First time ordered from here. All good. Tasty food . Order was ready when I went to collect and they gave me free dips. Definitely returning.

Absolutely delicious! The doner meat was perfectly seasoned, juicy, and had just the right amount of crisp on the edges. Pairs amazingly with garlic sauce and fresh pita!

The food hasn’t even turned up!

Our order was half an hour late and the food was stone cold. Extremely disappointed.

Great food but Shame that the delivery driver walked over our front lawn, no respect🤦🏼‍♀️

Food was completely inedible. Doner meat was like strands of metal! Clearing been left there for hours. The wings smelt off! Never ever had a problem before but tonight the food we had delivered wasn’t fit for a dog! Will not be ordering again.

Driver decided to go to wrong address instead of using post code food frozen when arrived fish that cold thought the missus had got it out the freezer dreadful

Order ready for collection notification received at 6:55, was already there when received notification. was told 10 mins to wait, eventually received food at 7:30

food looked like was old and some of it tasted old too, nicest thing was the chips and they weren't even that nice..won't be ordering again

cold chips, which where filled with Grease due to sitting their for so long they also looked like they where re heated to so was like burnt

we waited 1 hour and 20 minutes. when the "food" finally arrived it was cold and looked like was prepared yesterday. went straight in the bin. definitely avoid this place .

Food was barely warm, undercooked sausages and water thin gravy. No pop was sent and curry sauce didn’t come either Will no longer be ordering from netherton tasty bites. Not sure if owners have changed lately but the quality now is abysmal.

The food was overcooked and burnt and the chips was rock hard really poor quality used to be a good chip shop but has really gone down hill

Avoid avoid avoid! Food arrived 20 minutes early which might sound great but the food was uneatable! I ordered southern fried chicken, all the chicken was over cooked, burnt and dry- it honestly was like the chicken was cooked days ago and just left to dry out. The chicken was awful - the chips were cold and tasteless. We also ordered mixed meat and chips, again the chips were cold and tasteless, and the meat was if anything undercooked and tasteless. I will never order again.

Cant fault it !!, was well within the time bracket, we were hungry so could have come come quicker lol, the fish bites batter a little bit crisper but still very enjoyable. very nice !!

Never had an issue with this restaurant before but the chips were dreadful but the fish was ok but did not taste fresh.

It took 2 hours to get my order delivered. I have been refused any compensation because “driver was stuck in heavy traffic” for 2 hours!? Lost a customer today

The instructions for my order were not followed. I specifically requested the salad and sauce to be on the side, but this was ignored. Instead, the salad was mixed into the kebab, which made the entire meal soggy.

Absolutely appalling. Chips swimming in grease and also found several hairs wrapped around the chips. Next morning both me and my missus woke up with stomach aches.

Literally arrived less than 15 mins after I ordered. And it wasn’t great. Meat was very obviously left overs or overcooked, most of it went in the bin. This used to be my favourite place but twice now it’s not been great.

I ordered some food there and we had the 2 pieces of chicken and chips the chips were cold and rock hard and one of the chickens were raw pink and bloody

Ordered at 1845. Arrived 2015. Food was cold. Poor standard compared to how it usually is as this is my favourite place. But today it really was well below standard and late for just 2 items. Meat was dry and cold.

The chips were lovely but there wasn’t enough of them, we were meant to have a free portion which we didn’t receive but instead got a battered sausage. Will not be returning

Amazing chippy! Food is always bang on, hot and the battered chips are the best I've had!!

The food was disappointing. Chips were soggy and greasy. The burger was overcooked. The mixed naan bread was not worth the money. The bread was tough. The food was on its way for half an hour Unfortunately for us this was an extremely disappointing takeaway especially for the prices too

Lovely people however on our most recent order the chicken was undercooked and gave us food poisoning. Only thing we ate all day and the only person who didnt have the chicken was fine. Real shame as it has been our regular for years with no issues.

ordered quite a lot of food and it came out alot cheaper than expected. everything was really tasty and up to satisfaction for everyone. definitely my favourite chippy for the battered chips alone!! would recommend to anyone and everyone

Vile. Gone right down since sunny left. Over priced. Not good!

