Mr Pizza in Norwich

DO NOT ORDER FROM HERE!! Ordered two hours ago and never arrived, called the restaurant many times and no one would pick up, left three voicemails, stole my money

I had to wait 2 hours for delivery. The food arrived it was stone cold. The pizza tasted awful.

The most disgusting order I have ever received, with hair in one of the pizzas! No answer when calling restaurant. After an hour of waiting, all food went in the bin. What a waste of £37.

Tried for weeks but they never answer the phone. I used to order from them all the time. Its a shame because they were always very good. Good luck ordering.

Good service, slightly confusing ordering menu that often changes (deals that come with a drink but no option to choose what kind, ice cream that’s not available, or recent removal of 1.5L bottle drinks despite these being available as part of deals. But good quality food and on time, so I’m left happy.

Arrived almost exactly when we were expecting them to, and both pizzas were definitely hot when they arrived (steam still coming out of the couriers bag when he opened it), but they both had hardly any BBQ sauce on the base. That was the only disappointing thing about the order.

The kebab was under cooked and very pink and the fried potatoes were coated in a seasoning which was not mentioned. The chicken was hard, cream cheese was good and the chips were really nice, overall won’t return though.

Good quality pizza for it's price, food arrived SUPER freshly cooked (steam came out of the drivers bag!) and driver was great!

Top quality Pizza with excellent customer service. They offered the same deal on their website over the phone and prepared the food on time. No complaints at all!

The pizza wasn’t nice at all, there’s barely any meat or chicken on it. And it’s quite greasy.

Never had an issue with this place and that's why I order my pizzas from here. Perfect.

the meat was really tough and chewy the only thing I enjoyed there was plenty of sauce I shall stick to your pizzas

Although the delivery was on time the driver scammed himself a tip by “not having any money” and to top it off the ice cream I ordered was not the one I got

The rudest customer service I’ve ever experienced. The guy who works there gave me wrong order then they don’t pick up the call . After maybe 20 times of calling finally he answered and started shouting at me and blaming me for taking it from him . He’s not even sorry that he gave me wrong order. Then he said he’ll be back again with the right order and take the wrong one. Guess what he did . He took the wrong one and I asked him where’s my pizza he said he cancelled it. Then I asked for my refund but he just left . So basically I just wasted my £19 . I found it very disrespectful and disgusting. I recommend people not to order from there.

not the experience we normally have. not only was the food late by round 20mins, the driver actually asked me to give him a tip! and to add the cherry on top the food wasn't even that great. it was nearly cold!

Fast delivery, very nice pizzas!

Food was ok every thing was greasy, the deep fried potatoes they tasted like they were cooked in old oil and lacking flavour was unable to eat

Order a pizza Get the wrong food a different pizza and in the wrong size Ring you and no resolution you say you'll ring back and don't. I re ring and get hung up on. Never ordering here again. This is not even the first time my orders been wrong.

Mr Pizza!!! What a fun name for a funny and strange place. I thought the staff were unfriendly at first but they were actually just direct and to the point, I presume that a lot of sensitive English people can get offended by this which is annoying when reading some of the other reviews here. The food is great and up to standard and when I am in the area I am a regular!

1 hour delivery time for 2 portions of cheesey chips, to arrive cold and they were not very nice to be honest. Usually fast and nice food. But disappointed for just a Wednesday evening

Best pizza! Better than papa Johns and dominos

Order from here quite a lot the burger was lovely as usual , unfortunately the chips and cheese were bad , the chips were over cooked and barely any potato in the them , which is unusual for here as they’re normally freshly cooked so not sure what happened this time .

Pizza was amazing as always, unfortunately there was a fly baked on to a chip in one of the packs of chips. Don’t like to complain as we use you guys a lot and you do one of the better takeaway pizzas.

Wrong order and don't answer the phone tried for an hour!

We only ordered cheesy chips and curly fries. But we're nice and crisp. No soggy chips! We chose the restaurant as the minimum order was low but we were really pleased with the food too.

It was on time , but the pizza was not tasty, very few toppings & not enough cheese, it was supposed to be a vegetarian hot one & neither of us found a jalapeño, disappointing for the money .

