Food missing was told it would be sent out with the next delivery but was never received and still took the money. Not the first time we’ve had food missing so really disappointed. Won’t be returning.

ordered collection online, the money went out of the bank, cane to collect and the order slip said the order was unpaid, we showed that it was paided, they didnt give us our food eventually they did

I would highly recommend this place to anyone local! The staff are very friendly and they even offer a student discount, I forgot to mention the fact I am a student and they gave me a free can as appreciation for buying food.

Went to this tonight asked for 2 lots chips 2 lots of curry sauce wedges chicken sausage and donner meat got home half my order missing and cold never go again or order again

Bought chicken and spicy potatoes and it was absolutely delicious, prepared with care and always polite...

we ordered a meal here this week and when it was delivered the chip were missing. we sent the food back as we didn't want to cold food while waiting for the chips . When they redelivered the order had been completely cooked again and was really fresh and we got a free bottle of Pepsi Thank you Neptunes we will be back.

Wedges need a bit longer to cook chips r awful everything else is great .staff ok service is good.

As of now, we have just moved to Norwich from out of town with my wife and child. We found the place by chance. The staff is very attentive and even the gentleman helped us with all the food, we liked the cook, I definitely recommend you come and bring him, when you come to Norwich, you don't need to go anywhere else, there is every kind of food and we ordered fried fish, chicken kebab and pizza and the portions of the food were very good and filling. We had dinner as a family of 6 and it only cost 45 pounds, incredibly reasonable prices. They gave me a big bottle of cola as a gift for your order and also gave my children lollipops and a box of donalds, he is a gentleman who understands the spirit of children. I thank the cook for his services. We were very pleased.

Normally good food, Standards slipped today. Atmosphere was not great as they looked bored and no one was talking, service was pick up from a phone order and when I arrived I put the order in with little acknowledgement for the order. I will order again in hope the standards pick up

Waited 2hrs for food! On 2 occasions this week and got here cold beyond the joke had to rehated them in microwave going somewhere else next time they've gone hill very bad!!!!!!

The food was great however I found the onion rings batter a very weird and not very nice taste the chips and doner meat was lovely however onion rings which are my favourite didn’t live up to the standards Suffered a massive belly ache and feeling sick so I wouldn’t recommend this place has gone down hill

All the reviews are fake, they are complete lier's, I placed a order at 4 pm for delivery at 6 pm, called them at 6.15 to be told it would be few minutes then called again at 6.30 and told sorry we have ad diver sick so cannot deliver, AVOID they lie to there customers

Neptune is the best. I drive past 4 other good takeaways just to get to Neptune. They are always friendly and consistently serve good food night after night after night. Prices are reasonable and their deals are good. The wedges are the best thing in the world it's crazy! I have 2 kids and they are so good with them, which is rare for a takeaway, but they are lovely to my kids! Also if you can visit in person, always order through their website, I think it's cheaper or something, but the delivery is fastest!

Had fish and chips delivered had to send back could not put a fork in it burnt dry awful phone to complain was told it was ok after 5 minutes if explaining it was inedible he agreed to seed out 2 more lots waited over a hour for them to arrive will not be eat there again

We ordered Pizzas for my daughter's birthday that we celebrated in a park and they delivered there, al guests were asking where the pizzas where from. Totally recommend this place. Good price.

Normally order for delivery which is great but on the few occasions I have been in to order and take away I have always had to wait ages, even when I can see all the food sitting there waiting. They always seem to get delivery orders sorted first, even though there are always lots of staff. Surely one person could serve the people that come in to take away.
