Shopping in Leek, and came across Nats Kitchen at the back of Bargain Booze. Quick service and great value.

Tucked away on the back of Bargain Booze in Leek is a lovely little modern styled cafe. It's spotlessly clean, really well priced and the service is speedy and efficient. It may not have the best views but when you're looking for tasty, well prepared and presented food you can do an awful lot worse.

Food and service were pleasant enough, but this is not a two rosette restaurant. The AA person must have been on something when they rated this restaurant. The restaurant is basically a corridor for members of staff and the public, they just wander through it's laughable, at one point the manager walked through with an iron and an ironing board under his arm!

Some call it fine dining ( we call it small portions). It’s not for us. We had to go elsewhere for a feed afterwards. Nice food but tiny portions. I did make a issue, yet the offer of a Baileys. Eeer. Not. Sorry won’t be visiting again

They were very busy when we were there so service was lacking, a lot of tables were not cleared, the scones were dry and the coffee was not very good. A beautiful old tea house though.
