Worst experience yet ordered food did insulin for the meal, order incorrect told correct order would be sent out, half hour goes by blood sugars plummet to near unreadable, ring to check on order only to be fobbed off with they never said they would

This had never been delivered. I have even called. They said it has been picked up but no food arrived.

Amazing food, amazing and kind staff. In fact it’s so good that it’s always crowded in the shop no matter what time you go, which is a negative as you possible won’t find seats

Terrible terrible experience, I was fasting and I choose pickup time 6’oclock. And there is no good until 6:30 then I went by myself to shop and asked them about my order and they said you’re is not picked yet by just eat. Then I pick food by myself. What’s the point of your services if can’t get our food on time especially when we pay more money for the food. Now I need compensation.

The delivery driver didn't even knock, sat outside 5mins in car and expected me to walk across the road to his car to grab the food I opened the door to see if it's him and when I closed he, he drove off claiming it "delivered"

I ordered 2 different burger type and the other one has chips but I received 2 same type and theres no chips on it.

Again after many orders they don’t get my drink right even after I left a note! Sadly as the food is good will be the last time I will order from chicken palace as I don’t think they care much about their clients, my opinion it’s just the money! We shall not meet again!

Food was just caked in grease. The bag for the chips disintegrated it was so greasy. Food was hot but wasn't crispy because of how soggy it all was. Won't get from here again

Chicken palace Peterborough has to be BY FAR the BEST chicken shop around. I’ve been coming here for well over a decade and my gosh do they know how to make chicken. They beat KFC by a long shot! For the second time I ordered a can of passion fruit and been delivered with a can of mango juice! Food is delicious nothing to say to that but it’s becoming annoying….

They forgot one of my sauces but still charged me for it and gave me these two extra sauces that I didn't need

Racist staff, i ordered and they were laughing and havent gave change back, I needed to come 3 times to the counter just to get my food back, and they took 40 minutes when they serviced others. And gave me a very small box compared to other portions they gave.

Food is consistently good.. service is always there .. the staff even like to have a bit of a joke and banter with you The atmosphere could be a bit more lively just seems dull and gloomy even tho it's nice and bright in the building

Just standard fried chicken shop fare; not as good as some. The staff are pretty unpleasant though. While I was standing there about to give my order, the server turns away to finish his conversation with his colleague. Because they don't take card payments, I had to pay with cash. The server then tried to palm off a one euro coin in my change. When I pointed this out to him, he didn't even apologise but seemed more annoyed that he had been found out. And then to top it all off, after having to ask for a bag because I was taking the food away, they gave me a bag with only one handle. A triple whammy of terribleness. 'Chicken Palace'? It's more like a 'Chicken Run-Down-Slum-With-Mould-On-The-Walls-And-Leaky-Plumbing'.

Best place in town for cheap food that tastes reasonably good. Their fries are probably the best I've personally tasted . The older guy behind the counter gives every customer the best service I've experienced in any food establishment ever.

Take the time or at least decency to read what your customer has written instead of just working like a mindless idiot

Missed sauces that we paid for, a whole hot and spicy wing meal and the drinks were wrong. Called chicken palace and they told us to come and collect the items?! We ordered for delivery because we were drinking. They eventually agreed to send the items, we waited 45 minutes called again, to check where it is and they didn’t send it and they literally said ‘don’t call me again’ and hung up?! Shocking!!

The food was absolutely disgusting ever so disappointed in chicken palace for sending out uncooked pink chicken burgers. Absolutely disgusted.

I ordered my food information on app just eat said your delivery estimated at 19:20, 10 min later when you tried to track your food information on app (in red) said we lost contact with driver soon your food will be with you. 30 min later I call to C P to know about my order they said driver just pick the food will be with me soon. In meantime, on app information was 30 min ago is driver has picked the food was on its way by they lost contact with the same. 40 min later ( 1 and half an hour after place my order) I called for 2nd time to C palace to know about when driver is coming, they don't know either. I lost £29. No food, no feedback from the C Palace no answer from the just eat platform.

Great choices of delicious chicken and some lamb for kebab if you really want more. Good offers for single and/or family meals. Chips are good but not great. Any menu has included a fizzy drink.
