Nayaab Restaurant in Manchester

This place absolutely terrible the chips were dry everything just looked like it was cooked very long ago won’t recommend at all worst experience I had im a big lad won’t be coming here and don’t recommend it to anyone else !!! Waste of money

Went in today, as always delicious food, excellent service, environment and best service. Lamb nehari and Karahi land are my favourite. Chocolate cake and vanilla ice is the best. See you sooooooon.

The food was OK some of the dishes were not the best quality starters were better. Hardly anyone in the restaurant so no atmosphere and had to ask twice for my drink. Very odd to have no alcohol licence or allow any drinks to be brought into the premises. All in all an OK buffet but sadly we would not return. Oh and most of the dishes are extremely spicy so be warned if you don't like spice.

Buffet in Fallowfield called Nayaab is my favorite, good is very authentic Indian/Pakistan style food, especially lamb nehari, king prawns, fish is my favorite. Dessert are good too. Very clean and tidy restaurant. See you soon....

Absolutely poor experience and customer service, I’m a big lad who loves to eat and I went with my other half, got myself a few plates and before I even started eating the owner approached me telling me to not waste food and didn’t speak to anyone else. have been here previously and had a good experience and came from leeds. This was embarrassing and caused a scene. Will not be eating here again

I came here for the first time in Manchester and thought I would try out a new place, came here and it was absolutely terrible. From starters to mains they were BLAND and I mean very bland! Very limited buffet- Starters were cold, lacked flavour (overall very bland) considering the price we paid for it wasn’t worth it all. I mean, if you’re not a fan of spice then this place is for you, but for spicy lovers like me don’t come here wouldn’t recommend!! The gulab jamun was probably the nicest out of everything, thats all.

We've been going here for a long time, and we were quite disappointed. The service and atmosphere for sure is pleasant. However, the quality of the food has gone downhill. It's become more bland and there's not as many options as before.

It was a good experience for me. They have limited options as compared to other options available in Manchester or Birmingham but the quality was good. If you are looking just to eat different types of Pakistani foods for your desi cravings then it's not a bad option to go to. The salad & dessert menu is very limited as well.

Guy!! My family loved their buffet. Starters on point 👉 dinner was delicious and a variety of salad bars. Gajar halwa, and gulab jamuns, were extremely tasty 😋. We were 4 people and paid a reasonable price between £70 to £80. Paan was soooo good for £2. Desi chai price is £2 too. Beautiful decorations, clean and friendly staff. Ayesha was a very kind and polite girl 🙂 The toilets were clean too. Highly recommended 👌 and this is going to my favourite restaurant and will always visit 😋

Go in here as much as possible with my friend. We love the food, always hot, tasty and plenty of it, the staff are always always very helpful and friendly with smiles on their faces. The owners always talk to us too and again are very friendly. Always a nice atmosphere in there with all the patrons. I would recommend everyone to come here

Worst place to eat not fresh food don’t have much variety

After reading some negative reviews I thought we would give the Nayaab a try. Register your car to park for free at the recepition desk. it's pay up front for food and drinks with a number of offers available. We sat in the front of the restaurant as there is also a back area. Drinks arrive very quick and told how it all works. The food is laid out in the centre of the restaurant in stainless steel warm plates. like any buffet you help yourself. There is not a vasted amount to choice, I found the small selection of starter more than adequate, it was all hot and fresh. They have about 8 curry's to choose from, vegetarian, chicken, Lamb and Rice. They have a small selection of puddings which they service to you. Yes a few of the staff could do with a little training in customer service, but I did find them all very helpful. The Place was clean, empty plates where removed very quick We have a nice evening Posted 22/09/24

Menu is not over complicated which works perfectly enhancing the individual flavour of each curry good selection nice deserts and very helpful staff 2nd return of many! Asif goes out he's way to be of service he's a credit to the restaurant

Our 1st time at the Nayaab restaurant. Very welcoming and calm place. Good selection of dishes. We chose to hsve the buffet. All very nice. Service from Asif and the rest of the staff was very good. Will definately dine here again 🙂👍🏻

Not recommending to families.. Overall my experience wasn’t that good. First of all, food quality was not too good because most of that food was cold. Secondly, there wasn’t many dishes compared to other buffet like Al Maida or Lanika… and we didn’t feel welcome, as soon we finished food we just get the dessert and before we even start to eat dessert they told us to go because the said this table is booked .. i mean there was planty of space but they just wanted our table.. There was only two options for dessert; ice cream or really dry chocolate cake. Only one type of kebabs and the biryani was fully tasteless.

