Came here for my birthday with a large group of friends and had the best time. Food was delicious and the service was lovely ! Such nice people. They made my birthday really special ! I would recommend :)))

5* food was absolutely gorgeous! Chicken pakora and samosas were a fave starter dish. The garlic naan here is the best weve ever had by far - wow! Staff are very accommodating and friendly. Decently priced too cannot complain what so ever! Back again soon for sure!

EXTREMELY BAD. AND NOT WORTH YOUR MONEY! The staff were rude and we found a £50 difference in our receipt. The food, side dishes were oily, lots of masala and not tasty. The naans were huge, and we were not told it was going to be that big, even after we asked. The staff were very careless and disrespected our presence. We were not served proper dishes and was charged a 20% service charge for very bad service. If you're in Leeds, there are better Indian restaurants to go to. Please don't waste you time going here.

Came here with the boys on Saturday night, absolutely loved the food and service. I personally got a korma but wanted it spicy and the waiter just clicked on, loved it! Nice little place with a whole vibe, great food and the service was banging. Definitely coming back. 5**

Chicken tikka starter was ok but Naga surprise was awful, 4 pieces of chicken in a tasteless watery sauce it went in the bin still waiting for them to refund the money for main meal. AVOID

45 mins late food genuinely cold told it was 5 mins away 30 mins later cold and food was terrible

First time trying, food was lovely & piping hot. Portion sizes was huge. Complimentary poppadom was nice too. Delivery driver was very polite & even said hello to my 2 year old when she tried to escape. Would highly recommend.

Rice was overly salty on this occasion.

Really really good, massive portions. Spent 20 quid And got a shed load of delicious food as a result. Was sceptical as cheap curries are normally not up to scratch, but I wasn’t disappointed. Took a while to arrive but was well worth the wait

We’re 1st year students at leeds and this is by far our favourite takeaway. Food is spot on every time. Great value for money as the naans are massive and the curries are sooo delicious. The delivery guy was so lovely and even gave us a free Easter egg to apologise for the wait. We’re even more excited to have discovered that our house next year is only around the corner! Can’t wait to order again.

Extremely disappointed in this. Was looking forward to a curry all week for my friends birthday and it was a huge let down. The tikka masala tasted nothing like a masala and was just so salty and oily. The vegetable curry was very oily and had Brussel sprouts in??? Certainly a new one. Would not recommend. Save your money or if you fancy a curry like this grab a jar of Pataks.

This popular, family-run, curry house, rarely disappoints. It has an extensive range of dishes, at bargain prices. No alcohol license, but you may bring your own.

I've rediscovered Nazams! great price for beautiful light and well flavoured dishes. Also one of the rare places that seem to give you a complimentary poppadom and Mint sauce. I actually got the wrong dish delivered today and they were out of the desert I ordered. I spoke to them and they actually cared and took appropriate action. Again that is rare nowadays so I wanted to leave a positive review for all the times t's been spot on or not

Onion bhaji was nice, naan was very disappointing little to no taste and dry curry sauce was very average but chicken tikka was nice and rice was ok , very dissatisfied to say the least

Everything was great the meal deal for 3 is perfect and great for the money.

Food was good but I would say it was just average nothing really special.

Really love this place - the food is absolutely great. The main issue is that it always arrives at least 15 minutes after the 'latest' time window given. We ordered at 5:30 today and it arrived at 7.

The fish inside the pakora was undercooked, paneer palak had no flavour whatsoever and was so greasy that it leaked out of the container and stained my clothes. The rice was full of water. All in all a completely inedible meal.

Curry was quite dry and chicken bland. Peshwari naan had almost no coconut but a few raisins instead.

I did not receive my food and I am extremely frustrated

I’m sure they make good food, I was just really disappointed as I have a really low tolerance to spicy food and my korma was too spicy so I couldn’t eat it. Even the pilau rice was spicy and the yoghurt sauce which I usually don’t like but attempted to eat to cool my mouth down. It has red specks in which I assume is chili powder. Couldn’t eat the onion bhaji either but I accept that dish is often too spicy for me. I ended up just eating the peshwari naan and poppadoms.

Totally tasteless, rice over cooked and bland. Meat tasted like it was boiled for hours in plain water then mixed with rice . Not even worth a star Never again

Mixed grill starter was a bit dry but free dip and poppadoms made up for it. Good late night food

From order to delivery 1hr30mins. Ordered king prawns got small prawns Ordered garlic naan got a plain naan Portions small, disappointed I’ve eaten in before and was amazing I just don’t understand why it’s not continued onto online delivery order it’s a no from me for the online side of things 😑

I've been eating at this fantastic family restaurant for 20 years, and when I lived nearby, would eat here several times a week. I've taken so many friends, and all of my family here, over the years, and it never disappoints. Amazing value, an extensive menu, and fabulous food. I just wish I lived closer.

Ordered chicken biriyani. I AM A CHEF. Never in my life shaw peppers in Biriyani. The Persian emperor will be turning in his grave. Asked for spicy no chilli at all. Ordered for 11.30pm received at 12.15. Explanation was Just eat put it wrong the time . Just rubbish food. If you don't know a Dish just don't sell it. Completely A shambles of a fine cuisine.

