is this same quality of food. Misleading and disappointing.

Like always simply amazing food from Punjab Cafe however one suggestion- If the restaurant could please consider reducing the quantity of onion added in the curry as it seemed to have somewhat increased in recent months and buffered the flavour and taste of delicious curries. Thanks.

Wasn't a fan off there mixed pakora chicken in the curry was fresh as but, nice place just wouldn't order there pakora again delivery person it came was nice no like some ye get x

After moving to Dumbarton road i struggled to find a good quality Indian take away (two amazing ones where I used to live, and im a big Indian food fan) in the area until I found this place! The tender beef option was to die for, lamb and chicken tikka are on point, naan breads cooked to perfection and always decent delivery. Now every time I want an Indian take away, I know where to go! Ordered a few times now and haven't been disappointed, working my way through the menu!

Unfortunately we all ended up on the toilet through the night after eating which was very unfortunate as it tasted ok don't know if the chicken was off or something

Went thinking it was cafe Punjab but now Chinese China dream more like nightmare food was awful rubber chicken well not sure it was chicken slimy served in plastic bowls starter main all served together really worst meal ever

I order regularly from this takeaway so have plenty of past meals to go by and thought they couldn't get any better, but this one changed all that. Tonight's dinner was the best yet and plenty of it too. Delivered sooner than expected was ideal and the 20% off made for the perfect meal! Thanks and keep up the excellent work making tasty food!
