Awful. The food was off, and it has put me off eating salmon after the terrible experience that I had at this place.Do not recommend. It was also expensive and not worth the price with slow service.

A lovely family-owned café with Japanese specialties. The atmosphere is fanatastic and they host a variety of special musical events. It's such a special place, where you just want to hang out!

This is a great find. Late at night walking around Kew, I managed to come across this place which I had never seen open before. The food was strikingly brilliant and the service was awesome. I was served by a young lady who was very kind and took time to chat to me and make sure my food was as I liked it, she had good recommendations too. I thoroughly enjoyed my experience. Every detail down to the chairs and tables were interesting and made me feel like I was transported to a different country. Will be returning ASAP.

Lovely little cafe/restaurant with a few CLEAN tables outside to sit and take in the glorious winter sunshine. Staff incredibly friendly. We only had tea and cake but will be coming back post lockdown to try the evening menu. Came across Yukari by accident when out for a long Sunday walk and it made our day to have found it.

Found this cafe purely by accident. The other side of the railway ( where the Botanic Gardens are ) was very busy on a sunny Autumn Sunday, but cross over the bridge and it's a different world.Location is on a corner that gets the afternoon sunshine. Tables both inside and out with lots of space in between. Good for hot drinks and a very limited selection of croissant, pain au chocolat or scone to go with them. But it is Japanese owned and they do a small menu of cooked to orderJapanese food. While I was in there, someone came in to order and he was obviously a regular. A couple of local Kew ladies as well as two Japanese ladies also came in for coffee.Overall a calm little cafe and a very pleasant pitstop for an hour.

Wanted a hot drink to warm us up before entering Kew Gardens on a wet and windy morning. What a lovely little find. A small seating area with a grand piano. Delicious hot chocolate. Exceptionally polite and friendly staff. Although we only stopped for a drink, we sensed a really lovely atmosphere.Noticed a sign advertising a Japanese 7 course meal. Something I would definitely like to try in the future.Toilets were absolutely spotlessly clean! Thank you.

A friend and I arrived early for the night exhibition at Kew Gardens and needed somewhere to eat a light meal. The owners were delightful and very kind to let us order a meal even though they had a piano recital that night. We really enjoyed our vegetarian meal and even had a preview of the recital...win, win!

When we went to Kew Gardens, we wanted to eat outside the Gardens as we read there were lines and few options inside. Near the tube station we found this lovely little cafe, and were very pleased with the soup and sandwich we had there.

Right next to Kew station on the eastern side, this cafe is a gem. It has good coffee and japanese food in cosy surroundings. On sundays, it has often music. The food is great. Service is friendly. Must try the Japanese toilet.

J’ai adoré ce petit café juste en face de la station de métro agencé et décoré avec beaucoup de goût, de finesse... très British.

Located on the quiet (southbound) side of the station, this cafe is family owned and operated. We enjoyed coffee, pastry and a Japanese curry dish. Currently it is open only in the daytime, there are occasional musical events on the plaza outside.

We were on our way to kew garden when my 3 years daughter desperately needed to use the bathroom. So desperate we went in and asked if we could use the bathroom. Despite obvious our urgent need we were refused to use the toilet unless we need to pay. I don't often carry cash so we had to leave.

The wait of around ten minutes for the toast was worth it. The two slices were provided in a delightful box, and instead of buttering the toast, the Japanese owner had left us with the option of doing this. Both a plastic knife and fork were provided as well. All in all, an incredible experience.

My friends and I were looking for a place to have some quick dinner, and what a great find this was! The restaurant was clean and comfortable, the staff was warm to us and answered any questions we had, and they separated our bill without us even having to ask. The food had so much taste to it, particularly the sushi rice bowl, and the wasabi which had a really strong kick to it. If I had any constructive criticism, I would say if they had played some music that would’ve helped fill the quietness while we were looking through the menu. Overall, if I’m ever down in the area again I’ll be sure to come back to Ke Sushi!

Lovely place. The decor is a bit plain and cold feeling but the food was nice. I got some maki and nigiri sushi. Friend loves his deep fried veggie and fried squid maki. The quality of the fish was good. We requested more salmon on the mixed sushi platter and they did it accordingly which was lovely. The miso soup was hot which was great. It was nice but I wouldn't say amazing. All is all it was nice but not amazing. I would say perhaps a bit on the expensive side.