Gorgeous food, had the buffet and there was a great choice of starters, curries, and deserts, friendly staff, pretty venue, nice floral backdrops for nice pics if your into that sort of thing. Will definitely be visiting again

We been there all the way from Birmingham It was horrible experience most of the starter plate was empty only 2 curries they serve paya,biriyani without spice naan was too cold and hard dessert specially firni got no taste With due respect all the stuffs I would say don’t go there to waste your money food was completely Tasteless spending 20 pounds each is not worthy

Nayaab food quality and service is the best, authentic lamb nehair, haleem and beef paya Lahori style. It’s very hard to please everyone. King prawn, fish and pure lamb WOW £17pp buffet and if you need cola unlimited it’s £20pp buffet, what else do you want. I came with my family from Rochdale, very very clean buffet restaurant. Especially Asim any Ayesha are hidden gems for this place.

Booked table for 13 but regretted the moment went inside the owner was rude and the food absolutely awful, you get much better food in takeaways, nehari was awful so was the rest of the food.,suggest to anyone to waste your money in nayab and you have to pay befor hand this is the first time I have experienced this in a restaurant.

Went this restaurant for a eid meal. Enjoyed the meal but was not told to register my vehicle which i parked in their own private car park. Then received a letter which says i have been fined for parking in their car park. £170 for eating out in their restaurant. What a scam. Avoid this business at all costs . No shame whatsoever. Pay for the buffet and receive a love letter ie a fine when your done. Joke of a business

There was a very good atmosphere. Aysha and Asim who were a few of the workers, were very nice and helpful. My only problem was that they were not allowing anyone to bring any sort of bottle or water. If you wanted to have any sort of drink you needed to purchase it from the restaurant. Apart from that the food was nice and so were the services.

Nice starters. £20pp including unlimited cola. Mains were ok. Ice cream is really old as its individually packed by them and you can see they were melted before they were frozen again, they had separated.

I recently had the pleasure of dining at Nayaab, and I must say, it was an exceptional experience from start to finish! The moment I stepped inside, I was greeted by a warm and inviting atmosphere from the little lady at the front. ( I think her name was Ayesha) the service she provided was outstanding. Her attentiveness and genuine warmth made us feel right at home. They have a good variety of dishes. From starters to main courses, everything was delicious. They also have a good selection of deserts. There is something for everyone. If you’re looking for an outstanding dining experience that truly highlights authentic flavors and top-notch service, I wholeheartedly recommend visiting Nayaab. I can’t wait to return!

I wish I could give them 0 stars, very bad service and disgusting food, almost £200 spent for nothing, lady at reception so rude and made everything complicated, so uncomfortable to eat food staff circling you as if they want you to get out, and baby sized desserts making you embarrassed to ask for more, been many times only to regret it, never returning again never recommend to anyone, don't waste your money

The receptionist greeted us with a warm smile and enthusiasm. The staff, including two tall and friendly guys, were amazing. Although the food options were limited, they offered all the typical Asian dishes you’d expect for the price. The atmosphere was clean, the service was excellent, and the food was fresh.

The worst experience and the stale food. First of all I won't recommend to anyone. 1 Bathroom was nasty. No litch, no Muslim shower in bathroom. Nihari, Hakeem, chicken saalan and much more were stale. Rooti was cold.

I came from all over Wigan to Manchester. Tried all over in Manchester but must say that Nayaab buffet is really good place to sit with family. Food is always freshly cooked n staff members r very kind . Very neat and clean place. I recommend’ Must visit with ur family and friends.

