Haven't had a takeaway from here in a while as was never that impressed, but the meal last night was superb. Really fresh tasting and excellent flavours.

The food hasn’t turned up on time. It eventually turned up.over a hour late. Why accept an order if u know it’s going to be late??

We ordered a portion of prawn toast and only got 6 rather than the 8 stated on the menu.

This takeaway gave me the wrong meal on two occasions. I ordered bean curd in a satay sauce, which, according to their description was "with pineapple and vegetables in a spicy shrimp and peanut sauce. As a vegetarian, I did not want shrimp in the sauce. On questioning this, I was told by the owner that there was no shrimp in the sauce. Why have that as the description then?? What I actually got on both occasions was a rubbish dish of bean curd, onion, green peppers in a chilli sauce. I explained before the ordering of the second so-called bean curd in satay sauce that I had the wrong meal previously and they were totally disinterested. The moral of the tale to customers is:- check the meal on the premises because they take no responsibility for mis-selling the meal. The moral of the tale for the takeaway owners is:- check what you put on the menu in terms of ingredients because Trading Standards will have a field day with you. Are you not aware of the risk of allergies??? People have died from being misled by what food outlets have or have not told them about the ingredients of what they have bought in ready-made products. Please take this issue seriously

This is our favourite Chinese take away. The food has always been hot and cooked through. We have never had a bad meal from here and we have been visiting for the last few years. The staff have always been friendly too.

Very tasty! We’ve had some rubbish Chinese lately and this really put our faith back into Chinese! Ordered on Christmas Eve so was prepared to wait but it arrived early! All the family rated 9/10

Truly disappointed order from her all the time ! Had to wait an hour and a half for delivery by the time it arrived was cold and wasted as we just wanted to go to bed.

Sorry but I would never use this establishment again. We have just collected a take away which was liuke warm. It also completely lacked in flavour and the bbq sauce was nothing but salt!!. I would encourage you to look elsewhere.

I ordered a chicken omelette and received a mushroom omelette instead. Thank goodness I’m not allergic to mushrooms! I picked the mushrooms out and gave them to someone else who likes them. The omelette itself was OK, shame about the filling!

Tasty food and arrived ok. But spice levels on things like Salt & Pepper Chicken was almost non-existent, similar on the Singapore Noodles .. tasty but lacking punch.

We ordered 2 special curries and asked for them to be extra spicy and Wow they was and they were lovely only complaint would be the amount of meat and mushrooms you get wasn't much but will ordering again from here

First visit! Pretty poor really - the spare ribs give it away, they must be the cheapest they can buy - dry, tough, inedible really. The shredded beef in chille sauce was very sweet, couldn't see evidence of any beef at all. Chicken skewers were dry.... I really can't see how places like this get away with it these days, we certainly won't be returning.

Should have read the reviews before ordering the green thai curry. It definitely didnt taste like a green thai curry. I’ve given 3 stars to match the very mediocre standard of the food.

Wow! Every time I order from Nee How it gets better. Food was piping hot, amazing quality, fresh ingredients, great flavour and super quick on the delivery time. Thank you for bringing the prawn toast that wasn’t delivered, a super quick turn around. We loved every dish and can’t wait till we order from you again.

Always amazing food & piping hot! Went to collect it as we only live round the corner & the food was ready early! Only by 5 or so minutes, but still early! Even asked if we could have a portion of chips when we got there which they happily assisted with and where piping hot when they gave us!! Will return! One of the favourite takeaway places!

Great food and collection time again. We did order chefs special soo chow duck but think we received chefs special duck with bean sprouts with bbq sauce as there were no prawns, chicken etc, which as we were trying something new didn’t matter as it was still excellent

Normally order from here But tonight the chicken balls were dry and over done the chips were like cardboard and the sweet and sour sauce was really thick you couldn't hardly pour it

Just ordered our take away from here as I was getting bored of eating from the same place and wow the food was absolutely amazing and we will be definitely eating from here again Can highly recommend this place

Although the soup was quite nice, the rest was unfortunately quite poor when compared to other similar takeaways of the area. The ribs tasted like they’d been sat for a long time and warmed up, meaning they were inedible. All else tested the same, very bland and disappointing.

Quality of the food was really poor, ribs were not edible, we rang and complained and were promised a £15 refund, which we are still waiting for.

It's been a few years since I last visited, but still as friendly and quick as ever, and front of house is spick and span, as it always was. Food remains excellent.

The mushrooms had a funny taste as did the sauce in the curry , the lemon chicken tasted old with a chemical taste, we only ate some and were both ill, disgusting food avoid at all costs

Easy to order. Collection time was as promised, even getting a text saying it was ready. Tasty sweet and sour bean curd and generous portion. Good value. Would definitely eat hear again.

The food is okay, but I don't think I'm going to be ordering again any time soon unless there's a change on the minimum order price. If you're after a meal for one a minimum spend of £24.50 just isn't viable.

microwaved reheated ! I received my order about 25 minutes after I ordered it, it takes 10 minutes to drive the order to my address I won't be ordering again it's awful inedible everything tastes like it's on the turn I might as well have put my money in the bin because that's were the food went 😞

Really really disappointed with the restaurant. When going to place my order they have increased the minimum spend to £20! Putting delivery on too makes it a little costly! Your food is good but to increase the minimum spend is a little on the drastic side. Unfortunately I will not be using you again and will have to return back to me old restaurant.

50 minutes late, but it was New Year's Eve (my birthday treat).

Unfortunately the food didn’t taste of much. The green Thai curry was so hot it was inedible and there wasn’t any taste other than fire. The udon noodle dish tasted of nothing.
