The staff can work somewhere else but not with people

I am writing this review because I had really bad experiences twice i do delevery uber driver. Few days ago I was their to pick up order they said somebody took your order and force me to cancel from my app just talk like do what ever you can. Front people they don't have respect if you are delevery driver. Today also again i had one delevery and then go pick up they were talking about me because i understand their language. making joke and not have sense to respect people I was there waiting more then 12 min they were not bg when I ask says we are working have to wait treat like they are my boss and I am there slave. After I cancelled order and back again empty . Just I would like to say shame on you guys. Your allha is watching

Our first time ordering from Pepe's and it won't be the last. The food was amazing ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ tasted so fresh and was hot on delivery! Service ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ The staff who woule have prepped our order and the staff who delivered it were fantastic! Atmosphere ⭐️ I put purely due to the fact we had a delivery. Thanks so much!

I recently dined at Pepe’s Piri Piri and was thoroughly impressed with both the food and service. Doesnt even deserve one star. Waited 30 min while it was dead inside. For a rice box with barely any meat inside and tasting freezing cold. You are better off going to Chicken Valley better value for your money and cheaper quicker and friendlier service. Will not be wasting my money here

Absolute garbage. They accepted our order and then right when it was supposed to be delivered, they cancelled it. No reason given. Abysmal service and a total waste of time. Don’t bother.

I ordered the whole chicken it was not very good. Chicken was very dry and tough. The flavour was there but the chicken how it was all the mail tried to contact the store and all I got was someone claiming they did not understand English not good

Pepe's Peterborough were great when they first opened, matching the standards of other Pepe's around the country but unfortunately the quality has severely dropped off. The past several times that me and my family have eaten from here the chicken has been very dry. Also, the meals are not cheap for so we have vowed not to eat from here again. Such a shame as I love Pepe's in other cities. I hope that they do better

Ordered a food for takeaway, did not at anytime rush the person taking the order and guess what got it wrong of course. Missed 4 fries from the order, messed up the flavours of 2 orders and surprise surprise when you call to report the issue, line is distorted and they hang up.

Went to eat food today prices ls wa different from the menu..then I order takeway aswell and see the chef in the kitchen taking the food out from the frayer with hand without gloves or anything then he straightaway put the chicken burger on the table no paper nothing...chef need to go to the hygine course..

Food is good, not outstanding, customer service is third class, They have big sitting place in restaurant but their staff is like they join like first day at work like a trainee. I just went their because somtimes they serve good food, but last few vists I feel that they defrosted the boild chickens and try to Cooke it through grill. It's a biggest shoke for me, I thought they cook fresh but honestly not. They freeze boild chicken and then make it hot on grill when order comes. The best thing of this peri peri which we people like is there souces, thats make them brand just put some souces and change the taste, this is what they do, I think this is great gimics which they play with people to come again, but honestly thay are not serving anything fresh. Last thing to all who order online, get your ice cubes ready, you won't get get cold drinks.

Hi,I didn't get my oreder but the website is shows up its delivered!

I paid £6 for this chicken burito. The menu stated black beans, but I got mostly rice and 0 black beans because they are expensive. I've had a few bad experiences here, sorry but will not be coming back... EDIT: I did visit the staff but they gave me a replacement which was just as bad. If the menu says black beans before rice, how is it possible that you give 1 black bean. THIS IS NOT THE FIRST TIME. TERRIBLE EXPERIENCE

Waited 30 minute to get one burger and when received it was not hot. No kidney beans inside, just full of sauce which is cheap when they ask them complain them they wasn't happy very very rude I will never go there again

They did not pack 5 boxes of chicken and rice when i had ordered 5 they gave me 4 and the customer service was appauling they really disappointed me this time and hasn’t happened once its a happened a couple of times when i tang they refused to give me the box i had photo evidence to show them but they didnt want to listen eventually they listened and told me to come pick it up disgusted by their atttitude wont be ordering again from this franchise again. They kept arguing with me.

Absolutely awful customer service I am a delivery driver with Uber eats Came to pick up order from pepes After being accused of not delivering a previous order and they thought I kept the food But for some reason the staff said it was me that took the order Was speaking to a young Pakistani women who claimed she is the manger and she still believed that I took the order even though the was no proof I asked for cctv of showing me taking the order And as to my surprise she could not provide me the proof saying she does not have time for me And that I will be reported Very unprofessional will not be going back there to pick up any orders or even eat from that place Stay away from these thugs They a new in town and don’t know what they are doing they will not be here for long If they keep up this behaviour and I will make sure of this 03/08/24

i am regular customer of this restaurant, it always exudes a warm and inviting ambiance, with soft lighting and relaxing atmosphere. The staff is exceptionally attentive , friendly, and hard worker specially Muhammad Naeem. i always find very tasty and delicious food here.

the chicken was white .! seemed like it wasn’t grilled enough. sauces were runny like water. The sauce for f flavouring chicken was so little one can only taste spicy . The peri peri sauce was not on the scene .!

This is always good food very flavoursome and hot. I would recommend as the best priori chicken to order for a good set price. The delivery driver was fast and very pleasant and jolly at the door.
