Nep Nep in City of London, Westminster

Just happened on this lovely little restaurant after an appointment nearby and I'm glad I did. Delicious food, a varied menu, but not too big, prompt service and good value, really enjoyed my meal and will be back again to try another dish.

Delicious food - had the salt and pepper chicken wings with beef, chilli and lemongrass and the shaking beef. Staff friendly and attentive and decently priced

Loads of choice on the menu and the noodles I ordered were just what I was after, very tasty. Popped in on my own on a work trip and service and availability was perfect, quick and tasty food and restaurant seemed to have a mix of locals and solo visiting business people (weekday evening).

This is a brilliant family owned restaurant with great Vietnamese food. It's the best Vietnamese food I've eaten outside of my family home (Mum if you're reading your home cooked food is delicious). The food is tasty, quick and fresh. If you are ever in London please pay a visit - you won't regret it! Thank you to the staff for making amazing food and got always being welcoming!

Favourite Vietnamese restaurant in town -great pho and many other nice dishes to - for lunch or dinner. Not at all expensive. Decor etc not fancy. Quick service, nice staff. Food superb

Really lovely food that was well priced. There is so much more on the menu I'd like to try so will be back for some more in the future. The resturant closes early and they make it known that they want you to leave which was a little rushed in the end but overall a good experience.

We were so happy to find a vietnamese restaurant in our area. Food is fine for the price. We gave them many chances even the service has heavily declined: very rude, exta cost £1( electricity) boiled water for salty broth, £2 pour beansprout (hilarious portion for 2 pho).My husband didn't want to come back. I have insisted because pho is his one of his favorite meal...untill the waiter said: so sorry but my boss rejects to serve you. Definatly never more!!!

I was reluctant to go there after reading some of the negative reviews. I must say staff aren't the most friendly people out there but if I hadn't read those reviews I probably would have ignored that? Food was very good, feeling full. One thing I hate to say is, when the restaurant got quieter the cook sat down in one of the chairs near the bar. He was talking on the phone and touching his feet (socks and crocks) while speaking. I just hope he washed his hands after. Will consider coming back here but not as a priority.

Let’s start with the positives - food was very decent and the price was more than reasonable - so if you want to go to just eat then fine - you will be ok. However, the staff were dis interested and rude, they wanted me out and please do not bother raising any issues with them because you are totally wasting your breath. Having looked at previous reviews, they are clearly not interested in changing so it’s up to you - decent food / decent price then go - if you want even the slightest feeling that they value you as a customer - then don’t - it’s easy - your choice - ps - they charge 10% service charge as standard - if you get anything like the level of service I got then just decline it
