Food nice as always but delivery can even found the words . Driver extremely rude, don’t know how to open a door need to run downstairs to open mine gate with little baby.

Ordered for delivery, was 3 or 4 boxes of food missing and the items we did get were not great, ordered few boxes of veg noodles but all boxes were just noodles alone with no veg . Also when you dont receive what you ordered and paid for it's tough apparently. Will not be placing an order from them again.

I had the pleasure of visiting Chopstix yesterday with my family and Viorica was incredibly helpful in guiding me towards making the right choice for my meal. I was undecided and she was patient in understanding my preferences and recommending a dish that was just what I wanted. Her customer service skills were excellent, and all other staff made us feel welcome. I will definitely be returning to Chopstix in the future. Thank you 🙂

It's the first time trying this place and I was quite disappointed especially after seeing high reviews. Although food portion is generous, the majority of the items was bland which made it quite unpleasant to eat - however the salt and pepper cauliflower bites were absolutely delicious!

as was late and only 10mins away the food was cold so had to reheat in the microwave not good should have done collection..very disappointing

Initially I received the delivery date was meant to be at 17:47, then changed to 17:58. I received it at 18:23. I don’t know the reasons for the delay but the driver apologised. He was sorry for the delay. I would hope no more delays next time.

Lovely staff, polite friendly and welcoming.

The food is getting way too expensive. Their "medium box" is small, their "small" box is bite size. The foods gone downhill a bit. Its not hot enough. Noodles have less flavour and the meat batter is a funny soft/moist texture. Service was nice but I felt kind of rushed. And I took takeout which was packed for me so I expected a napkin and fork but they didnt give me any. I still enjoy it when I crave trashy food but I honestly go like once a year now.

Came in for a little bite and ended up enjoying ourselves more than we anticipated. The staff are lovely, both Claudia and Violeta served us pleasantly though everyone here is so nice and helpful. I love the positive attitude the workers bring

I visited Chopstix Peterborough last Wednesday evening with my girlfriend, and we had a great experience. I had a large plate of noodles with chicken toppings, and the quantity was generous, which was great! The noodles were incredibly tasty and absolutely delicious. A special mention goes to the fantastic customer service from Claudia, Deepthi, and Maria. They were very welcoming and helpful, especially since it was our first time at the shop. They recommended some of the best items on the menu. Overall, it was a wonderful experience, and we'll definitely be coming back again! Highly recommend!!
