I got the signature sushi box. If that’s the signature I dread to think what the others taste like. The sushi was strangely sweet, stodgy and flavourless. I wish I set my £15 on fire instead of ordering sushi here. Very disappointed

We ordered octopus balls here before and it was good. However, today we went again but it was OVERCOOKED — it was really bitter 🤧🤮 We tried to complain but they said they were changing the brand?! I mean, i think it was on how they cooked it whatever the flavour or ingredients are!

Can't believe they can sell the sushi box with no fish (the rolls with mainly cucumber and carrot and something very sweet and some terrible white sauce) and priced it at £15. It was the worst sushi I ever had in my life. The sushi box in Lidl which costs £5 is better than this.

Compared to the other vendors I was really disappointed. I waited so long that other people I was with had finished eating, the bowl of food smelled unpleasant, the beef was fatty and not hot enough and the rice not cooked enough. The staff member did apologize for the wait but I wouldn't buy again.

I decided to go shake shack because I seen that they were offering on UNiDAYS buy a burger and get the second free went there just to be given attitude by a rude female worker I was speaking to her while she was rolling her eyes and giving attitude for no reason she said the total and said cash or card I said can I add the code she said no cash or card I asked her why she gave me no explanation and continued standing there I’m not upset I didn’t get the second burger I’m upset because of how I was treated a simple explanation could have been given when other customers came in different race automatically smiled greeted them and helped them definitely acted the way she did because of my race stop false advertising shake shack and hiring rude people to work for your company food was not all good the bitter and salty not worth 11.70

I can't fault the 2 guys who served me yesterday. I got served straight away and food was made perfectly and promptly. They were extremely polite and efficient and the meal was delicious 😋 Thankyou guys!!

I experienced probably the worst customer service I've ever experience through this hotel. At 8:30pm the night before we were meant to travel up from Bristol to Liverpool I got an email to inform me that the hotel had cancelled our booking. When I rung the hotel about this they told me it had not been open to the general public for a week. When I asked why i was only told the night before we were meant to travel 4 hours to come to Liverpool I wasn't even greeted with an apology. I was told I could see if their sister hotel had any availability for us to stay. So instead of being in bed getting a restful nights sleep before my trip I had the burden and stress of seeing if there was any space for us at the new hotel which we needed because of their negligence. They didn't have any space at their sister hotel and was told by the manager that the police were there at the time I called so he would need to call me back. I told him not to bother as we had dodged a bullet and would find somewhere else to stay. Long story short don't stay here unless you want it cancelled the night before and you won't even get an apology.