The rice in the biryani is soggy and the meat has no taste or flavour whatsoever, based on the reviews I expected the food to be of good quality however it really is not!!! I will not order from this restaurant again.

Delivery driver phoned twice to say he was outside the wrong address as a result all our food was late and cold and not really hygienic to re heat chicken or rice that’s just being cooked

No word of lie best chicken tikka of my life!!!!!! I’m from Bradford and even they don’t top this sauces the lot spot on I even forgot to put for delivery and they helped me so much such friendly staff f*** the rest nanzams is the best

Not the quality it used to be, really disappointing. Rice wasn’t fresh, korma wasn’t that creamy - and the chicken was cheap cubes. Hardly ate any of it, tasted like a cheap microwave curry.

We have been coming to Nazzams for years and it is always so good. Their pickle tray is really different and delicious. I had the mixed vegetable Bhalti and my partner had the fish pakora which was outstanding. We both had the lamb balti with one huge garlic naan. The Balties were subtle and not greasy or over salted. We ate it all and staggered to the car. Thanks Nazzams we needed a good meal as the car broke down coming from the coast. X

I ordered via Uber eats and have never had a takeaway so bad in my life. I’m not one to write reviews but I just had to in this case. Not only was the food 35 minutes late but the quality of the food was not up to standard. The mango chutney contained mint sauce which not only ruined the flavour but over powered the mango; they may as well have served me a jar of mint sauce instead. Peshwari naan contained raisins (I’m not sure if this is a normal ingredient but I’ve never seen it before) apart from the raisins being the only flavour in the Naan I could not taste the coconut which was really disappointing and the majority of the naan was bland apart the odd bit of raisin. Finally the korma, this dish is supposed to be sweet but it was just so bland. Not one part of this order satisfied me and nothing can be blamed but the standard of food that the kitchen is providing. If will never return to this restaurant again and would much prefer getting a microwaveable curry from Tesco.

Late delivery meant that my meal was on a colder side and the naan turned soggy and chewy in it's plastic bag. Otherwise, the Palak Mushroom Balti was quite tasty.

Got email to say food was on it's way 30 mins after I placed order but driver couldnt find me, was then told they didnt have my desert thats why I got the email and my phone number was wrong apparently, it wasnt! They said I'd get refund for desert and they would bring the rest, rice was hot but curry was cold. And still haven't refunded me for the desert! Food tasted nice but too much mess around for me to order again!

The sundries were lovely but the dramatic let down was from the Bhuna. It tastes like sewage. Very average madras too. Overall, disappointing with some good points.

Prompt and efficient delivery but expensive. The curry and pilau rice was excessively oily (king prawn balti) and looked unappealing, lacking colour and the tomatoes I usually associate with a good balti. Not very flavourful. Good portions though. The seekh kebab was truly excellent though and the pickles included with the popadoms were great quality. Samosas were greasy and only half filled. Mediocre quality overall.

Delivery driver was insanely rude, korma was a laughable size and extremely watery. The only thing that was nice was the potato bhajis. Won’t be ordering again.

Ordered the food over an hour ago and has arrived flat cold

I never received my order and we called the restaurant 11 times over 3 hours and nobody answered. Thai is appealing as we even pre ordered. We are A&E nurses and have wasted our time trying to contact you regarding our orders. The money had come out of my account with no food.

Good is great but turned up late

We decided to try out a new Indian restaurant and unfortunately chose Nazams. Before I go onto the negatives there were good elements. The mixed starter was nice and the curries themselves were tasty as was the rice. However we ordered a keema naan that had no actual meat inside just brushed with some oil and specs of left over meat it seemed. The food itself took over 2 hours to arrive after an estimate of 60 minutes and we realised that we had an item missing. We called the restaurant who said they would be happy to personally deliver the item within half an hour. Sadly however this was a lie as it never turned up at all and we had spent over 90 minutes waiting for it before calling it a night as we had originally ordered 4 hours prior and gave up. No sorry from the restaurant and we were disappointed that they never turned up at all. Won’t be ordering again.

Ordered a korma didn’t taste nor look like a korma was watery and cold. Waste of money popadom even tasted off..

Two dishes cold and one curry forgotten

Korma wasn’t rich and creamy. Was watery and oddly spicy. We ordered a chicken korma and a korma sauce and they were two completely different colours. Also we made the mistake of ordering two naans. You only need one naan for an entire family. I’ve seen smaller duvets. Unfortunately the poor curry means we won’t order again but the naans were lovely.

My absolute fave indian takeaway. Will not order elsewhere. Chicken tikka masala - YUM!

Food is amazing! Onion Bhajis especially. I added the wrong curry to my order so rang to change and add a couple items - guy was so helpful and gave us a pickle tray and poppadoms on the house! My new regular curry place.

The food came tepid and was of a subpar standard- it was not a tikka massala and the bajis were soggy and chewy.
