it's something of an effort to get to Native but that's all part of the experience. The food is unlike anywhere else we've been. Every dish was delicious and original. Native say they use lots of locally sourced and foraged ingredients and it tastes like it. The service is great too. Taking a boat back to our car certainly made for a memorable evening.

What an amazing experience. From the choppy boat ride over to the island followed by the fantastic taster menu accompanied by the matched wines. This is an outing that will be repeated sooner rather than later We can not recommend it enough. All that awaits us the car journey back to the mainland over the Roman causeway lit by the moonlight. Many thx to the attentive and knowledgable team at Native.

32 Quest PlaceWhat a find! This cute & quirky tea room is full of helpful, friendly staff, gorgeous furniture & decor, and delicious food & cakes. Gluten free is available at no extra charge! Variety of milks available. Currently the decor theme is Charlie & The Chocolate Factory but the ladies tell me it changes every 8-10 weeks. Such dedication! And it makes me want to go back and take it all in all over again. Maybe worth booking as it is a tiny venue - but the best things come in small packages!

101 Main RoadHighly recommended! This is one of the most authentic Indian restaurants I’ve come across. Amazing food and service. A nice arrangement with the pub next door for drinks and a lovely setting next to the river Blackwater also. Difficult to ask for more.

Spital RdTotally stand-out warm and welcoming service from our phone call to book, to our arrival and throughout our delicious, filling Sunday lunch. The team (and we have to mention Emma as a particular star) took care of every little detail to elevate our visit to a special occasion. We were traveling with our dog and our reserved table included a welcome treat and a water bowl ready for him - how lovely that we didn't have to ask for anything. Our meals were generous portions, very tasty and reasonably priced. Every pub and restaurant should be like this.
