I ordered the food through just eat the packing was good coming to the taste I ordered chicken loaded fries and chicken wrap in chicken loaded fries the quantity was good and there is enough amount of chicken and the wrap was ok ok...

This was an enlightening experience and it was so good my soul felt like it had reached its full potential. For a few moments God and i had a fist bump. I also started crying openly because of how good the food was. I felt like i could achieve anything in those glorious moments of eating my food. Overall this was an amazing experience and always remember that the world is your oyster.

Wont even pick up the phone. Keep changing the delivery time, well over an hour and still nothing.

Staff is well trained and professional. Food is great .

The delivery delivery driver asked for my code ans gave the food to someone else,I didn't receive the order and I would like a refund please

my order was not delivered at all. the driver probably delivered to a wrong adress because on the app it said delivered and I did not receive the order and my money was taken. I called the store and they was no help at all so I basically wasted money and didn't get the food. they make this security codes to show to the driver but they OBVIOUSLY don't use them because or else this kind of things would have not happened.... will not be ordering from them ever again..

The restaurant never do nothing on time already saw it in person if you make order online even worse they just stand there talking

Great tasting food at a reasonable price. Restaurant is clean and big and service is quick and staff are friendly. And all the food is Halal. Would highly recommend trying their delicious and juicy peri peri chicken.

I love Pepe's. Their chicken'n'rice is amazing. However, the place is Pboro is sometimes a bit dirty. They could be more careful with cleaning. Anyway the food is really good and I can only recommand it.

Absolutely a pepes you should avoid, dirty enviroment, rude staff, cant even correct order that they cleared messed up, ordered extra hot that had visably lemon and herb on it, poor portion fries and low quality rice, avoid this pepes

I've ordered this twice recently using Uber eats. The first time my order was completely wrong, I must have got someone else's order and it wasn't what I wanted. Today I ordered it again using Uber eats. One of the items was missing and the fries were stale. I contacted Uber eats but they didn't want to know at all. It's very disappointing. It wasn't a big order so I don't know how they got it wrong. Not giving me everything I've paid and then not offering any help is really poor service. I'm sure if I ate in there it would be fine.

After waiting nearly 3 hours, the chips and all the side were cold as expected after waiting that long. I tried phoning the restaurant and the person that answered couldn't understand basic English and couldn' help me with how long my order would be.

it was horrible, portion size soo small and didn't even add sauce, chicken wasn't cooked properly and barely any salad in it with one slice of tomato. definitely not worth the money.

Too late, pathetic and unprofessional. The delivery time kept changing and went from 15-30 min to over 1 hour.

They ignored the notes which we put for the order. Both kids meal burger was so dry without any sauce. We requested for the two garlic dips but they didnt provide any. Could not make any photo.

The food is always great from Pepe's Piri Piri. After noticing I made a mistake and didn't put the correct delivery address, I made a phone call to the restaurant to ask for help instead of cancelling the whole order and reorder again, they said they would pass it onto the delivery driver. After a few minutes the driver rings me and I explained the situation, and he was understanding and able to accommodate, very please with this service both the restaurant and delivery driver ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

Chicken wasn’t good and gave me the wrong order

The service was extremely slow—I waited 40 minutes for chicken rice, even though the restaurant wasn’t busy. The staff were just standing around, chatting in their own language. The portion of rice was reduced to half of what it used to be, and the prices for all items have increased. As for the atmosphere, it was freezing cold, and they didn’t even bother to turn on the heater—clearly trying to save money! The restaurant was dirty, with trays left scattered on the tables. I’m not coming back. Terrible service and atmosphere.

I am writing this review because I had really bad experiences twice i do delevery uber driver. Few days ago I was their to pick up order they said somebody took your order and force me to cancel from my app just talk like do what ever you can. Front people they don't have respect if you are delevery driver. Today also again i had one delevery and then go pick up they were talking about me because i understand their language. making joke and not have sense to respect people I was there waiting more then 12 min they were not bg when I ask says we are working have to wait treat like they are my boss and I am there slave. After I cancelled order and back again empty . Just I would like to say shame on you guys. Your allha is watching

Our first time ordering from Pepe's and it won't be the last. The food was amazing ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ tasted so fresh and was hot on delivery! Service ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ The staff who woule have prepped our order and the staff who delivered it were fantastic! Atmosphere ⭐️ I put purely due to the fact we had a delivery. Thanks so much!

terrible customer service from the delivery driver. very nonchalant and dismissive demanding the code without any form of politeness at all. second time dealing with this rude delivery driver and he was even late giving me all that attitude. if he doesn’t like his job i’d advise for him to look on indeed for a change in career

Doesnt even deserve one star. Waited 30 min while it was dead inside. For a rice box with barely any meat inside and tasting freezing cold. You are better off going to Chicken Valley better value for your money and cheaper quicker and friendlier service. Will not be wasting my money here

I ordered the whole chicken it was not very good. Chicken was very dry and tough. The flavour was there but the chicken how it was all the mail tried to contact the store and all I got was someone claiming they did not understand English not good

Pepe's Peterborough were great when they first opened, matching the standards of other Pepe's around the country but unfortunately the quality has severely dropped off. The past several times that me and my family have eaten from here the chicken has been very dry. Also, the meals are not cheap for so we have vowed not to eat from here again. Such a shame as I love Pepe's in other cities. I hope that they do better

I ordered plain but the food was spicy. why give u the option to choose if you just gonna put spice on it anyway.

If you’re gonna eat from this place think again if your food is hygiene free. They reuse and recook things that fall on the floor cook it and serve it to paying customer
