We were in Bath for a weekend and stopped off here for a coffee and pastry. We sat outside. The coffee was the most delicious coffee we’ve had in a long time and the pasty was outstanding. Such a fantastic bakery ! Give it a try.

AMAZING pastel de Nata’s! I opted for the Nutella Pastel and it was warm with so much flavour. Proper Portugese tarts. Couldn’t recommend the place enough and they had the traditional ones as well as other flavoured ones such as a biscoff pastel too.

Best pastel de nata’s, so yummy!! We also had brioche sandwiches and they were delicious. The iced coffees were flavoursome and decently priced.

Ordered a selection of different flavoured natas as well as their savoury platter for a business breakfast. As they already provide a vegan version of their traditional nata, I asked whether they were able to do a vegan savoury version. I was quite concerned that the person I spoke to didn't seem to understand what constitutes vegan. Eventually they agreed to do a vegan version and I went to collect everything a few days later. They were very late and I had to wait over half an hour for my order to be ready. Additionally the people serving in the shop didn't seem to understand the difference between vegetarian & vegan. It's really concerning that people working in the food industry don't understand basic dietary requirements. This isn't life or death when you're vegan but if it was a nut allergy, it very well could be. The food was very nice but the staff urgently need food allergy training.

I really enjoy coming to Natas & Co. Every time I visit the staff are always friendly and inviting and the service is wonderful. The food is always amazing and the Pastels de Natas are clearly the highlight. The atmosphere is delightful, restful, and accommodating. For me, it's a slice of home, a little piece of Portugal to escape to 😊 I highly recommend coming here for lunch or for coffee and a nata! Five stars all round! ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

This is a wonderful cafe for a nice quiet place to eat/drink, the staff are kind, the food is delicious and the drinks are refreshing. I find myself eating here with friends and family often as the prices are great and the food is even greater! A massive 5***** from me! ☺️

Horrible Wanted soup and was told there was only one soup available. I had to ask twice before the bread promised with the soup was brought. I had meat and bean stew. It was full of gristle and fat. It was horrible. Coffee was nice but natas were greasy.

Popped in for a quick lunch with friends, I had chickpea and spinach soup which was ok nothing special, I was expecting some chick peas but I assume they had been blended to form the soup. My wife had Bean stew, she left most of it, the chicken appeared to be gristle and fat, did not look appetising at all. The Nata their specialty dish, the ones I have had from Lidl are much better. Service was poor, no interaction between us and the waitress, the food was just put on our table. The only saviour was the coffee which was decent.

The best little spot in bath. Brilliant hospitality, the most delicious sweet and savoury options. We had two nights in bath and this became an instant regular spot to refuel. The location and view on the bridge and water was stunning. Coffee fantastic and we ended up taking a box of 8 egg custards to go. Wonderful team to meet thank you for a wonderful time xxxx

The best pasteis I've had since my visit to Lisbon, got a very handy looking box consisting of 6 with a generous sprinkle of cinnamon, the custard feeling was oozing as you bite into them. My child is extremely fussy and even he enjoyed it!

A Portuguese bakery we came across when passing the Pulteney bridge, early morning. Didn’t eat in, but there is seating both upstairs and down. You can see the bakers making the famous Pastel de Nata in front of you behind glass screens. •Can pay by card •2 levels of seating It was the Portuguese chocolate croissant in the window that pulled me in. Never seen a better looking croissant ha! For management: Only thing I’d change and this is for positive criticism to hell. When my croissant was given to me I asked for it to be heated up. For some reason I just assumed it would be warm already, but it wasn’t. Possibly naturally customers as your serving them if they would like it served warm or cold. Some customers may not have the confidence to ask and it wouldn’t of been as enjoyable. Needs to be warm! Have attached photos, worth a visit! Will return thank you.

This was maybe my 4th visit. The staff are friendly and fast, always seem genuinely pleased to see you. I always have nata and coffee, it arrives quickly and the nata and Portuguese coffee are both delicious. The café upstairs has a lovely view and is clean and spacious.

We bought the pastels de nata for take away. Faultless and lovely staff! Such a nice surprise to find this in Bath. They were warm from the oven, the pastry was crispy and the filling a delight.

Friendly and efficient staff, delicious vegan nata. The whole shop smelt incredible! A little pricey (justifiably so) but that’s what probably a good thing, or I’d have eaten the whole tray. Buy in multiples of 3 for for 10% or 20% off so bring friends or just have more yourself

I am thankful I do not live near Nata & Co because I would eat them every day! Efficient in and out with a bag full of yumminess. We tried the original pasiste de nata but did. It get back to try other flavors. I will forever want to try the peanut butter ones.

I first tasted a Pasteis de Nata - creamy custard served in a small flaky crust - while in Lisbon where this pastry was first created. It was love at first bite. So, when my wife and I walked past Nata & Co while visiting Bath, we decided to stop for a coffee and a pasteis. The pasteis served at Nata & Co are made by hand, right in front of you (as they are in Lisbon), and we were so pleased to find that they are a very authentic version of the original pastry (and they are offered with some interesting variations). So, if you're looking for a wonderful desert while in Bath, look no farther that Nata & Co.

In Hong Kong we visited the Tai Cheong Bakery for egg tarts and we have been craving them since. While stopping in Bath we discovered the Pastel De Nata custard tarts. Even better than the Chinese version with cinnamon flavour. This is the best little morsel you will find in Bath. Do yourself a favour and pick some up.

We enjoyed a one night stay for a birthday celebration. Our room was very spacious and had everything we needed for a comfortable rest! Loved the bathroom and the bed was huge and we slept really well! Although we had our very own alarm, that being the church bells ringing at 9.30 calling everyone to service lol Tea n coffee facilities were good and had plenty of it! Would definitely stay again soon for a cosy stay!

Visited with a group of friends and a couple of our toddlers. I don’t usually leave reviews but definitely have to for this gem. We all had lovely meals, the landlord and his team were so friendly, welcoming and attentive. What I personally love is how family friendly they were, we will definitely be back.

The roast dinners are beautiful, the best roast beef I have ever tasted with perfectly season veg, crispy roast potatoes, homemade stuffing and crispy Yorkshire pudding! The brasserie has quickly become my favourite roast dinner spot in Shepton.

We ate Sunday lunch. The food was was very good and at £18 for a main I thought was reasonable value. Four of us paid £120 including service charge. Sunday lunch menu is more limited than the evening menu. There were four starters, a choice of topside of beef, chicken supreme, pork belly and vegetarian option. All came with roast potatoes, seasonal vegetables and Yorkshire pudding. A cauliflower cheese option was also available at extra cost There were only two desserts on the menu and we tried both which were excellent. Top tip. There are two dining areas one downstairs and one up. Access to the upstairs is via a steep spiral staircase. If you struggle with stairs for any reason avoid this area and I'd check where your table is when booking. Service was friendly but a little slow. Partly because it was so busy. My only criticism was our table upstairs was on the small side and felt a bit cramped.
