Naz in East Cambridgeshire

Our first visit to this delightful restaurant. Staff friendly and welcoming. Food was excellent and served hot. Loved it and will be back!

Take away no flavour - not hot - use Naz many times & tonight was the worse ever - 3 different dishes and not one spicy - we were told an hour it was over 1hr 40mins - expensive for a take away and would not recommend or use again

We had our first takeaway from Naz last night, which we collected to take advantage of the 10% discount. The food was excellent and service was very efficient and friendly too. We'll definitely be back!

Excellent meal. Ask for recommendations if not sure what to have. They will spice it up or down.

We wanted to giv Naz a try after several locals recommended it to us. Overall, the service was perfect and a nice clean atmosphere. However, we didn't really enjoy our food. The Poppadoms came out stale and chewy, we didn't really want to finish them. Our chicken tikka masala didn't taste like anything we've had in any other restaurant, very sweet but like it was missing something. It was edible but nothing I'd run back for. Naan was absolutely lovely though. Unfortunately my partner and I felt quite ill after our meal, feeling sick and with bad stomach pain. £37 for a bad stomach and a pretty average meal, we won't be going back.

Just had our first order. The lady/girl who answered the phone was really friendly, professional and polite. You don’t get that often when ordering over the phone. Food came quickly and was lovely. Many thanks

Portion size on curry was a big let down, six small chicken pieces and one potato piece for the price was shocked. Good flavours though. Shame

Very authentic food with a pleasant atmosphere. Curry’s have loads of flavour and the pricing is very reasonable considering the current situation. Definitely recommend this for the surround area.

This place is absolutely terrible 🤮I have never been so disappointed in the sizes and the service we ordered from home and it was delivered cold like it’s just been sitting around when it arrived we were all starving and hungry when you looked at the food it was tinny like a little mousse dinner we ordered 2 rices chicken tika and better chicken and in total it was 55 pounds and didn’t even feed a family of 4

Awful food. No taste. Cold and rubbery. Tiny portions. If you notice half of the positive reviews here are from ‘Michael’. Very dodge! Wont be eating here again and hopefully save someone else throwing their hard earned cash.

Not very impressed with the quality of the food. My chicken balti was incredibly oily (I know it’s an oily dish but it was mostly oil no sauce) and rather bland and the chips were soft and soggy. The delivery was as stated so they didn’t keep us waiting and the lady on the phone was very nice.

Takeaway last night. The guy who answered the phone was extremely direct and almost tried to put off ordering. Said would be an hour but was an hour and a half, delivery driver was really nice though. Food? Not the best. Second time we’ve tried here and we both felt the food was tasteless. Frozen veg in vegetable curry. Small portions. Cheese naan the cheese wasn’t melted in at all just a lump of grated cheese in the middle folded. Wouldn’t suggest a takeaway from here when there are better and local other Indians available.

Put it this way, I wouldn’t go back

Ordered via phone two mains (Murgh masala and salmon tikka) and some sides (naan, meat samosa, spicy poppadom and mushroom bhaji) for delivery when they opened and received just over an hour later as advised- which is fantastic given its New Year’s Eve and I imagine they’re busy! Overall really tasty, but was a little disappointed by the lack of sauce for the salmon tikka (there was none and I received chunks of salmon with what felt more like juices than sauce) however I made up for this by mixing it with the mushroom bhaji and salad bits that came with it all and the meal was absolutely delicious! Absolutely loved the spicy Poppadoms- the best poppadoms I’ve had- and the murgh masala was definitely enjoyed. Would definitely pop in for a visit in the future to try more of the menu given how extensive it is!

We eat in at Naz quite regularly. The staff are all great, brilliant service always. Food is always best quality, it really is incredibly good Indian cuisine, and we always look forward to our next visit. Highly recommended restaurant & takeaway.

Rural Cambridgeshire is not somewhere associated with Indian food but Naz proves that it does exist. The food and service are excellent. The restaurant does not have a licence to sell alcohol meaning you can bring your own and they will not charge corkage. The restaurant is in the centre of the village and has a thriving takeaway business but unlike at some restaurants this does not mean that it takes precedence over customers in the premises. What it does mean is that the dishes are freshly cooked. We left feeling full and that we were supporting a young and dynamic new business.

We went to Naz for my son's birthday meal today.. Sam was really nice and very friendly.. the food was amazing and the place was so clean.. I will highly recommend this restaurant to any family who would like to have a good time and enjoy delicious Indian food...

As a curry restaurant, this is simply our go-to. The food is always really flavourful, served hot, and is never disappointing. Food-wise I usually opt for the 'Lamb Madras' and it has always been lovely, the portions are always generous and it is not just all gravy! My partner and I usually go for rice, naan, bhajis, and sometimes saag aloo - they are always consistent in their taste and quantity. In the two years, I have been ordering from Naz we have never had a missing item, something that so many other establishments have fallen foul of many times and the deliveries have always been fast. If you are after good food, you can't really go wrong here.

Honestly great. Fantastic onion bhaji, veggie samosas, chicken dishes and vegetable dishes. We've yet to have anything bad from here. Don't hesitate to try it.

At last eating in a restaurant and what a meal. 2 couples zapped the bar code on way in, all had masks on. Seen to the table, poppadoms with sides. Excellent mains . Totally great experience and booked for 2 weeks time

Absolutely delicious food, priced about what you would expect for good quality Indian food. The staff are super friendly and welcoming. Would highly recommend for anyone fancying Indian in or around Soham (it is worth the travel). The restaurant itself is also really nice, everything is clean and tidy and dishes come out looking as good as they taste. Also the toilet in there is decent, a door with a lock that works and maintained well.

One of the best if not the best Indian restaurant in Cambridgeshire. Been many times when down that way and it has never disappointed.

I don't really like spicy food but I will make an exception for Naz. Indian food is quite pricey anyway so no surprise that it is around £15 per person to eat - definitely worth it though as it is so tasty!

Quick delivery, but food wasn't fantastic. Chicken Ceylon had about 4 pieces of chicken in which was very disappointing. Podadoms were stale and sag paneer was just boiled spinach with one bit of paneer which was ridiculously rubbery.
