Got a Parmo from here as it was recommended, and it was delicious..The chicken was thick and tender and the cheese was good quality...it's my go to place now x

Came here a few months ago and ordered a cheesy garlic bread with a tub of garlic for me to notice that it was covered in black hairs, couldn’t miss it as well as the tub of garlic being covered in hairs! I rang up and demanded a refund and they told me that instead they would give me a free pizza next time I ordered so then every time since I have went into the shop and told them the manager told me to get a refund and I was told the manger was away on holiday, for about 4 months??? Then tonight I rang up and demanded to speak to the manger and he had told me to walk round and he would give me another free cheesy garlic bread, when I went inside none of them were wearing any hair protection no gloves or nothing. He stared at me and made me very uncomfortable seen as though I’m only a 17 year old young girl!!! I’ve then came home and opened the box to see this one has hairs too so instantly rang up and told him and he said ‘see you later mate’ and put the phone down on me and now is ignoring my calls!! I think this is absolutely disgusting. I would not recommend going to this place, more than likely you will get food poisoning.

The Large Chicken kebab was amazing it’s one of the best that I have had from a takeaway. First time trying the chicken kebab from here I’ve tried the parmo previously and that was top notch.

First time ordering; absolutely spot on… beautiful. Driver apologised for delay as they’d been “very busy” which to be fair, if they’re busy it’s a good sign. I’m not surprised they’re busy as the food was amazing.

Ordered food and they accepted the order - after about 40 minutes of waiting they then cancelled the order. Complete waste of time cheers for that! Why accept it in the first place? And now we have to wait for a refund. Even when the food gets here it's hit and miss anyway. Terrible all around, lesson learned

Ordered from here last night with my friend... kebab was like rubber and undercooked, garlic bread was tasteless and undercooked, chips were too greasy and cookies were practically raw and tasted funky! we both now have food poisoning!

Far from a perfect parmo. Greasy, bland and the bechemal was floury and congealed. Donner meat undercooked. Would never, EVER, order from here again.

We ordered from here and wasted £20 the kebab was soggy and the chicken was like cardboard. The parmo was burnt and tasted awful. The wraps are disgusting and really small. The cream cabbage wasn’t fresh and looked like it had been sat a while. The potato wedges were cold and they also forgot a chilli sauce. We unfortunately ended up having to make some different food as this wasn’t eatable I will never recommend or order from here again!

I call here everytime I am parked up overnight in our depot at billingham food is absolutely divine l wouldn't try any other in billingham the staff are so friendly and I have never had any need to complain about the food your friend Dave😁😁😁😁😁. Don't know where these other feedbacks are from must be on about a different takeaway

Popped in around 11pm to get food after picking someone up from the station. No queue, ordered a parmo and it was ready quickly and really nice. Will get food from here again

Best parmo and Donna meat in billingham

I ordered from here on Just Eat. Order arrived 20 minutes early, the parmo was really nice and it was massive for just half a parmo. You could feed two people easy, chips were good and salad as well. Would definitely recommend.
