First time i’ve ever tried this chippy, i was so pleasantly surprised. Lovely customer service. Really recommend.

the girl with the eyebrow piercing had amazing customer service-she deserves a pay rise!! the food was brilliant and fast service, i will definitely be coming back.

Top fish and chips, best in the area.

All I wish share is, the chip butty helped a lot during the teenage years.

Gave in to come to this place after our regular one was shut, wont be giving it another chance again. I had scampi and chips (so I thought)scampi was cold and tasteless and extremely small and was it fish in it at all I ask myself the chips - cold, dry and it seemed to taste of old oil despite what you claim of it being new. Rest of the family had fish that was picked at or left as it was cold despite waiting 15/20 minutes for ‘freshly cooked fast food’ Most defo wont be going back there if my regular is closed again. 1 star is to high but I have to rateit

Been coming here for as long as I can remember however noticed that they have started to give less chips than they used to. Got a chip butty and it was a handful of chips. Annoying when the prices go up but reduction in quality

Food is incredible. You actually get a decent quality of food. Everything is made fresh to order and the staff are so lovely! Never disappointed. 10000/10 recommend these guys!

Just awful food!!! Chips and fish made in old oil, just taste disgusting. Chips was so oily, and dont take me wrong, i like everything fried. I THREW OUT everything out after just tasting it. WORST fish and chips in town. Service was bad also. Lady there not even interested to serve customers. Prices compare to othere places are too high. Medium chips only cost almost £3, made me laugh. Not going back again. Strange that i hear a few recommendation before, that made me try them at first and last.

Always great service here. Food is pretty amazing too. They do tasty gravy and their supper boxes are worth the money. The cod is so fresh and has perfect flakes when eating. This is my go to fit fish and chips in Peterborough.

Both myself and my partner was sick and had dieorea from eating food from this chipshop. It's not the first time either a work colleague also had the same symptoms. We will never ever eat from this chip shop again. I have spoken to my family members and friends not to eat from here. Was reported to my gp

I tried this chippy from recommendations. Staff were friendly. Food left a lot to be desired though. Definitely not award winning.

Food was amazing. Lovely service. Definitely recommend. I used to go to fryz but the chips here are far better. So far i’ve tried the pies, cod and sausages and all 10/10.

Was once upon a time the best in Peterborough now its sadly a shadow of its former self. Portions are down, food quality is down.. wasn't the worst, but sadly I'm comparing it to its past and vs the price I paid. Better off with a rumbles or Fletton fish and chips

Wasn’t the best chippy I have been to. The chips we had tonight wasn’t fresh at all, in fact no taste what so ever. Things do need to improve here to get your customer satisfaction up to speed! Can’t fault the staff though really polite, just the food needs looking into.

Used to be one the best chippys in Peterborough gone down hill big time the large chips are more like a small chip compared to other chippys excepted better

Lovely fresh hot food. Prompt service and brought to the car as waiting outside as the buzzer system didn't work. Very helpful staff and use this chip shop regularly.

Food not bad could be hotter considering I had to wait 15mins for it. Very difficult to work out how much things cost, they have a menu board but no prices, it has been like this for weeks now. I would of thought that was illegal and also allows them to charge different prices depending on how busy they are.

Lonely food. Great service. Polite, lovely and welcoming staff. They really put there costumes first. Size of the food are nice and big, definitely worth the money. Very hot. Great for special occasions or just a evening meal. Wish I got pictures to show but it looks so nice I forgot to take one.

Tonight’s order was are first night and I could not find a fault with it Tonight they seemed very busy and we phoned up to add something as we had forgot to ask for it the woman that answered the phone was very polite and very professional I was very impressed on how well they followed are order instructions I was that impressed with this order that I phoned them to tell them how amazing there food was and how impressed I was Thx for the amazing service definitely coming back!!

When visiting family in the ‘boro we often grab our fish and chips from here. Always tasty, well cooked and about as spot on as you can get.

We are regular customers. All cooked fresh. Telephone the order through then go to collect. Very good quality fish with lovely batter. My son loves the cheesy chips.

Bought 3 pieces of fish and 2 portions of chips on the 17th of July really tasty good value and excellent service first time I've been since lockdiwn but wasn't disappointed would recommend this chippy best in the area

Wow can’t believe I only found this place, smell was fabulous from outside as queue was distancing and it’s quite popular, fish was big and fleshy and batter not too crispy just perfect, chips chunky and cooked well, curry sauce was bang on, added salt and vinegar and boxed with tartare sauce sachets. Can’t wait to return, one fish was big enough for two kids.

Well you have to give a star to rate. What happened to this shop. Used to be top class. Ordered this morning for delivery for tonight 45 mins late absolutely cold batter andwas so thick we had to look for fish. chips ugh stone cold they hadn't wrapped sauces curry sauce all over bag. I can understand being 1 0 - 15 mins late things happen but crikey this was really bad service and food.

Nice fish and chips. From my latest meal, the batter was thick and crispy and the fish fillet was a good size. The chips were nice too, fluffy and golden.

Large chips have turned into a small chips, not happy!

Yummy fish & chips but spoilt by the cardboard boxes...much prefer the polystyrene trays...keeps the food hot & nice crispy batter unlike the cardboard!

Worthwhile probably one of the better ones in the local area.

So lucky to have this locally. Most of my family friends drive from other areas for this one.

Have not eaten here for 2 years would i eat here again the answer no did not enjoy my food tasted of dirty oil and curry sauce looked and tasted like oxtail soup so no i won't be eating here again sorry if all your customer's enjoy ur food

If carlsberg did fish and chip shops this would be the one .The food is banging and the staff are really friendly.

To say they are award winning...well if they could make the place smell better and not smelling of over cooked oil. Then I might give them another star. Until then I will go to a better place.