Staff was not concerned and rude. Pizza oven off and have to wait 20 minutes to warm up then time to cook pizza as well. If got allergies would be serious worried about cross contamination. Over priced.

Very friendly staff, good food, fast when you collect. Delivery is slow and for is cold and soggy. Worth the trip to collect though. Edit Wow what a difference absolutely the worst ever now.

I noticed that this shop is now under new management.. excellent tasty food!! My delivery arrived hot and very quickly. Good value for money and perfect battered chips!

Takes too long to make your order, especially when you have called in, but other than that, 10 out of 10

Usually enjoy the food from here everytime we order. Last time we went in store they hadn't given us complete order although they were adamant they had. This time we rang up for delivery at 8.30, asked for price and eta, was told price and said bout half hour, okay great..... an hour later, we rang up to chase the order to be told the driver is on the way and will be with us in 5 min. 20 min later, another phone call to chase up order, to be told that they are now closed and they never received any order from us. After explaining when and what we ordered, the lady said give me 2 minutes and i will call you back. 10 min later, we called again to them basically saying that we are not getting our order, and put the phone down!

30 mins tonight just for 2 bags of chips.. got them home and there black!! £8 wasted won't return, a shame as "used" to be our go to

Ordered battered chips and large fish . Not edible, had to throw it away. The chips were very greasy and the fish had a weird smell. Totally disappointed , never ordering from them again.

Great battered chips but portion size has dwindled drastically. We just had two mixed kebabs which were tasty but definitely short on kebab meat. Disappointed as we had seen a post saying the old manager was back in charge!

Food is definitely improving bit by bit, The previous owner is pack in the building and you can tell standards are right back where they should be. A large mixed kebab with chips consisting of lamb donner meat and chicken tikka with a can of pop set me back about £7.90 Foot was lovely I’d personally prefer the donner meat so be the slightest little bit more cooked but it’s no issue. But the orange chips are always out of this world !!! You can buy it all here, burgers, pieces of chicken, pizza and if you’re lucky the boss will even deep fry you a mars/snickers… ANYTHING for 50pence ❤️

Went in there to order food. Aafter ordering and what seemed an eternity workers were eating in the back. My order had to be cooked from fresh. So after nearly 10mins of waiting I was left a little impatient. As i thought that the priority would be to cook a fresh large fish quickly or get it ready to go. Then the worst part of the experiemce the gent who is doing the main frying started eating. Picked a chip out of the pile where they were cooked ate it didnt wash his hands. The proceeded to have a coughing fit over the fryers and also the chips that he just helped himself to. I asked for my money back. Staff seemed oblivious to why waiting nearly 10 mins for something that could have been cooked, that had not even started to be cooked was an issue as well as front of houses lack of cleanlyness made me wonder how they have a high hygine rating. I wont be going there again

Really enjoy the food here. During a busy period, I had recieved a cornish pasty instead of a cheese and onion. Rang and the lovely owner, got the whole meal sent out again fresh! Within 10mins. Thank you very much. 10/10 customer service.

DON'T USE THIS CHIP SHOP!! I can't give lower than 1 star or it would be a 0*. My daughter found what looks like a piece of a metal scourer in her Southern fried chicken. Luckily we always take the meat off the bone before eating it or I don't even want to think about what could have happened. Imagine if this was an elderly person with limited eyesight or a younger child! When my husband complained to the staff they called him "annoying" Very poor hygiene practices and awful staff attitudes. 100% WOULD NOT RECOMMEND!!

15th April 2022 food not bad, but gone up another £2 from last week, asked for mayo and they put mint sauce all over it. Not impressed, won't be going back again.

Ordered and the delivery. No order came. Phoned up over an hour ago and they said it was coming. Still no food or refund 😕

Heard a lot about this chip shop and I wasn't disappointed, beautiful crispy battered chips piping hot plenty of salt and vinegar £1/90 for a cone, very morish. Even though it's not local for us would definitely pay a visit again

Went in for food, when I got it back it was barely edible. Had about a quarter of my meal and ended up I’ll all night. Really gone downhill!

Just ordered food, half of it was missing and the food that did come was disgusting... About 10 chips in each meal, batter on the roe was vile.. Never again
