Mr Pizza in Norwich

Delivered wrong order. Then had to wait over an hour to get replacement. still didn't all arrive. Food was also cold.

Cheeky kebab to tide my cravings, little did i know i was in for a shock, woke up with sweats and ringing in my ear, thought Hiroshima was a one time event, plumbers coming Monday. uh oh.

I had great food at Mr Pizza. The staff are always warm and friendly and I fully recommend this takeaway.

DO NOT USE THE WEBSITE TO ORDER FROM! Paypal will take your money but the order will not go through as the site is broken. The owner told me this when I called to find out where my food was. He told me to use JUST EAT or UBER. This site should be delisted or listed as "UNDER MAINTENANCE". Hope this helps. Otherwise the food is top notch, the 1 star is for the website and not the food.

Rat droppings instead of pepperoni, found three hairs which belong down below, and just rude overall, driver was cute though

Me and my partner ordered from here. A pizza and a chicken burger. The pizza is pizza but the chicken burger was awful, the chicken stunk and dry I’m hoping I dont get ill from here what a waste of food.

Ordered curly fries and wedges - both arrived hot and crisp. I spoke to a member of staff about my order and they were really friendly and helpful.

Food was so over cooked it was like rubber and couldn’t not be eaten, food thrown away.

The food and delivery was good just wish that I could of got a burger with onions and lettuce in it

This place was once published online news that had a bad hygiene rating of 1 star, thought like to give it a go, in the end I regretted it, most disgusting pizza and kebab ever in my whole life. This shop should be non existent, the state of the place was once residential by the looks of it, a corner house. Can see theres lots of bad reviews on herr, with good Hygiene won't make any difference. Horrible place 😆

DO NOT ORDER FROM HERE!! Ordered two hours ago and never arrived, called the restaurant many times and no one would pick up, left three voicemails, stole my money

I had to wait 2 hours for delivery. The food arrived it was stone cold. The pizza tasted awful.

The most disgusting order I have ever received, with hair in one of the pizzas! No answer when calling restaurant. After an hour of waiting, all food went in the bin. What a waste of £37.

Tried for weeks but they never answer the phone. I used to order from them all the time. Its a shame because they were always very good. Good luck ordering.

Good service, slightly confusing ordering menu that often changes (deals that come with a drink but no option to choose what kind, ice cream that’s not available, or recent removal of 1.5L bottle drinks despite these being available as part of deals. But good quality food and on time, so I’m left happy.

Arrived almost exactly when we were expecting them to, and both pizzas were definitely hot when they arrived (steam still coming out of the couriers bag when he opened it), but they both had hardly any BBQ sauce on the base. That was the only disappointing thing about the order.

The kebab was under cooked and very pink and the fried potatoes were coated in a seasoning which was not mentioned. The chicken was hard, cream cheese was good and the chips were really nice, overall won’t return though.

Good quality pizza for it's price, food arrived SUPER freshly cooked (steam came out of the drivers bag!) and driver was great!

Top quality Pizza with excellent customer service. They offered the same deal on their website over the phone and prepared the food on time. No complaints at all!

The rudest customer service I’ve ever experienced. The guy who works there gave me wrong order then they don’t pick up the call . After maybe 20 times of calling finally he answered and started shouting at me and blaming me for taking it from him . He’s not even sorry that he gave me wrong order. Then he said he’ll be back again with the right order and take the wrong one. Guess what he did . He took the wrong one and I asked him where’s my pizza he said he cancelled it. Then I asked for my refund but he just left . So basically I just wasted my £19 . I found it very disrespectful and disgusting. I recommend people not to order from there.

not the experience we normally have. not only was the food late by round 20mins, the driver actually asked me to give him a tip! and to add the cherry on top the food wasn't even that great. it was nearly cold!

Fast delivery, very nice pizzas!

Food was ok every thing was greasy, the deep fried potatoes they tasted like they were cooked in old oil and lacking flavour was unable to eat

Order a pizza Get the wrong food a different pizza and in the wrong size Ring you and no resolution you say you'll ring back and don't. I re ring and get hung up on. Never ordering here again. This is not even the first time my orders been wrong.

Mr Pizza!!! What a fun name for a funny and strange place. I thought the staff were unfriendly at first but they were actually just direct and to the point, I presume that a lot of sensitive English people can get offended by this which is annoying when reading some of the other reviews here. The food is great and up to standard and when I am in the area I am a regular!

1 hour delivery time for 2 portions of cheesey chips, to arrive cold and they were not very nice to be honest. Usually fast and nice food. But disappointed for just a Wednesday evening

Order from here quite a lot the burger was lovely as usual , unfortunately the chips and cheese were bad , the chips were over cooked and barely any potato in the them , which is unusual for here as they’re normally freshly cooked so not sure what happened this time .

Pizza was amazing as always, unfortunately there was a fly baked on to a chip in one of the packs of chips. Don’t like to complain as we use you guys a lot and you do one of the better takeaway pizzas.

Wrong order and don't answer the phone tried for an hour!

We only ordered cheesy chips and curly fries. But we're nice and crisp. No soggy chips! We chose the restaurant as the minimum order was low but we were really pleased with the food too.

It was on time , but the pizza was not tasty, very few toppings & not enough cheese, it was supposed to be a vegetarian hot one & neither of us found a jalapeño, disappointing for the money .

The most disgusting pizza equaled with the worst and rudest service. The pizza they delivered was rancid, I would not even feed this to rats! So disappointed with this establishment, the man on the phone who worked there was so rude and unprofessional. I had one slice of the pizza and it made me feel sick. I can not believe how low the quality of the pizza was, it was simply disgusting. Would never order from here again and would recommend for anyone not to order from here as the pizza is revolting along with appalling customer service. Absolute horrific experience, should be 0 stars.

Deep-pan definitely a better option than thin-crust. Disappointed by the almost invisible toppings on the vegetarian and lack of tuna on the tuna/sweetcorn (both thin-crust.) £1.50 extra for three bits of anchovy too. Very underwhelming when compared to the Bbq Meat feast (deep-pan)

I alway order this time I was over charged and my pizza was cold I tried calling but no answer tried to sort it by the app but for some reason I couldn't I am extremely disappointed

Delivered 30 mins earlier than expected, piping hot and very tasty. Definitely order from Mr Pizza again.

Recently ordered a chicken shish wrap, chicken wings and Moz sticks. All of it was hot, fresh and delivered on time. The chicken shish was juicy, plentiful and has a really tasty marinade. With just the right amount of salad. Will happily order from Mr pizza for as long as the food/delivery stays this way.

The food was great, however the wrong food, I ordered the bbq meat pizza, and I got bbq chicken sweetcorn and mushroom. Still tastes amazing though, just hoping it’s the right food next time.

Chips were perfect, but this one time the lasagne was cold in the middle and a little runny on the bottom layer. Note I've had this same meal before and it was fine, so it could have been just one of those days for all. Still gonna use them, their food is nice.

No issues at all. Very nice food like before. I had a dementia moment but the delivery driver was very pleasant and reminded me of my order. Blame it on no sleep, I forgot what I'd even ordered. Must be an age thing.
