Nemo's Fish & Pizza Bar in Sunderland

Wouldn’t recommend ordering from here 1) pizza burnt 2) garlic off 3) kebab was soaking wet 4) chips where black 5) pita bread was hard Mam has not got food poisoning due to this It’s not 21:01 and still waiting for manager to call

Absolutely discusting food and attitude from the staff. Cone of chips wouldn't feed a pigeon. Over charged and frozen chips probably from Iceland! Jumbo sausage more like hot dog battered. Would never order from these again.

Ordered through just eat. Nemos lied saying order had been delivered it was so late. Food missing, peas and desert when it did get delivered. No apology, no nothing. I would never use this place it’s ransid

My family and i ordered from here ignorant of the other terrible reviews only to find it took nearly 2 hours to arrive and even then the wrap came with no curry! Most of our chips were burned and ended in the bin. Lets not talk about the patronising staff who infuriated us. Do not go here!

Since when did a chip shop get away with selling dried out tasteless frozen chips ?? Then charge you £2 a bag ! Terrible Would never recommend this chip shop. Service poor waited ages then couldn't eat them .

Took two hours from it being ordered to arrive, when trying to call to find out where it was, this took several attempts just to speak to someone. The man I spoke to kept asking what address and that he’d call me back, which he never did. I had to ring 4times to find out where it was. The scampi was dry as anything and was like biting a rock. Cheeseburger didn’t even taste like meat! Will never go here again. Awful!

Waited 3 HOURS for delivery! This order was NEVER delivered. Ordered at 2.30pm for 3pm delivery! They changed it to 3.20pm. Still wasn't here at 3.30pm, called them said had a back log & wouldn't be long. Still wasn't here at 4pm so I called just eat! They told just eat guaranteed delivery in 20 minutes so 4.20 & would give us a cheesecake & fudge cake for inconvenience. Still wasn't here at 4.50pm that's just short of 2 & a half hours late. They said had to close shop with having 30 orders to deal with. Asked them if my order has even been made & they said no!! Absolute joke! Said would get it out to be within half an hour at 5.15pm. It's now 5.30pm! 3 hours ago! If this is what you call customer service then you need to get your staff to go on a new training course. Honesty with customers about realistic delivery times would be appreciated a lot more. But 3 hours is just ludricrous!! Reviews like this will get your business no where!! Will NEVER order from this 1* take away again! Useless