Horrible experience. I input my vehicle registration on entering and asked the receptionist to confirm it went through. I then received a parking charge notice and when I called, the manager was extremely rude and essentially told me I was lying. He was very dismissive and arrogant. Don’t recommend at all!!! Unless you want to pay a £60 parking fine on top of the restaurant bill.

Worst experience ever! If i could give a 0 star rating i would, very rude staff especially the manager. Very minimum amount of food for such a high price and the staff were not refilling any of the pots. The manager screamed at my little children simply because they got out of their seat to get some ice cream.

I have been there for the first time and PROBABLY last time also. If you know the taste of good food, you can tell the difference straight away. It wasn't a buffet at all. Over priced and nothing special in food. First time I got ice-cream in a small tiny plastic pots. Extremely organised and well maintained outfit Environment very nice but the only suggestion is that tables are very close to each other and there is hardly any privacy or distance between the 4 tables side by side... If there are large numbers of customers, Nawab should better buy another place or venue to provide it's customer little open environment while dining... This isn't an objection rather a recommendation for the administration to improve and better facilitate their customers.... Visited Nawab London also during last week of May 2024 with family who visited us from New York, USA. There also observed congestion..... It may easily be assumed that Nawab's customers are increasing but administration isn't live to the expansion of its premises rather they resort to I setting more and more tables within the available space regardless of customers' ease or facilitation....in spite of such a non exhaustive menu items and excellent taste... Well done, Nawab... Please do consider the suggestion of little expansion of the Dining Hall facility...

Very tight and congested place. Food was average. Fish and Nihari was decent. Sitting area and buffet area are very small. Paid £20 per head including drinks for adults and been charged £12 per head for kids over 4 which should be £10.

I really did not enjoy the buffet at Nayaab, I don’t eat meat but usually have rice with curry sauce , I puts the sauce on but couldn’t fine the rice, I thought that it would have been in the first container, by the time I’d walked around looking in all the containers I found the rice on the other side of the table in the very last container 🤷‍♀️ by then the sauce was cold. My husband tried quite a few dishes but was not too impressed, the Sheek kebab’s tasted very cheap and a strange texture.

The restaurant was nice and clean from inside. The workers were very kind and polite. A lady called Ayisha that works there was very polite, always smiling when serving and working. She got us whatever we asked for , had very good manners. A very hard worker and was very easy to approach her. A brilliant worker to have. She has very good customer skills.

While on holidays with family passing through Manchester we randomly chose this restaurant, Not a lot of verity like some buffet places but every dish and starters was fresh and very tasty. Clean toilets and seating area was very comfortable, friendly and halpful staff especially Aisha she is star. If I ever go back to Manchester will definitely visit this place again.

I went with my family to Nayab resturant for the first time from Birmingham . I was pleasantly suprised with the good quality food. The atmosphere was very pleasent and relaxed . The service recived was a star, especially from Aisha as she was very welcoming and accommodating as we had 3 children with us .Aisha served with a smile and was such a good host and polite.we shall be coming again .

It's not an All you can eat buffet if the staff refuse tp serve you saying it's "too much" right? Everything was as expected until I went to have a lil bit more ice cream before leaving and the staff refused saying it's "too much". I like my ice cream alright? I'll have as much as I want since I paid for it. Isn't that the meaning behind "All you can eat"??!!

On arrival the staff were great, explained how their buffet worked and payment options. £17 per adult or £20 per adult with unlimited cola jug. Seemed very quiet when we entered the dining area on a Saturday around 7pm. The starters were OK not a bad selection. Also had soup, the buffet was very clean unlike a lot of other places. Coming to the mains very little options, 2 chicken dishes, chicken achari and chicken tikka masala, 1 lamb dish on the bone, chicken biryani, which my son could not have as it contained food colouring. The rest were Haleem, Paya and Nihari. Desert again very limited. Would have been happy to pay more for more variety. Kadak Chai had too much sugar would have preferred an option for how much sugar to put in.