The most disgusting pizza equaled with the worst and rudest service. The pizza they delivered was rancid, I would not even feed this to rats! So disappointed with this establishment, the man on the phone who worked there was so rude and unprofessional. I had one slice of the pizza and it made me feel sick. I can not believe how low the quality of the pizza was, it was simply disgusting. Would never order from here again and would recommend for anyone not to order from here as the pizza is revolting along with appalling customer service. Absolute horrific experience, should be 0 stars.

Deep-pan definitely a better option than thin-crust. Disappointed by the almost invisible toppings on the vegetarian and lack of tuna on the tuna/sweetcorn (both thin-crust.) £1.50 extra for three bits of anchovy too. Very underwhelming when compared to the Bbq Meat feast (deep-pan)

I alway order this time I was over charged and my pizza was cold I tried calling but no answer tried to sort it by the app but for some reason I couldn't I am extremely disappointed

Delivered 30 mins earlier than expected, piping hot and very tasty. Definitely order from Mr Pizza again.

Good food, never lets me down except today. Unfortunately for once I was disapointed that they forget 1 of my items (chips) and never picked up the phone when I tried to call (twice) :(

Recently ordered a chicken shish wrap, chicken wings and Moz sticks. All of it was hot, fresh and delivered on time. The chicken shish was juicy, plentiful and has a really tasty marinade. With just the right amount of salad. Will happily order from Mr pizza for as long as the food/delivery stays this way.

Was very impressed. The pizza arrived hot and crispy! And was prepared well. Enjoyed every bite and was very filling. The delivery guy was also very friendly and notified me when they were close by. Will definitely be ordering here again.

The food was great, however the wrong food, I ordered the bbq meat pizza, and I got bbq chicken sweetcorn and mushroom. Still tastes amazing though, just hoping it’s the right food next time.

Chips were perfect, but this one time the lasagne was cold in the middle and a little runny on the bottom layer. Note I've had this same meal before and it was fine, so it could have been just one of those days for all. Still gonna use them, their food is nice.

Foods just terrible, overloaded with sauces in the burgers, one chicken burger was basically raw and the food was really not nice. This is definitely down there as the WORST takeaway I've had. Would give it 0 if I could

These guys are just idiots. They accept Deliveroo orders with no intention of delivering. Avoid, avoid, avoid.

No issues at all. Very nice food like before. I had a dementia moment but the delivery driver was very pleasant and reminded me of my order. Blame it on no sleep, I forgot what I'd even ordered. Must be an age thing.

Delivery time was on time, but that was all I can say was good about this place. They gave us the wrong food, which wasn’t even warm when we received it. It took 3 times to ring them for them to answer and when they eventually did, they were incredibly rude. They didn’t want to help me resolve the missing food, trying to argue with me saying it wasn’t their fault and they were closed so there was nothing they could do and that they could give us free food tomorrow (even though I said we wouldn’t be here several times). Then! Whoever was on the phone had hung up on me after all this. I tried to ring again, they answered, and it sounded like they had something over the phone and was rustling it before hanging up on me once again. Will never be ordering from this place again, was absolutely awful!!!!

Food was lovely the donner wrap was so big I had to hold it in both hands and the wedges were spot on my only problem I had was only getting around 4 or 5 wedges when they taste so good it seems like such a small portion cause they're gone in seconds!

Apalling food. I ordered a half pound cheese burger with salad and burger sauce and 6 hot chicken wings. I got delivered a plain quater pound burger with no cheese, no salad but a smear of ketchup and a box of cold chips with some awful looking chicken nuggets mixed in. Not one element of the delivery matched the order and what was sent was beyond disgusting. I have taken pictures requested a refund and would never order again.

The chicken shish meat was juicy and marinaded. The salad was fresh. All fried items have been crispy and hot on arrival. First time using Mr pizza and years, good experience. Bit more expensive online than the shop due to increasing costs but understandable.

Ordered Place 4:50PM-5:00pm, expected to be delivered at 5:50pm, they called us 5:56pm to inform us there's no veggie lasagna? like I PLACED MY ORDER like an hour ago,and was expecting to arrive at 5:50pm, and you're just calling to inform us there's no veggie lasagna? wasted an hour waiting for the food,and turns out you're just placing our orders and hasn't prepared it yet after 50mins? why didn't you called once we've placed it? so we need to wait for another hour for you to prepare it? and half an hour for the delivery? isnt that nice?? so ordering it at 5pm and it'll arrive at 8pm...great!!!
